Models 1750RT/2100RT Tier 4 Engine Removal/Installation

50.Disconnect hydraulic tube (O, Fig. 342) from hydraulic oil filter head. Remove clamp (C), and remove hydraulic tube (O). Retain tube (O) and clamp (C) for installation.

53.Loosen fuel line hose clamps (H, Fig. 343) and disconnect fuel lines from the engine. Cap fuel lines to prevent spills and contamination.

51.Disconnect hydraulic hose (D) from hydraulic oil filter head. Remove clamp (E), and remove hydraulic hose (D). Retain hose (D) and clamp (E) for installation.

52.Remove fasteners (F) securing hydraulic filter and filter head (G). Remove hydraulic filter and filter head (G). Retain hydraulic filter/filter head (G) and fasteners (F) for installation.

NOTE: Label all fuel line connections (H, Fig. 343) and note locations to ensure correct installation.

54.Lift windshield washer reservoir (S, Fig. 344) to remove it from the mounting bracket. Drain reservoir (S) and unplug the washer pump and hose from reservoir (S). Retain reservoir (S) for installation.
