This contact could result in a marred paint surface on the front fender. The installation of a Sport Front Fender will eliminate the possibility of contact between the Chrome Voltage Regulator Cover and the Front Fender.

This product brings touring model cooler technology to the Sportster. This vertical-mount cooler features a unique “Turbulator” system that efficiently distributes oil across the cooling chambers. The air fins feature several louvers to efficiently dissipate heat. The premium oil cooler has been designed for ease of installation, and features an adapter plate that allows oil lines to connect to the oil filter bracket. Kit includes oil cooler, oil filter mount, oil lines and mounting hardware.

Cooling Fins

Turbulators (Inside cooler) Turbulators disperse and mix oil inside cooler to provide more efficient cooling capabilities. The cooler oil is not allowed to remain along the boundaries of the flow tube as in conventional coolers.

Coolers without the Turbulator system allow oil to flow only in a straight path. Oil does not mix and the cooler oil remains along the outer boundaries, while the hotter oil remains along the centre path of flow.

Without the mixing effects of the Turbulators, the conventional oil cooler provides less efficient cooling capabilities.

Thermostat features an advanced design that makes it smaller so that it can be hidden after installation.

This Low-Suspension Fork Kit will shorten an ’89-later standard Sportster front fork by about 2 inches. Use along with the 11.75-inch rear shocks to create the same saddle height as the current Sportster® Hugger®.

This kit includes components required to lower the Sportster front end in addition to a shorter jiffy stand; ’89-’93 models require the separate purchase and installation of two Slider Tubes P/N 45395-92.

Low-Suspension Fork Kit 45480-94 Fits ’89-’03 XL883 Standard, Deluxe, and XL1200. (Stock on the ’92-later Hugger and ’96-’98 XL Custom. Will not fit ’88 XL because of the different jiffy stand mounting system.)

This suspension lowers the seat height approximately 1 inch while preserving ride quality. Chrome springs, billet aluminium spring cups and body caps with machined-in logo create a custom look. Shocks feature nitrogen-charged oil reservoir and multi-staged damping for optimal performance under varying conditions. Spring preload is easily adjusted without tools. Kit includes rear shock absorbers and necessary hardware. Compatible with H-D® Saddlebags, Saddlebag Support Kits and Profile Low Front Suspension.
