PRELIMINARY INSPECTION
CAUTION By resolving rapidly all of your machine problemas, you will reduce maintenance and downtime. It is advisable that you check your machine every morning, prior to starting the days work.
1- Check for worn, damaged, or excessively over or under inflated tires. 2 - Check for damaged or warn wind screen blade or blade ends. 3 - Check for cooling system leaks or damaged hoses. 4 - Check for any tandem leaks. 5 - Check if the circle needs adjustment. 6 - Check for damaged parts or failed displays in the operator´s cab. 7 - Check for leaks 8 - Check for leaks or damaged hoses in the hydraulic system.
ALSO CHECK AS FOLLOWS Electrical system
Check for damaged insulators, and loose wires and connections
Bolts
Check for loose or missing components
Hydraulic system
Check for leaks, twisted hoses and flexible lines or tubes contacting other parts
Lubrication
Check lube points as shown in the periodic maintenance chart
Read the SAFETY RULES on the preceding pages for machine protection and the safety of employees
