Models 1750RT/2100RT Tier 4 Engine Removal/Installation

45.On machines equipped with a cab heater, loosen clamps (U, Fig. 338) securing heater hoses to the engine. Disconnect heater hoses from the top of the engine.

47.On turbo-equipped engines, remove clamp (A, Fig. 340) securing air intake hose (B) to turbo. Remove hose. Retain clamp (C) and hose (A) for installation.

46.Remove clamp (C, Fig. 339) securing hose to air cleaner (E). Retain clamp (C) for installation. Remove fasteners (D) securing air cleaner (E). Remove air cleaner. Retain fasteners (D) and air cleaner (E) for installation.

48.Loosen clamp (I, Fig. 341), and disconnect upper radiator/coolant hose (J) from the radiator.

49.Loosen clamp (M) and disconnect overflow hose (N) from the radiator filler neck.
