Hydraulic Equipment

High-Flow Hydraulics

Machines equipped with the high-flow option have a high-flow section on the back of the control valve. Provides continuous flow in both directions.

Hydraulic Pilot Valve

Pilot valve (M, Fig. 488) is located below the right joystick under the cab.

Solenoids (C, Fig. 487) for the high-flow option control are on the back of the control valve. Solenoid resistance should be 5.0-5.6 Ohms.

Charge pressure is used to control the following functions:

•Solenoid (N) controls track tensioning

•Solenoid (O) controls 2-speed travel operation

•Solenoid (P) controls parking brake

NOTE: The pilot valve manifold also houses the hydraulics temperature switch.

Self-Level Valve

Self-level valve (Q, Fig. 489) is located directly behind pilot valve (M).
