Aftertreatment DPF Smart Switch
The aftertreatment diesel particulate filter (DPF) smart switch a three - position rocker switch where the position momentary , the MIDDLE position neutral (standby mode) and the DOWN position locked. The switch allows the operator interface with the exhaust aftertreatment system.
The switch has several functions outlined below .
• Indicates that a aftertreatment DPF regeneration needed has started when the icons the switch are
• Indicates that a regeneration has been stopped when the DOWN position the switch pressed, locked and illuminated.
• Stops a regeneration event when the DOWN position the switch locked and
• Starts aftertreatment DPF manual regeneration event when the switch momentarily pressed the
• Goes into standby mode and waits for regeneration when the switch the MIDDLE position.
