Mack T rucks, Inc. warrants the Emission Control Systems each new Mack diesel engine a new Mack T ruck comply with all United States Federal and Canadian emissions regulations applicable the time manufacture the engine, and free from defects material and workmanship under normal use and service months, 160934 (100,000 miles), which ever occurs first, provided that all Mack T rucks, Inc. maintenance requirements are followed described this manual. All warranty periods are calculated from the date - - service the new vehicle.

The repair replacement defective parts will made without char for the cost parts and repairs are made authorized Mack T rucks, Inc. dealership, there will char for labor .
