II. ATTACHING AND DETACHING MOWER DECK ■ INSTALLATION OF MOWER DECK a. Start the engine and push down the rear half ( ) the lift lever(1) to raise the mower link in the highest position.
Warning: When attaching or detaching the mower deck to the lawn mower: ･ Place the lawn mower on level, hard ground. ･ Apply the parking brake securely. ･ Shift the PTO lever to the STOP ( ) position. ･ Do not start the engine except for operating the lift.
b. Set the gauge wheels(3) of the mower deck in the lowest position(Refer to page 63). c. Befor installing the mower deck, set the rear gauge wheels(3) sideways.
