References to right and left are determined by standing at the rear of the machine and facing the direction of travel.

NOTE: Using the Hardware Torque Chart, torque all hardware to the specified torque unless otherwise specified within the instructions.

NOTE: Using the Hydraulic Fitting Torque Chart, torque all fitting to the specified torque unless otherwise specified within the instructions.

NOTICE: Do not tighten the hardware until instructed to in the assembly instructions.

NOTICE: Make sure that you use the hardware specified when using tapped holes, as trying to install a metric bolt in an inch thread or an inch bolt in a metric thread will damage the threads.

NOTE: Install flat washers over all of the slotted holes unless truss-head or carriage bolts are used. Install a lock washer on all bolts, unless a jam nut or self-locking nut is specified.

NOTE: Install special hardened washers where specified.

4 - PRE-ASSEMBLY

4 - PRE-ASSEMBLY PREPARING FOR ASSEMBLY

Instrument cluster - Pre-assemble 1. Park the machine on a flat, level, firm surface, away from any obstacles.

2. Keep all unauthorized personnel clear of the area.

3. Support the implements on the ground.

4. Shut down the engine.

5. Set the parking brake.

6. Place the safety, transport, and service latch in the lock position.

7. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

8. Remove the retaining screws. Pull the instrument cluster as far as the electrical wiring harness allows, without disconnecting the switch connectors.

5 - ASSEMBLY INSTRUMENT CLUSTER

Instrument cluster - Assemble – New digital cluster with old wiring harness 1. Insert the adapter harness (1) into the console.

2. Disconnect connector X-71 of the ignition key. Remove the terminal with the 1,0 mm² wire from the connector.

3. In the empty cavity of the ignition key connector, from which the terminal was removed in step 2, assemble terminal X-015 of the adapter harness (1).

4. Connect the terminal with the 1,0 mm² wire, removed in step 2, to terminal X-006 of the adapter harness (1).

5. Connect terminal X-014 of the adapter harness (1) to the fuse compartment B+ power.

6. Connect terminals X-003 and X-004 of the adapter harness (1) to the instrument cluster (2).

7. Disconnect and remove the analog instrument cluster.

8. Connect terminal X-012 to the audible alarm (4) connector.

9. Fasten the audible alarm (4) to the rear of the new instrument cluster (2) on the provided tabs.

10. For cab units, screw the audible alarm cover (5) on to the end of the audible alarm (4).

NOTE: Leave the cover (5) off on open ROPS (canopy) machines.

11. Connect the ignition switch connector X-71 to the ignition key.

12. Use plastic ties (3) to secure the adapter harness (1) to the machine harness.

13. Connect connectors X-010 (Display side) and X-019 (Enter side) to the “Display/Enter” (7) switch.

14. Connect connectors X-011 (Up arrow side) and X-018 (Down arrow side) to the “Up/Down” (7) switch.

15. Connect terminal X-008 of the adapter harness (1) to the original harness cluster connector of the machine.

16. Install the “Display/Enter” (7) and “Up/Down” (6) switches into the side console, as shown.

3 - INFORMACIÓN GENERAL###_1_### Instrucciones básicas ANTES DE COMENZAR EL MONTAJE, LEA TODAS LAS INSTRUCCIONES. Lea detenidamente y respete todas las indicaciones de peligro, advertencia y precaución.

Consulte los manuales de las aplicaciones correspondientes para obtener más información de seguridad.

Para interpretar correctamente las referencias a derecha e izquierda, sitúese en la parte trasera de la máquina mirando hacia la dirección normal de marcha.

NOTA: Utilizando la Tabla de pares de apriete de tornillería, apretar la tornillería al par de apriete especificado, a menos que se especifique lo contrario en las instrucciones.

NOTA: Utilice la tabla de pares de apriete de los acoplamientos hidráulicos para apretar los acoplamientos al par de apriete especificado, a menos que se indique lo contrario en las instrucciones.

AVISO: No apriete la tornillería hasta que se indique en las instrucciones de montaje.

AVISO: Utilice la tornillería especificada cuando trabaje con orificios roscados, ya que, si intenta instalar un perno métrico en una rosca de calibre en pulgadas o viceversa, se dañarán las roscas.

NOTA: Instale arandelas planas en los orificios con ranuras, a menos que se utilicen pernos con cabeza de refuerzo o alomados. Instale una arandela de bloqueo en todos los pernos, a menos que se especifique una contratuerca o una tuerca autoblocante.

Tablero de mandos - Premontar 1. Estacione la máquina sobre una superficie plana, nivelada y firme, y lejos de obstáculos.

2. Ninguna persona no autorizada debe estar en la zona.

3. Apoye los accesorios sobre el suelo.

4. Apague el motor.

5. Ponga el freno de estacionamiento.

6. Coloque el enganche de seguridad, transporte y servicio en la posición de bloqueo.

7. Desconecte el cable negativo de la batería.

8. Retire los tornillos de retención. Tire del panel de instrumentos y aléjelo tanto como el mazo de cables permita sin desconectar los interruptores.

Tablero de mandos - Montar – Nuevo panel digital con mazo de cables antiguo 1. Introduzca el mazo de cables adaptador (1) en la consola.

2. Desconecte el conector X-71 de la llave de contacto.

Retire el terminal con el cable de 1,0 mm² del conector.

3. En el puerto vacío del conector de la llave de contacto, del que se retiró el terminal en el paso 2, monte el terminal X-015 del mazo de cables adaptador (1).

4. Conecte el terminal con el cable de 1,0 mm² retirado en el paso 2 con el terminal X-006 del mazo de cables adaptador (1).

5. Conecte el terminal X-014 del mazo de cables adaptador (1) con la alimentación B+ del compartimento de fusibles.

7. Desconecte y retire el panel de instrumentos analógico.

8. Conecte el terminal X-012 al conector de la alarma acústica (4).

9. Fije la alarma acústica (4) a la parte trasera del nuevo panel de instrumentos (2) con las lengüetas suministradas.

10. En las unidades con cabina, atornille la cubierta de la alarma acústica (5) al extremo de la alarma acústica (4).

NOTA: No coloque la cubierta (5) en máquinas con ROPS abierta (con cubierta).

11. Conecte el conector del interruptor de encendido X-71 a la llave de contacto.

14. Conecte los conectores X-011 (lado de flecha hacia arriba) y X-018 (lado de flecha hacia abajo) al interruptor «Arriba/Abajo» (7).

15. Conecte el terminal X-008 del mazo de cables adaptador (1) al conector del panel del mazo de cables original de la máquina.

16. Instale los interruptores «Pantalla/Enter» (7) y «Arriba/Abajo» (6) en la consola lateral, tal como se muestra.

Lisez attentivement et suivez toutes les consignes comportant les mentions « Danger », « Avertissement » et « Attention ».

Se reporter aux manuels des applications correspondantes pour plus d'informations relatives à la sécurité.

Les indications de direction vers la droite et vers la gauche s'entendent depuis l'arrière de la machine, dans le sens de la marche.

REMARQUE: A l'aide du tableau des couples de serrage du matériel de fixation, serrez l'ensemble du matériel au couple spécifié, sauf indication contraire précisée dans les instructions.

REMARQUE: à l'aide du tableau des couples de serrage des raccords hydrauliques, serrer tous les raccords au couple spécifié, sauf indication contraire précisée dans les instructions.

AVIS: Ne pas serrer le matériel avant d'y avoir été invité dans les instructions de montage.

AVIS: s'assurer d'utiliser le matériel de fixation spécifié pour les trous taraudés ; on risque en effet d'endommager le filetage en essayant d'installer une vis métrique dans un filetage en pouces ou une vis en pouces dans un filetage métrique.

REMARQUE: installer des rondelles plates sur toutes les fentes, sauf si des vis à tête bombée sont utilisées. Poser une rondelle frein sur toutes les vis, sauf si un contre-écrou ou un écrou autobloquant est spécifié.

REMARQUE: Installer des rondelles trempées spéciales lorsque les instructions le précisent.

4 - AVANT-ASSEMBLAGE PREPARATION POUR L'ASSEMBLAGE

Tableau de bord - Pré-assemblage 1. Stationner la machine sur une surface plane, nivelée et ferme, à l'écart de tout obstacle.

2. Le personnel non autorisé doit se tenir à l’écart de la zone.

3. Faire reposer les outils sur le sol.

4. Arrêter le moteur.

5. Serrer le frein de stationnement.

6. Placer le loquet de sécurité, de transport et d'entretien en position de verrouillage.

7. Débrancher le câble négatif de la batterie.

8. Déposer les vis de fixation. Tirer le tableau de bord à l'écart, aussi loin que le faisceau électrique le permet, sans débrancher les connecteurs du commutateur.

4. Brancher la borne avec le fil 1,0 mm², déposé à l'étape 2, à la borne X-006 du faisceau adaptateur (1).

5. Brancher la borne X-014 du faisceau adaptateur (1) à l'alimentation B+ de la boîte à fusibles.

7. Débrancher et déposer le tableau de bord analogique.

9. Fixer l'alarme sonore (4) à l'arrière du nouveau tableau de bord (2) sur les languettes prévues.

10. Pour les machines avec cabine, visser le cache de l'alarme sonore (5) à l'extrémité de l'alarme sonore (4).

REMARQUE: Ne pas poser le cache (5) sur les machines avec structure ROPS (bâchées).

11. Brancher le connecteur du commutateur d'allumage X-71 à la clé de contact.

14. Brancher les connecteurs X-011 (côté flèche en haut) et X-018 (côté flèche en bas) au commutateur « Up/Down » (7).

15. Brancher la borne X-008 du faisceau adaptateur (1) au connecteur du faisceau d'origine du tableau de bord de la machine.

16. Poser les commutateurs « Display/Enter » (7) et les commutateurs « Up/Down » (6) dans la console latérale, comme illustré.

NOTA: facendo riferimento alla tabella delle coppie di serraggio della bulloneria, serrare tutta la bulloneria alla coppia specificata se non diversamente indicato nelle istruzioni.

NOTA: facendo riferimento alla tabella delle coppie di serraggio dei raccordi idraulici, serrare tutti i raccordi alla coppia specificata, se non diversamente indicato nelle istruzioni.

AVVISO: Non serrare i bulloni a meno che non sia specificato nelle istruzioni di montaggio.

AVVISO: per i fori filettati, assicurarsi di utilizzare la bulloneria specificata; se si tenta di montare un bullone con dimensioni in sistema metrico in una filettatura con dimensioni in sistema imperiale, o viceversa, si danneggiano le filettature.

NOTA: montare rondelle piatte su tutti i fori asolati a meno che non si utilizzino bulloni a testa tonda. Montare una rondella di sicurezza su tutti i bulloni a meno che non venga specificato un controdado o un dado autobloccante.

Quadro strumenti - Pre-assemblaggio 1. Parcheggiare il trattore su una superficie piana.

2. Allontanare dall'area tutto il personale non autorizzato.

3. Sostenere gli attrezzi a terra.

4. Spegnere il motore.

5. Inserire il freno di stazionamento.

6. Impostare i dispositivi di bloccaggio di sicurezza, per il trasporto e per gli interventi di assistenza in posizione di bloccaggio.

7. Scollegare il cavo negativo della batteria.

8. Rimuovere le viti di fissaggio. Tirare il quadro strumenti per quanto consentito dal cablaggio elettrico, senza scollegare i connettori dell'interruttore.

2. Scollegare il connettore X-71 della chiave di avviamento. Rimuovere il terminale con il filo 1,0 mm² dal connettore.

4. Collegare il terminale con il filo 1,0 mm², rimosso al passo 2, al terminale X-006 del cablaggio adattatore (1).

5. Collegare il terminale X-014 del cablaggio adattatore (1) all'alimentazione B+ scatola fusibili.

7. Scollegare e rimuovere il quadro strumenti analogico.

8. Collegare il terminale X-012 al connettore allarme acustico (4).

9. Fissare l'allarme acustico (4) alla parte posteriore del nuovo quadro strumenti (2) sulle linguette fornite.

10. Per le unità dotate di cabina, avvitare il coperchio allarme acustico (5) sull'estremità dell'allarme acustico (4).

NOTA: lasciare il coperchio (5) aperto sulle macchine dotate di ROPS aperto (tettuccio).

11. Collegare il connettore interruttore avviamento X-71 alla chiave di avviamento.

HINWEIS: Ziehen Sie alle Befestigungsteile mit den Anzugsmomenten fest, die in der Tabelle mit den Anzugsmomenten der Befestigungsteile angegeben sind, es sei denn es gibt andere Anweisungen in den Anleitungen.

4 - VORMONTAGE VORBEREITUNG ZUR MONTAGE

Kombiinstrument - Vormontage 1. Die Maschine auf einer ebenen, standfesten Fläche in sicherem Abstand zu Hindernissen abstellen.

2. Achten Sie darauf, dass sich keine unbefugten Personen in dem Bereich aufhalten.

3. Stützen Sie die Anbaugeräte auf dem Boden ab.

4. Stellen Sie den Motor ab.

5. Ziehen Sie die Feststellbremse an.

6. Stellen Sie und die Sicherheits- Transport- und Wartungsriegel in Verriegelungsposition.

7. Das Massekabel (-) an der Batterie abklemmen.

8. Lösen Sie die Befestigungsschrauben. Ziehen Sie das Kombiinstrument so weit wie es der elektrische Kabelbaum zulässt, ohne die Schaltersteckverbinder zu lösen.

2. Trennen Sie den Steckverbinder X-71 des Zündschlüssels. Entfernen Sie die Klemme mit dem 1,0 mm²-Kabel aus dem Steckverbinder.

3. Montieren Sie im leeren Hohlraum des Zündschlüsselsteckverbinders, aus dem die Klemme in Schritt 2entfernt wurde, Klemme X-015 des Adapterkabelbaums (1).

4. Verbinden Sie die Klemme mit dem in Schritt 2entfernten 1,0 mm²-Kabel mit der Klemme X-006 des Adapterkabelbaums (1).

5. Schließen Sie die Klemme X-014 des Adapterkabelbaums (1) an die Stromversorgung des Sicherungsfachs B+ an.

6. Verbinden Sie die Klemmen X-003 und X-004 des Adapterkabelbaums (1) mit dem Kombiinstrument (2).

7. Trennen und entfernen Sie das analoge Kombiinstrument.

8. Verbinden Sie Klemme X-012 mit dem Steckverbinder des akustischen Alarms (4).

9. Befestigen Sie den akustischen Alarm (4) an der Rückseite des neuen Kombiinstruments (2) auf den dafür vorgesehenen Laschen.

10. Schrauben Sie bei Kabinenmaschinen den Deckel (5) des akustischen Alarms auf das Ende des akustischen Alarms (4).

HINWEIS: Lassen Sie den Deckel (5) bei offenen ROPSMaschinen (Überrollschutzdach) offen.

11. Schließen Sie den Zündschalter-Steckverbinder X-71 an den Zündschlüssel an.

12. Verwenden Sie zum Befestigen des Adapterkabelbaums (1) am Maschinenkabelbaum Kabelbinder (3).

13. Verbinden Sie die Steckverbinder X-010 (Display-Seite) und X-019 (Eingabe-Seite) mit dem Schalter "Display/Eingabe“ (7).

14. Verbinden Sie die Steckverbinder X-011 (Pfeil-nachoben-Taste) und X-018 (Pfeil-nach-unten-Taste) mit dem Schalter "Anheben/Absenken" (7).

15. Verbinden Sie die Klemme X-008 des Adapterkabelbaums (1) mit dem Original-Steckverbinder des Kombiinstruments der Maschine.

16. Installieren Sie die Schalter "Display/Eingabe" (7) und "Anheben/Absenken“ (6) wie gezeigt in der Seitenkonsole.
