Hydraulic Pressure Setting Table

7.2 Checking operation

[NOTICE]

Before checking operation, check the pressure adjustment of the unload relief valve.

Conditions

Engine speed : 770 (min-1)

PTO : ON

A/C : OFF

Oil cooler : OFF

Oil temp. : 50 C (122 F)

◆ In step 1, winch operation may also be used to decrease the accumulator pressure. However, when the pressure nears the on-load pressure, perform no operation and allow leakage to lower the pressure until pressure resupply (accumulation) starts.

◆The on-load pressure varies because of differences in engine speeds during pressure adjustment. The check here is only to verify that the on-load pressure is 9.8 MPa (1421psi) or above.

1. Do not operate, and wait for leakage to reduce the accumulator pressure.

[NOTICE]

Perform no operations during steps 2 ~ 4 below.

2. The pressure drops until the accumulator pressure reaches the pressure at which pressure accumulation starts (on-load pressure).

3. Pressure accumulation starts, and the pressure rises until it reaches the pressure at which pressure accumulation stops (unload pressure).

4. The accumulated pressure is unloaded, and leakage causes the pressure to decrease.

5. Check that steps 2 ~ 4 are performed within 5 seconds or less. If they are not performed within 5 seconds or less, replace the valve assembly.

9. Hook-in [NOTICE]

Oil temp: 50 ± 5°C (Operating oil: Tadano hydraulic oil LL)

1. Turn the PTO switch ON.

2. Fully retract and lower the boom (Indicator lamp illuminate).

3. While pressing the emergency overwind switch, move the main hoist control lever fully the hoist-up position.
