Inspection and maintenance procedures not shown in the Inspection and Maintenance of EPA Emission-Related Parts section are covered in Periodic Maintenance Schedule on page 57. This maintenance must be performed to keep the emission values of your engine in the standard values during the warranty period. The warranty period is determined by the age of the engine or the number of hours of operation.
