Emulsionvalues

pHvalue:7.5-9.5

Permissiblebacteriaintheemulsion: ≤ 105 Kol/ml

Themaximumpermissibletemperatureis55 C;normally45 C, shouldnotbeexceeded.Ahigherworkingtemperaturewillreduce theconsistencyoftheemulsionandshortentheservicelifeofthe sealmaterial.

Checkingoftheemulsionvalues

Atleastonceperweek,check: thepHvalue, theconcentration testmethod:byagreementwiththeconcentratemanufacturer, themicrobialload testmethod:dipslides.
