IMPORTANT: Ensure decal adhesion. Before applying the new decals, clean all the dirt, grease, oil, moisture, and decal remover (if used) from the application area. Surface temperature must be greater than 15°C (60°F) for best adhesion.

NOTE: Use the images in this instruction to identify the decal locations. Perform these steps for each decal installation:

Tractor Information Plate (A)

1. Before applying the plate or decal, clean all the dirt, grease, oil, and moisture from the application area.

Surface temperature must be greater than 15°C (60°F) for best adhesion.

2. Remove the backing from the tractor information plate (A).

3. Align the information plate with the serial number plate as shown and press firmly.

4. See the loader Operator’s Manual for proper ballast for a tractor with loader combination. See the following pages for the rated operating load of this tractor and loader combination. Use a letter punch to mark the information on this plate.

5. Inform the customer that this plate must be replaced and have new information added if the loader is used on another tractor.

2. Align the decal, centered on the frame, and press one edge of the decal onto the frame.

3. Smooth out the air pockets while pressing across the entire decal. Ensure complete decal adhesion.

Rated Operating Load

In any particular situation, the ROL is only a guide for lifting capacity of the loader. The load that is safe to lift varies depending upon the following: tractor model, tractor specifications, setup, ground conditions, and operating speed. For more information on the tractor setup, operating stability, and safety, refer to the Operator's Manual.

Operate up to the recommended maximum speed on a hard, moderately smooth, and level surface. The ROL represents the lift capacity up to maximum height. ROL is determined with a pallet fork at midpoint when the tractor is equipped with the recommended ballast and the tread is adjusted to the appropriate setting.
