Working temperature of transistor regulator is abnormally high or low (outside range >70°C or <10°C). Transistor regulator defect. / First determine whether truck’s operating environment and conditions are normal! Allow truck to regain a normal temperature and attempt normal use. If fault persists replace transistor regulator.

¤¤¤ ¤¤¤ (3+3) VACC NOT OK

Problem with speed potentiometer[R1].

[L1] not in neutral position when truck switched on. Fault in potentiometer wiring or in potentiometer. Incorrect calibration values. / Check wiring to potentiometer. Check and if necessary replace potentiometer. If necessary calibrate potentiometer. See “10.10.6 Calibrating the speed potentiometer” on page 38. ¤¤¤ ¤¤¤¤¤ (3+5) INCORRECT START

Starting sequence incorrect for travel. Emergency reverse switch [S20] operated during start. o/c in main contactor coil circuit [K10]. Tiller switch [S10] operated during start. / Check wiring to [S10] & [S20]. Adjust or replace these switches. Check wiring to [K10] coil & check or replace[K10].

Conflicting travel direction order. / Check wiring to [S15] & [S16], check operation of [S15] & [S16]. ¤¤¤

(3+7) BELLY SW ERROR

CHECK UP NEEDED

No connection to emergency reverse switch [S20]. / Check wiring to [S20], Check 3K3 resistor.

A scheduled service is due!

Time since last service > CHECK UP HOURS. The service counter may not have been reset following the previous service visit. / Establish service requirements and situation. Perform the scheduled service and reset service counter as appropriate.
