Deutz Engine CAN/Computer Connection Harness (SerDia) (Model 2500RT)

Deutz SerDia software provides CAN communication with the engine control system. Refer to the Manitou service manual “Deutz TD 3.6 L4 Engine Service Manual” [Manitou part # 50940203] and/or contact Deutz service for more information.

Connection for the SerDia system is established using the Deutz engine data connector (Z, Fig. 550), located under the ROPS/FOPS near the engine ECU on the left side of the machine.

Deutz Engine Coolant Level Sensor (Model 2500RT)

The Deutz engine installation includes a coolant level sensor (V, Fig. 551), located near the top of the radiator next to the upper radiator hose port.

Work Light Bulb Replacement

Warning

BEFORE beginning this service procedure, shut down the machine according to “Mandatory Safety Shutdown Procedure” on page22.

NOTE: The front work lights are located at the top front corners of the ROPS/FOPS. The rear work lights can be accessed from inside the rear door.

1.Twist work light bulb (S, Fig. 552) and pull it out of the work light.
