Extra Software That Is Required (Availability of Software) Before the attachment can be installed, the software needs to be ordered from JDPoint. This involves keying in the full vehicle serial number in JDPoint.

Within 24 hours of the order being placed, the adapted software is available on the software server1.

NOTE: Placing the order causes the software server1 to be updated for that particular tractor.

On the software server1, the correct software is indicated as a New Kit.

Recondition the Air-Intake Hose on 6110M to 6195M tractors

NOTE: The illustration shows the hose installation on 6175M tractors. The connections of the hose at the compressor and air intake hose have different locations on different tractor models.

Ascertain the position for installing fitting (B) on air intake hose (A), remove the air intake hose and drill a hole with a dia. of 18 mm (23/32 in.) at the marked position.

Clean the drilled hole, insert fitting (B), and use washer (C) and hex. nut (D) to secure it, then re-install the air-intake hose.

Re-install Tractor Components and Check Air Brake System

On tractors with air-conditioning system, add refrigerant DT51771; see Section 90 of the relevant Repair Technical Manual.

IMPORTANT: Before checking the air brake system, make sure that the tractor's service brake operates properly.

Check the system for leaks; see Section 60B of the relevant Repair Technical Manual.

In reverse order, re-install all parts removed from the tractor.

Check the air brake system; see Section 260B of the relevant Technical Manual Diagnostics.

Reconnect the battery.

Perform an operational check after loading the software update package.
