Note!

If the machine is generally being used for hammer work, there is a risk that the hydraulic oil may be more contaminated than usual. Adjust maintenance intervals for hydraulic oil and filter cartridge changes to suit heavy dust usage.

3.4.10.1Add-on kit AHS 1

With Accessory kit AHS 1, an adjustable boom (special equipment) can be activated.

To adjust the boom: Push down foot pedal k Boom adjusting cylinder will be extended, in other words the equipment moves up.

Push down foot pedal m Boom adjusting cylinder will be retracted, in other words the equipment moves down.

3.4.10.2Add-on kit AHS 11

With Accessory kit AHS 11, an attachment unit (e.g. a hydraulic hammer) can be activated.

Activating the attachment is done using foot pedals m and k

A suitable operating mode can be selected using switch S241. The switch has three positions:

Both footpedals m and k have the full oil quantity

Footpedal k is pressure reduced.

Indicator light H196 illuminates.

Footpedal k is pressure and quantity reduced.

Footpedal m has the full oil quantity and the full hydraulic pressure.

Indicator light in switch S241 illuminates.

Using switch S241 select a suitable operating mode. Push down foot pedal k

Scrap cutter or sorting grab will be closed. - or -

Hydraulic hammer will be activated. Push down foot pedal m

Scrap cutter or sorting grab will be opened.

With Accessory kit AHS 12, an adjustable boom (special equipment) and an attachment unit can be activated.
