3．REASSEMBLY OF FINAL AND BRAKE ASSEMBLY

（1）LubricatetheinnerandouterLLO′′−ringswith

grease and install in the grooves in the PIStOn．

（l＝nstaHthespaceratthecenteroftheplanet gear・

（2）lnstallthepistononthebrakehousing． （3）lnstalL8pinsintothebrakehousing． （4）lnstalltheinnerbrakingringalongthepins， （5）Overlay the brake disk on theinner brake ring．

（2）Lubricate the needJe rollers with grease

Sufficiently and arrange themin a row on eachsideofthespacerintheplanetgear． Note：58rollersareusedpergear．

（6）lnstaIltheouterbrakeringalongthepins． （7）Overlay the end plate on the outer brake ring．

（3）Pressfitthebushingintotheplanetcarrier． （4）lnstarlthep（anetgearontheplanetcarrier． （5）lnstallwashers on the planet gear，tOPand

bottom，fitting their tabinto the planet Carriergroove．

Note：The flat surface should be pointed

towardthebrakering． （8＝nstallthebleederscrewand6plugsonthe brakehouslng．

（6）AfterinstaJlingthe ballintothe holein the Pinion shaft，installtheshaft，matChingthe

ballposition to the groovein the planet Car「le「．

lnstaH the other two planet gears on the Planet carrier，USlng the same procedure as Steps（4）throu（7）．
