WHOARE we?

Hideout was co-founded by Clay and Pao Kohut, who combined their diverse backgrounds in architecture and software engineering to create a unique business in the glamping and short-term rental industry.

Inspired by a vision of decentralized glamping resorts, they leveraged their skills and raised funding from notable investors, including the co-founder of Casper Mattresses and early investors in Airbnb. This funding and their expertise fueled the development of Hideout House, focusing on selling custom cabins and providing a specialized platform for property bookings.

Our partnership not only represents a personal journey into entrepreneurship but also embodies a shared commitment to innovating within the hospitality sector, aiming to offer landowners and guests alike unique experiences in remarkable locations.
