Never neglect the daily service and safety checks. Serious injury may occur. If you discover a fault or damage, report it immediately to your supervisor. Never use a hand pallet lift truck that has faults or is damaged.

Make sure that steering functions properly. Make sure there is full steering rotation. Check for correct voltage and weight, no leakage, and battery disconnect function.

Make sure that all decals and plates are in place and legible. If not, contact your supervisor or local authorized Raymond Sales and Service Center for a replacement.
Check for manual function. If lift, neutral, and lower positions are not functioning properly, contact your supervisor.
