Preparation DANGER Crushing hazard!

If you service the machine with the loader lift arms raised, always use the support strut. Remove the retaining pin and place the support strut onto the cylinder rod. Install the retaining pin into the support strut. Lower the lift arms onto the support strut.

Failure to comply will result in death or serious injury.

1. Empty the loader bucket. Raise the loader lift arms to approximately 2.1 m (6.9 ft). Stop the engine. Remove the retaining bolt and remove support strut from the storage position.

2. Place the support strut onto the cylinder rod with the guide lock tab on the top of the cylinder. Position the guide lock tab toward the bucket. Install the retaining bolt entirely into the support strut using all threads.

Slowly lower the lift arms onto the support strut.

Engage the safety lock link before service or transport.

Failure to comply could result in death or serious injury.

3. Install the transport/service link into the lock position and switch off the engine. Refer to the chapter “Safety precautions” contained in the Operator’s Manual.

4. Remove the front axle and the rear axle. Refer to the Service Manual.

Axle oil cooler Rear standard axle oil cooler 1. Remove the plugs and install the 90° elbow (23) on the left-hand side and on the right-hand side of the axle.

Tightening torque: 70 N·m (51.6 lb ft)

2. Install the hydraulic fitting (10) to the port located in the central part of the axle.

Tightening torque: 70 N·m (51.6 lb ft)

3. Install the bracket (4) using the bolts (A) already installed on the axle.

Tightening torque: 550 N·m (405.7 lb ft)

4. Install the tube (5) on the 90° elbow (23) previously installed.

Tightening torque: 100 N·m (73.8 lb ft)

5. Install the brackets (22) on the left-hand and on the right-hand of the axle, using the bolts (B) already installed on the axle.

Tighten the bolts (B) to: 550 N·m (405.7 lb ft)

6. Install the O-ring (7) and install the flexible hose (6) on the hydraulic fitting of the tube (5) previously installed.

Tightening torque: 100 N·m (73.8 lb ft)

7. Install the tube (3) on the hydraulic fitting (10) previously installed.

Tightening torque: 140 N·m (103.3 lb ft)

8. Install the check valve (8) on the tube (3).

Attach the tube (3) and the tube (5) on the bracket (4), using the clamps (11) and (25), the washer M11x20x2 (12), the nut M10 (13) and the screw M10 X 30 (20).

9. Install the flexible hose (9) on the check valve (8).

Tightening torque: 10.5 N·m (7.7 lb ft) 10. Install the pre-assembled axle to the machine. Refer to the Service Manual.

11. Connect the flexible hose (6) to the tube (C) coming from the radiator.

Tightening torque: 100 N·m (73.8 lb ft)

12. Connect the flexible hose (9) to the tube (D) coming from the axle oil cooler pump (E).

2. Install the 90° elbow (24) to the hydraulic fitting (10), located in the central part of the axle.

Tightening torque: 70 N·m (51.6 lb ft)

3. Install the bracket (2) using the bolts (A) already installed on the axle.

Tighten the bolts (A) to: 550 N·m (405.7 lb ft)

6. Install the tube (1) to the bracket (2) using the clamp (25), the screw M8 X 25 (27), the washer 9x16x1.6 (26) and the nut M8 X 25.

7. Install the flexible hose (21) to the hydraulic fitting of the tube (1) previously installed.

9. Install the check valve (8) to the flexible hose (18) and to the flexible hose (15).

11. Position the flexible hoses (15) and (21) towards the central part of the machine, as indicated in figure.

12. Attach the flexible hose (15) using the clamp (14), the washer 11x20x2 (12), the screw M10 X 40 (17), and the spacer (16).

13. Attach the flexible hose (21) using the clamp (19), the washers 11x20x2 (12), the screw M10 X 30 (20).

14. Install the 90° elbow (24) to the axle oil cooler pump (C). Install the flexible hose (15) to the 90° elbow (24).

15. Connect the flexible hose (21) to the tube (D) coming from the hydraulic oil tank.

2 - VORMONTAGE VORBEREITUNG ZUR MONTAGE

Vorbereitung GEFAHR Quetschgefahr!

Verwenden Sie zur Wartung der Maschine bei angehobenen Hubarmen des Laders stets die Stützstrebe. Entfernen Sie den Haltestift, und setzen Sie die Stützstrebe auf die Kolbenstange. Montieren Sie den Haltestift in die Stützstrebe. Senken Sie die Hubarme auf die Stützstrebe ab.

Die Nichtbeachtung führt zu schweren oder tödlichen Verletzungen.

1. Die Laderschaufel entleeren. Die Hubarme auf ca.

2.1 m (6.9 ft) anheben. Stellen Sie den Motor ab. Entfernen Sie die Befestigungsschraube und die Stützstrebe aus der Aufbewahrungsposition.

2. Die Stützstrebe mit der Führungslasche an der Zylinderoberseite auf der Kolbenstange anbringen. Die Führungslasche zur Schaufel hin ausrichten. Installieren Sie die Befestigungsschraube vollständig in der Stützstrebe, wobei Sie das gesamte Gewinde verwenden.

Senken Sie die Hubarme langsam auf die Stützstrebe ab.

Rasten Sie vor Wartungsarbeiten oder vor dem Transport die Sicherheitsverriegelung ein.

3. Die Knickgelenksicherung anbringen und in Sperrstellung sichern; den Motor abstellen. Siehe Kapitel „Sicherheitshinweise“ in der Betriebsanleitung.

6. Montieren Sie den O-Ring (7) und montieren Sie den flexiblen Schlauch (6) am Hydraulikanschluss des zuvor montierten Rohrs (5).

7. Montieren Sie das Rohr (3) an dem zuvor montierten Hydraulikanschluss (10).

Anzugsmoment: 140 N·m (103.3 lb ft)

8. Montieren Sie das Rückschlagventil (8) an dem Schlauch (3).

Befestigen Sie das Rohr (3) und das Rohr (5) an der Halterung (4), mit den Schellen (11)und (25), der Unterlegscheibe (M 11 x 20 x 2) (12), der Mutter M10 (13) und der Schraube M10 X 30 (20).

9. Montieren Sie den flexiblen Schlauch (9) an dem Rückschlagventil (8).

Anzugsmoment: 10.5 N·m (7.7 lb ft) 10. Montieren Sie die vormontierte Achse an der Maschine. Siehe hierzu auch das Wartungshandbuch.

11. Schließen Sie den flexiblen Schlauch (6) an das Rohr (C) an, das vom Kühler kommt.

9. Montieren Sie das Rückschlagventil am (8) flexiblen Schlauch (18) und zu dem Schlauch (15).

10. Montieren Sie die vormontierte Achse an der Maschine. Siehe hierzu auch das Wartungshandbuch.

11. Positionieren Sie die flexible Schläuche (15) und (21) in Richtung des Mittelteils der Maschine, wie in der Abbildung dargestellt.

12. Befestigen Sie den flexiblen Schlauch (15) mit der Schelle (14), der Unterlegscheibe (11 x 20 x 2) (12), der Schraube M10 X 40 (17) und dem Distanzstück (16).

13. Befestigen Sie den flexiblen Schlauch (21) mit der Schelle (19), der Unterlegscheibe (11 x 20 x 2) (12) und der Schraube M10 X 30 (20).

14. Montieren Sie das 90° Winkelstück (24) an der Achsen-Ölkühlerpumpe (C). Montieren Sie den flexiblen Schlauch (15) an dem 90° Winkelstück (24).

15. Schließen Sie den flexiblen Schlauch (21) an das Rohr (D) an, das vom Hydrauliköltank kommt.

Préparation DANGER Danger d'écrasement !

Si vous devez intervenir sur la machine avec les bras de relevage du chargeur relevés, utilisez systématiquement la béquille de support. Déposez l'axe de retenue et placez la béquille de support sur la tige de vérin. Installez l'axe de retenue dans la béquille de support. Abaissez les bras de relevage sur la béquille de support.

Le non-respect de ces instructions entraînerait des blessures graves, voire mortelles.

1. Vider le godet de chargeur. Lever les bras de relevage du chargeur à environ 2.1 m (6.9 ft). Arrêter le moteur.

Enlever la vis de fixation et déposer la béquille de support de sa position de repos.

2. Placer la béquille de support sur la tige de vérin en plaçant la languette de verrouillage du guide sur la partie supérieure du vérin. Orienter la languette de verrouillage du guide vers le godet. 2 - PRE-ASSEMBLAGGIO OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI PER IL MONTAGGIO

Preparazione PERICOLO Pericolo di schiacciamento!

Se si eseguono interventi di manutenzione della macchina con i bracci di sollevamento del caricatore sollevati, utilizzare sempre la barra di bloccaggio. Rimuovere il perno di fissaggio e posizionare la barra di bloccaggio sullo stelo del cilindro. Inserire il perno di fissaggio nella barra di bloccaggio.

Abbassare i bracci di sollevamento sulla barra di bloccaggio.

La mancata osservanza di tali indicazioni causerà infortuni gravi o mortali.

1. Scaricare la benna del caricatore. Sollevare i bracci di sollevamento del caricatore a circa 2.1 m (6.9 ft).

Spegnere il motore. Rimuovere il bullone di fissaggio e smontare il montante di supporto dalla posizione di fermo.

2. Collocare il montante di supporto sullo stelo del cilindro con la linguetta di blocco della guida sul lato superiore del cilindro. Orientare la linguetta di blocco della guida verso la benna. Inserire completamente il bullone di fissaggio nella barra di bloccaggio utilizzando tutte le filettature. Abbassare lentamente i bracci di sollevamento sulla barra di bloccaggio.

Preparación PELIGRO Peligro de aplastamiento Si va a revisar la máquina con los brazos de elevación del cargador levantados, utilice siempre la varilla de apoyo. Retire el pasador de retención y coloque la varilla de apoyo en la barra del cilindro.

Coloque el pasador de retención en la varilla de apoyo. Baje los brazos de elevación sobre la varilla de apoyo.

Si no se cumplen estas instrucciones, se producirán muertes o graves lesiones.

1. Vacíe la cuchara del cargador. Suba los brazos de elevación de la cargadora a aproximadamente 2.1 m (6.9 ft). Pare el motor. Quite el tornillo de retención y extraiga el amortiguador de soporte de la posición de almacenamiento.

2. Coloque el amortiguador de soporte en el vástago con la lengüeta de bloqueo guía en la parte superior del cilindro. Sitúe la lengüeta de bloqueo guía hacia la cuchara. Utilice todas las roscas para instalar completamente el perno de retención en la varilla de apoyo.

Baje lentamente los brazos de elevación hasta la varilla.

8. Instale la válvula de retención (8) en el tubo (3).

Fije el tubo (3) y el tubo (5) al soporte (4) con las bridas (11) y (25), la arandela M11x20x2 (12), la tuerca M10 (13) y el tornillo M10 X 30 (20).

9. Instale la manguera flexible (9) en la válvula de retención (8).

Par de apriete: 10.5 N·m (7.7 lb ft) 10. Instale en la máquina el eje previamente montado.

Consulte el manual de servicio.

11. Conecte la manguera flexible (6) al tubo (C) que viene del radiador.

Par de apriete: 100 N·m (73.8 lb ft)

12. Conecte la manguera flexible (9) al tubo (D) que viene de la bomba del refrigerador del aceite del eje (E).

Refrigerador de aceite del eje delantero estándar 1. Retire los tapones y coloque el codo de 90° (23) en el lado izquierdo y en el lado derecho del eje.

Par de apriete: 70 N·m (51.6 lb ft)

2. Coloque el codo de 90° (24) en el racor hidráulico (10) situado en la parte central del eje.

Par de apriete: 70 N·m (51.6 lb ft)

3. Instale el soporte (2) con los pernos (A) que ya se han instalado en el eje.

Apriete los pernos (A) a: 550 N·m (405.7 lb ft)

4. Instale el tubo (1) en los codos de 90° (23) que se instalaron anteriormente.

Par de apriete: 100 N·m (73.8 lb ft)

5. Instale los soportes (22) en el lado izquierdo y derecho del eje con los pernos (B) que ya se han instalado en el eje.

Apriete los pernos (B) a: 550 N·m (405.7 lb ft)

6. Instale el tubo (1) en el soporte (2) con la brida (25), el tornillo M8 X 25 (27), la arandela 9x16x1.6 (26) y la tuerca M8 X 25.

7. Coloque la manguera flexible (21) en el racor hidráulico del tubo (1) que se instaló anteriormente.

8. Coloque la manguera flexible (18) en el codo de 90° (24) que se instaló anteriormente.

9. Instale la válvula de retención (8) en la manguera flexible (18) y en la manguera flexible (15).

10. Instale en la máquina el eje previamente montado.

11. Coloque los tubos flexibles (15) y (21) hacia la parte central de la máquina, tal y como se indica en la figura.

12. Fije la manguera flexible (15) con la brida (14), la arandela 11x20x2 (12), el tornillo M10 X 40 (17) y el distanciador (16).

13. Fije la manguera flexible (21) con la brida (19), las arandelas 11x20x2 (12) y el tornillo M10 X 30 (20).

14. Instale el codo de 90° (24) en la bomba del refrigerador de aceite del eje (C). Coloque la manguera flexible (15) en el codo de 90° (24).

15. Conecte la manguera flexible (21) al tubo (D) que viene del depósito de aceite hidráulico.
