Place the main unit on solid, level ground, put the bucket cylinder at its open stroke end, the arm cylinder at its open stroke end, lower the boom, and touch the arm top to the ground.

Switch the ignition key (a) OFF, check that the engine has stopped, then switch the ignition key ON again.

Do not start the engine.

Bleed out the pressure inside the circuit: Flip the lever (c) forward, then turn the upper operation lever (b) about 10 times to bleed out the pressure.

Move the travel lever (d) back and forth about 5 times to bleed out the pressure.

Bleed out the pressure from inside the hydraulic oil tank.

Press the air breather button (e) on top of the hydraulic oil tank to release the pressure inside the tank.

Processing for adding seating to standard arm (A)(1) - No weld within this area (Both sides) (A)(2) - No welding within this area (Including opposite side) (B) - Sealing 1.

Extend the arm and lower it slowly to the ground to make work possible.

2.

Disconnect the (-) terminal of the battery.

ATTENTION: Make sure to turn off the power (turn the starter switch OFF) before handling the battery.

3.

After marking the seating installation positions, weld the seatings (1) and (2) to the arm.

4.

Reconnect the (-) terminal of the battery.

Left side line 5.

Install the 2 left side stop valves (6) with the 2 sems bolts (8) each.

6.

Install the 1 hose adapter (7) each at the inlet side of the 2 left side stop valve (6).

7.

Install 1 plug (5) each at the outlet side of the 2 left side stop valve (6).

8.

Install the line assembly (02 left) (2) on the upper position hose adapter (7) and the line assembly (02 drain) (3) on the lower position hose adapter (7).

Fasten the line assembly (02 left) (2) and line assembly (02 drain) (3) to the arm in 2 locations using each of the pipe clamps (9) , (10) and 3 sems bolts (11).

(See image 2) • First, sandwich the lines with the pipe clamps (10) to the inside and pipe clamps (9) to the outside.

• Next, temporarily tighten with the 3 sems bolts (11).

• Finally, check that the line angle is straight, then fully tighten the sems bolts (11).

Install the right side stop valve (6) with 2 sems bolts (8).

Install the hose adapter (7) at the inlet side of the right side stop valve (6).

• Finally, check that the line angle is straight, then fully tighten the sems bolts (11).

Install the 2 left side stop valves (6) with the 2 sems bolts (8) each.

Install the 1 hose adapter (7) each at the inlet side of the 2 left side stop valve (6).

Install 1 plug (5) each at the outlet side of the 2 left side stop valve (6).

8.

Install the line assembly (02 left) (2) on the upper position hose adapter (7) and the line assembly (02 drain) (3) on the lower position hose adapter (7).

(See image 2) • First, sandwich the lines with the pipe clamps (10) to the inside and pipe clamps (9) to the outside.

• Next, temporarily tighten with the 3 sems bolts (11).

• Finally, check that the line angle is straight, then fully tighten the sems bolts (11).

Install the right side stop valve (6) with 2 sems bolts (8).

Install the hose adapter (7) at the inlet side of the right side stop valve (6).

Install the plug (5) at the outlet side of the right side stop valve (6).

Fasten the line assembly (02 right) (1) to the arm in 2 locations using each of the pipe clamps (12), (13) and 3 sems bolts (11). (See image 2) • First, sandwich the line with the pipe clamps (12) to the inside and pipe clamps (13) to the outside.

• Next, temporarily tighten with the 3 sems bolts (11).

• Finally, check that the line angle is straight, then fully tighten the sems bolts (11).

Control valve - Install CX130B WE

1.

Remove the control valve (*3) top surface M10 hexagon socket head bolt (*1): (existing part) and M12 x 16 high strength bolt (*2): (existing part), remove the M10 hexagon socket head bolt (*4): (existing part), and remove the blade add-on valve (*5).

2.

Set the 4 O-rings (3), (4) and (5) as in the diagram and install the add-on 2nd option control valve (2).

Set the blade add-on valve (*5) removed in Step 1 on the add-on 2nd option control valve (2), then install with the M10 x 200 hexagon socket head bolt (*1): (packed together), M10 x 180 hexagon socket head bolt (*4): (packed together), and M12 x 16 high strength bolt (*2): (existing part).

• Each bolt tightening torque - (*1): 50 N·m (442.5 lb in) - (*4): 50 N·m (442.5 lb in)

Boom line installation

1) Left side and drain boom lines 1.

Connect the line assembly (02 left) rear section (10) to the upper side line assembly (02 left) (8).

• Do this work at ground level.

2.

Connect the line assembly (02 drain) rear section (11) to the lower side line assembly (02 left) (8).

3.

Lift up the line assembled in Steps 1 and 2 with a liftcrane and hold at the left side installation position.

Clamp A section (*1) 4.

Set the upper and lower line assemblies (02 left) (8) with the pipe clamp (4) and fasten with 2 sems bolts (5).

5.

Set the seating (1) on the upper and lower line assemblies (02 left) (8) and fasten with the 2 sems bolts (3).

• Install so that the tip of the line comes to a position 85 mm (3.3 in) from the pipe clamp (4).

Install the plugs (16) in the tips of the upper and lower line assemblies (02 left) (8).

Sandwich the upper and lower line assemblies (02 left) (8) with the 2 pipe clamps (4) and fasten with sems bolts (5).

8.

Set the seating (1) on the lines and fasten with 2 sems bolts (3).

Fasten the seating (13) with 2 sems bolts (3).

Sandwich the line assembly (02 left) (10) and line assembly (02 drain) (11) with 2 pipe clamps (4) each and fasten with 2 sems bolts (5) each.

Clamp D section (*4) 11.

Fasten the seating (15) with 2 sems bolts (3).

12.

Sandwich the line assembly (02 left) (10) and line assembly (02 drain) (11) on the upper and lower sides with 2 pipe clamps (4) each and fasten with 2 sems bolts 5 each.

• Install so that the tip of the line comes to a position 160 mm (6.3 in) from the pipe clamp.

Connect the 2 hydraulic hoses ( (4) of arm line installation) to the tips of the left side and drain line assemblies.

• Do this work at ground level.

Lift up the line assembled in Step 14 with a lift-crane and hold at the right side installation position.

2 - ASSEMBLY

1.

Install the hose adapter (5) on the hydraulic oil tank D port.

2.

Connect the hydraulic oil tank D port and drain boom line (*2) with the hydraulic hose (1).

3.

Install the long elbow (11) at the control valve (*5) 4A7 port.

4.

Connect the control valve (*5) 4A7 port and left side boom line (*3) with the hydraulic hose (3).

5.

Install the hose adapter (10) at the control valve (*5) 4B7 port.

6.

Connect the control valve (*5) 4B7 port and right side boom line (*4) with the hydraulic hose (4).

7.

Install the bracket (6) on the frame (*6) with the 2 sems bolts (7).

8.

Sandwich the hydraulic hoses (1), (3) and (4) with the 2 hose clamps (9), then install the plate (8) with 2 sems bolts (7).

Fasten the hydraulic hoses (1) and (3) with 2 wire bands (2).

• For the dimensions of the wire banding locations for (1) and (3).(See image 6) - Dimension L2 = 280 mm (11.0 in) - Dimension L3 = 300 mm (11.8 in)

Fasten the hydraulic hoses (3) and (4) with the wire band (2).

• The dimensions of the wire banding locations for (3) and (4) are as on the right.

- Dimension L4 = 430 mm (16.9 in) • On hydraulic hoses (1), (2) and (4) : - Dimension L1 = 820 mm (32.3 in) • A : Boom side.

Remove the floor mats inside the cab.

Install the remote control valve (12) at the notch section at the left front of the floor with the 2 sems bolts (11).

Install the pedal bracket (option, left) (21) on the remote control valve (12) with the 2 hexagon socket head bolts (10) and 2 high strength washers (9).

Install the pedal (7) with the 2 hexagon socket head bolts (8) and 2 high strength washers (9).

Set the lock lever (15) and the compression spring (18) on the lock bracket (17), then fasten with the high strength nut (20) and plain washer (19).

Install the lock bracket (17) on the floor with the 2 hexagon socket head bolts (16) and 2 high strength washers (9).

- Adjust the installation position so that the lock bracket locks.

Cover the pedal (7) with the plastic cover (13).

1.

Install the nipple (13) on the remote control valve (*1) P port.

2.

Remove the plug for the P5 port of the manifold under the cab (*2).

• Next, for the pedal kit + option, install the tee (16).

• For only the pedal kit, install the hose adapter (14).

3.

Connect the remote control valve (*1) P port and manifold under the cab (*2) P5 port with the assembly hose (4)/ (P6).

4.

Install the hose adapter (14) at the remote control valve (*1) T port.

5.

Remove the plug for the T5 port of the manifold under the cab (*2).

• Next, for the pedal kit + option, install the tee (16).

• For only the pedal kit, install the hose adapter (14).

6.

Connect the remote control valve (*1) T port and manifold under the cab T5 port with the assembly hose (4)/ (T6).

7.

Install the hose adapter (14) at the remote control valve (*1) B port.

8.

Remove the control valve (*3) 4a5 port plug (existing part), then install the elbow (6).

9.

Connect the remote control valve (*1) B port and control valve (*3) 4a5 port with the assembly hose (4)/ (Y6).

Install the hose adapter (14) at the remote control valve (*1) A port.

11.

Remove the control valve (*3) 4b5 port plug (existing part), then install the elbow (5).

12.

Connect the remote control valve (*1) A port and control valve (*3) 4b5 port with the assembly hose (4)/ (Y7). (See Image 6)

13.

Install the plug (15) at the remote control valve (*1) C1 port.

14.

Fasten the control valve (*3) assembly hose (4)/ (Y6) with the wire band (7).

Fasten the assembly hose that comes out from the remote control valve (*1) at 3 locations with mounting clamps (8), Philips pan head screws (9), and wire bands (7). (See image 2)

16.

Fasten the assembly hoses and pilot control line together with the wire band (7). (See image 2)

Wipe any dirt off the location where the label will be attached.

2.

Attach the foot control special label (ISO) (9) or (8).

• For option + 2nd option , attach label (9).

• For 2nd option only, attach label (8).
