Put the main unit on solid, level ground, put the bucket cylinder at its open stroke end, the arm cylinder at its open stroke end, lower the boom, and touch the arm top to the ground

Switch the ignition key OFF, check that the engine has stopped, then switch the ignition key ON again.

Bleed out the pressure inside the circuit: Flip the lever forward, then turn the upper operation lever about 10 times to bleed out the pressure.

Move the travel lever back and forth about 5 times to bleed out the pressure. b = Upper operation lever c = Lever d = Travel lever

Bleed out the pressure from inside the hydraulic oil tank.

Press the air breather button on top of the hydraulic oil tank to release the pressure inside the tank. e = Air breather button

Sandwich the line assembly (left) (10) with 2 pipe clamps (3), and then fasten with 2 sems bolts (2).

Fasten the pipe clamp (3) at a position 285 mm (11.2 in) from the front end of the line assembly (left) (10).

Sandwich the line assembly (right) (9) with 2 pipe clamps (3), and then fasten with 2 sems bolts (2).

Fasten the pipe clamp (3) at a position 285 mm (11.2 in) from the front end of the line assembly (right) (9).

Adjust the hose fastening positions so that the distances between the assembly hoses (1/Y1) (1/Y2) and clamp (*4) are the dimensions shown below : Hose ID (Y1) Dimension L = 1690 mm (66.5 in).

Hose ID (Y2) Dimension L = 1710 mm (67.3 in).

Set the O-ring (2) on the 3-direction valve (5) B port and connect the hydraulic hose (11).

Set the O-ring (37) on the control valve (*5) B2 port, and then connect the hydraulic hose (11) with 2 split flanges (38) and 4 hexagon socket head bolts (39).

Install the hose adapter (3) on the hydraulic oil tank (*6) and connect the hydraulic hose (4).

Set the O-ring (7) on the control valve (*5) P4 port and connect the hydraulic hose (31).

Tighten the assembly hose (10/Y5) together with the swing line (*8) and pilot control line (*7).

Install the hose adapter (9) on the solenoid valve (9/b) A2 port.

Fasten the assembly hoses (16/D12) (10/Y4) with the special bolt (14) and clamp with band (15).

Tightening torque: 23.5 - 35.3 N·m (208.0 - 312.4 lb in).

Connect the solenoid valve (*1/b) and wire harness (1) as shown below.

Route the wire harness (1) as in the diagram.

Fasten the wire harness (1) at 5 locations with 1 wire band (2) each, 1 mount clamp (3) each, and 1 Phillips pan head screw (4) each.

Fasten the 2nd option connector (*10) of the wire harness (1) with the wire band (2).

Extend the wire harness (1) to the floor side from under the cab.

Connect the wire harness (1) connector (16-pin) to the cab main harness (*11).

Connect the wire harness (1) connector (4- pin) (*13) to the console harness (*12) of the left console.

Fasten the connector (4-pin) (*13) with the clip (5) and bolt (6).

Fasten the wire harness (1) with 4 wire bands (2) .

Fasten the wire harness (1) at 1 location on the cab main harness (*11) and 3 locations on the console harness (*12).

Route the wire harness (1) as far as the right console side.

Connect the wire harness (1) connector (4- pin) (*14) to the console harness (*12) of the right console.

Fasten the connector (4-pin) (*14) with the clip (5) and bolt (6).

Fasten the wire harness (1) with 2 wire bands (2) Tighten the wire harness (1) together with the console harness (*12).

Adjust the hose mouthpiece fitting directions so that all the hydraulic hoses form smooth curves when assembled.

Install the elbow (9) on the hydraulic oil tank (*1) and connect the pressure sensor (10).

Install the plug (3) on the hydraulic oil tank (*1).

Fasten the sensor wire harness (4) with the clip (5) and special bolt (6).

Fasten the sensor wire harness (4) with the clamp with band (1) and special bolt (2).

Fasten the sensor wire harness (4) with the wire band (7) and mount clamp (8).
