II. DETACHING AND ATTACHING COLLECTOR
Warning: When attaching or detaching the collector to the lawn mower: ･ Place the lawn mower on level, hard ground. ･ Apply the parking brake securely. ･ Shift the PTO lever to the STOP ( ) position. ･ Do not start the engine except for operation the lift. 1. DETACHING THE HIGH DUMP COLLECTOR
(1) wood (2) stand (3) cylinder lower pin
(4) lift fulcrum pin (5) collector frame
d. Support the container with wood(1) and stand(2). e. Remove right and left cylinder lower pins(3). (1) Lift port
f. Remove right and left lift fulcrum pin(4).
(2) Dump port
g. Push the lawn mower forward with using unload lever in the step.(refer to page.35)
a. Set the collector lowest position by using lift and dump lever.
h. Separate the collector frame(5) and lawn mower.
b. Remove the hose from lift and dump port(1)(2) of valve.
2. ATTACHING THE HIGH DUMP COLLECTOR Attach the collector in reverse order of detaching Important: Be sure to keep the removed parts.
Caution: After removing the hose, cover the port with a plug. c. Separate the connection of grass limit sensor and safty switch wiring, it is located in right hand side on lawn mower.
Danger: Use the strong and stable stand.
