Diese Anleitung zeigt Ihnen den Anbau der CLAAS Links-Rechts Anzeige an den Pressentypen VARIANT 260 / 280.

Befolgen Sie die Ratschläge für die richtige Pflege und Wartung Ihrer Maschine, dann werden Sie eine ständige Betriebsbereitschaft und lange Lebensdauer der Rundballenpresse erzielen.

Lassen Sie Ihre Rundballenpresse sofort nach der Ernte im Rahmen der in dieser Betriebsanleitung empfohlenen Einwinterungsvorschläge durch Ihre CLAAS-Fachwerkstatt überprüfen. Versäumnisse in der Wartung oder falsche Bedienung führen zu Leistungsminderung und bringen Zeitverlust.

Maschine beim Verlassen gegen Wegrollen sichern (Unterlegkeile). Traktormotor stillsetzen, Zündschlüssel abziehen und ggf. Kabine abschließen !

LINKS - RECHTS ANZEIGE ANBAUEN Flachriemen entspannen Dazu wie folgt vorgehen: 1. Den Hebel (H) der Sicherheitssperre bis auf Endstellung (O) stellen.

2. Die Heckklappe mit der Traktorhydraulik, so weit wie erforderlich, öffnen.

3. Den Hebel (H) der Sicherheitssperre bis auf Endstellung (Z) stellen.

4. Mit der Traktorhydraulik die Heckklappe wieder in Richtung "Öffnen’’ betätigen.

Dabei bleibt die Heckklappe in der gleichen Position stehen und die Spannarme (O und U) werden angehoben.

Die Spannarme so weit anheben, bis die Riemen ausreichend entspannt sind.

Gefahr!

Bei Arbeiten an der Heckklappe und in der Presskammer Traktormotor stillsetzen und Zündschlüssel abziehen.

Bei geöffneter Heckklappe muss der Hebel (H) der Sicherheitssperre grundsätzlich auf Endstellung (Z) stehen.

Besondere Vorsicht bei hochgestellten Spannarmen (O und U).

Es muss sichergestellt sein, dass die Hydraulikanlage des Traktors durch andere Personen, während des Aufenthaltes in der Presskammer, nicht betätigt werden kann.

(Abb. 1 und 2)

Die Halter mit Taster-Rolle auf beiden Maschinenseiten mit jeweils drei Sechskantschrauben M 8 x 20 anschrauben.

BEACHTEN! Bevor die Halter angeschraubt werden, die richtige Montage der Hebel (H) überprüfen.

(Abb. 3 und 4) Die Winkel (3) an vorhandener Sechskantschraube M 10 anschrauben.

Zugfeder (4) mit Augenschraube (5) einhängen und mit zwei Sechskantmuttern (6) sichern.

Kabelsatz verlegen :

5 Den Stecker am Poti anschliessen und das Kabel mit zwei Clips verlegen.

6 Riemen spannen.

BEACHTEN! Die Riemen dürfen nicht übereinanderliegen. Exakte Lage beachten.

Den Hebel auf die Endstellung ’’O’’ stellen und die Heckklappe bei laufender Maschine schliessen.

Zugfeder so spannen, dass die Federlänge Mass X 200mm beträgt.

Einstellung mit der Kontermutter sichern.

8 Funktionstest 1. Vor dem Funktionstest muss das Originalterminal gegen das neue 835 128.2 (im Lieferumfang) getauscht werden.

2. Eine Konfiguration mit dem CDS 5000 muss durchgeführt werden.

3. Presse an die Stromversorgung anschliessen.

Beim Einschalten der Stromversorgung müssen alle Kontrollampen leuchten.

4. Die Riemen ca. 1 cm eindrücken.

Linker Riemen = linke Lampen leuchten Rechter Riemen = rechte Lampen leuchten

BEACHTEN! Wenn der Riemen zu weit durchgedrückt wird, leuchtet die entgegengesetzte Seite.

Bei fehlerhafter Funktion die Einbaulage des Hebels (H) überprüfen.

Kontrolleuchten gn (grün) = gleichmässige Befüllung ge (geIb) = einseitige Befüllung rt (rot) = extrem einseitige Befüllung

Beispiel: Wenn die Kontrolleuchten (1 bis 4) auf der linken Seite leuchten, so muss nach links gefahren werden.

Wenn die Kontrolleuchten (1 bis 4) auf der rechten Seite leuchten, so muss nach rechts gefahren werden.

Reset: Mit der Reset Taste kann die 0-Position entsprechend der Ballenform geändert werden.

0-Position = die mittlere grüne (gn) Kontrolleuchte

Beispiel: Wenn bei einwandfreier Ballenform z.B. die grüne Kontrolleuchte (1) und die gelbe Kontrolleuchte (2) aufleuchten, so kann durch Betätigung der Reset Taste die 0-Position neu festgelegt werden.

Bei Betätigung der Reset-Taste leuchten alle Kontrolleuchten für einige Sekunden auf.

Anschliessend leuchtet nur die grüne Kontrolleuchte (0).

Die mittlere grüne Kontrolleuchte (0) leuchtet ständig.

So wird bei einseitiger Befüllung der Abstand von der 0 Position deutlich gemacht.

Korrektur der Reset-Eingabe: Falls versehentlich bei einseitig geformtem Ballen die Reset- Taste betätigt wurde, so muss zunächst wieder gepresst werden.

Bei gleichmässiger Befüllung des Ballens, die ResetTaste betätigen.

STÖRUNG

Beim Drücken der Reset-Taste, leuchten die Dioden nicht.

Anschluss zur Stromversorgung überprüfen (Abb.3 und 9). Die Bedienungsbox muss eingeschaltet sein.

Beim Drücken der Reset-Taste, leuchten die Dioden ständig.

Stecker am Modul überprüfen.

These instructions show how to fit the CLAAS Left / Right Indicator to the VARIANT 260 / 280.

In order to keep your round baler in running condition and extend its life, the round baler service and maintenance instructions should be observed.

After harvesting, have your round baler serviced by your CLAAS dealer in accordance with the storage recommendations for winter contained in the operating instructions. Bad maintenance or handling errors will result in a reduction in performance and in a waste of time.

Operating and servicing your round baler properly will provide your machine with a high level of efficiency while fully taking advantage of the know-how and state-of-theart technology for harvesting high crops.

FITTING THE RIGHT - LEFT INDICATOR Slackening the flat belts Proceed as follows: 1 . Move the safety lock-up valve lever (H) to the position (O).

2. Open the tailgate as far as it is required with the tractor hydraulics.

3. Move the safety lock-up valve lever (H) to the position (Z).

4. Operate the tractor hydraulics to bring the tailgate towards the open position.

This makes the tailgate stay in the same position and raises the tensioning arms (O and U). Raise the tensioning arms until the belts are sufficiently slackened.

Danger!

Always shut off the tractor engine and remove the ignition key before working on the tailgate and in the bale chamber.

The safety lock-up valve lever (H) must be in its extreme rear position (Z) when the tailgate is open.

Be very careful when the tensioning arms (O and U) are raised.

Make sure that nobody can operate the tractor hydraulics while you are in the bale chamber.

(Fig. 1 and 2)

Bolt the supports with the sensor roller to both sides of the machine with 3 hex bolts M8x20 each.

Important! Before attaching the supports, check that the lever(H) has been correctly fitted.

(Fig. 3 and 4) Bolt the angles (3) to the existing hex bolt M10.

Attach the spring (4) to the eye bolt (5) and secure it with two hex nuts (6).

Routing the wiring loom:

5 Attach the connector to the potentiometer and install the cable with two clips.

(Fig. 6)

6 Tighten the belts.

Important! :The belts edges must not overlap. Ensure exact location.

Move the lever (H) to the end position (O) and close the tailgate while the machine is running.

Tighten the spring to get the length X = 200mm max.

Tighten the lock nut in order to guarantee this setting.

8 Function test 1. Before starting the function test, the original terminalmust be replaced by the new one 835 128.2 (parts supplied).

2. Carry out a new configuration with the CDS 5000.

3. Connect the baler to the power supply.

All the indicator lights must light up when the power supply is switched on.

4. Press in the belts approx. 1 cm.

Left belt = left lights light up Right belt = right lights light up

Important! :If the belt is pressed down too much, the opposite light lights up.

In case of malfunction, check the mounting of the lever (H).

gn (green) = uniform filling ge (amber) = crop feed to one side rt (red) = extreme crop feed to one side Example: If the indicator lights (1 to 4) on the left-hand side light up, the tractor must be driven further towards the left.

If the indicator lights (1 to 4) on the right-hand side light up, the tractor must be driven further towards the right.

Reset: The reset pushbutton can be used for setting the system to the zero (0) position when the baler is working optimally.

The zero (0) position = centre green indicator light.

Example: If the green lamp (1) and the amber lamp (2) both light up when the baling operation is optimal, i.e. when baling is uniform across the entire width of the chamber, the system can be set to the zero (0) position by actuating the reset pushbutton.

When the reset pushbutton is actuated, all the indicator lights will light up for several seconds, after which time only the green (0) lamp will remain lit.

The centre green indicator light (0) is always on.

Any deviation from the zero setting will now clearly indicate an uneven baling operation.

Correction of reset input: If the reset pushbutton is by mistake actuated while the crop was being fed to one side only, continue operations until the diameter of the bale is uniform across its entire width (this is indicated by the position of the upper belt tensioning arms).

Now actuate the reset pushbutton.

PROBLEMS

CAUSES or REMEDIES

The diodes do not light up when the reset pushbutton is pressed.

Check the connection to the power supply (Fig. 3 and 9).

The control box must be switched on.

The diodes light continuously when the reset pushbutton is pressed.

Check the connector at the module.Check the module if necessary.Check configuration by CDS.

There is no indication at the indicator when the belts are pressed.

Check the snap-on connection to the potentiometer (Fig. 3 and 9).

Check the potentiometer.

La notice de montage concerne le remontage de l’Indicateur Gauche - Droite sur la VARIANT 260 / 280.

Ce remontage nécessite beaucoup de précaution.

Pour assurer un état de marche constant et une longue durée de vie de votre presse à balles rondes, il est nécessaire de suivre les conseils d'entretien et de maintenance de la machine.

Après la récolte, faire réviser la machine par votre concessionnaire CLAAS selon les recommandations d'entreposage pour l'hiver contenues dans la notice d'utilisation. Un mauvais entretien ou des erreurs de maniement entraînent une diminution des performances et donc une perte de temps.

Remarques générales Les pièces fournies sont repérées par des chiffres. Pour savoir quelle pièce doit être utilisée, reportez- vous au tableau et aux photos relatives à chaque montage (chapitre ’’pièces fournies’’). La pièce est repérée par le même numéro dans le chapitre des pièces fournies et dans le chapitre montage.

Les pièces démontées et réutilisées sont repérées par des lettres. La pièce est repérée par la même lettre au démontage et au remontage.

Les vis doivent être serrées avec les couples de serrage suivants, sauf quand mentionné autrement dans la notice:

MONTAGE DE L’INDICATEUR GAUCHE - DROITE Détendre les courroie plates

1. Positionner le levier (H) du verrouillage de sécurité en position (O).

2. Ouvrir la porte arrière avec l’hydraulique du tracteur autant que possible.

3. Positionner le levier (H) du verrouillage de sécurité en position (Z).

4. Avec l’hydraulique du tracteur, actionner la porte arrière à nouveau dans le sens de l’ouverture.

Ainsi la porte reste dans la même position et les bras tendeurs (O et U) se soulèvent. Lever les bras tendeurs jusqu’à ce que les courroies soient suffisamment détendues.

Danger !

Lors des travaux sur la porte arrière et dans la chambre de pressage, il est impératif d’arrêter le moteur et de retirer la clé de contact.

Lorsque la porte arrière est ouverte, le levier (H) du verrouillage de sécurité doit toujours être en position (Z).

Prudence lorsque les bras tendeurs (O et U) sont levés.

Il est formellement interdit d’utiliser le système hydraulique du tracteur lors des travaux dans la chambre de pressage.

Visser les supports avec le rouleau palpeur sur les côtés latéraux à l’aide de trois vis six pans M8x20.

Attention! Avant de fixer les supports, il est nécessaire de vérifier le montage correct du levier (H).

Visser les équerres (3) avec les vis hexagonales M10 existantes.

Accrocher le ressort de traction (4) avec une vis à œillet (5); bloquer avec deux écrous six pans (6).

Poser le jeu de câbles :

5 Brancher la prise sur le potentiomètre et poser le câble avec deux clips.

6 Retendre les courroies.

Attention! Les courroies ne doivent pas se chevaucher.

Respecter la position exacte.

Positionner le levier (H) en position (O) et fermer la porte arrière, la machine étant en marche.

Tendre le ressort de traction (4) afin d’obtenir la distance X mesure 200mm.

Bloquer le réglage avec le contre-écrou.

8 Test de fonctionnement 1. Avant d’effectuer le test de fonctionnement, le terminal d’origine doit être remplacé par le nouveau modèle 835 128.2 (livré dans le kit).

2. Configurer le boîtier de commande à l’aide du CDS 5000.

3. Brancher la presse sur l’alimentation électrique.

Lors de la mise sous tension, toutes les lampes témoins doivent s’allumer.

4. Enfoncer les courroies d’environ 1 cm.

Courroie gauche : la lampe gauche s’allume Courroie droite : la lampe droite s’allume

Attention! Si la courroie est trop enfoncée, la lampe opposée s’allume.

En cas de fonctionnement défectueux, vérifier le montage du levier (H).

Témoin lumineux

gn (vert) = remplissage régulier ge (jaune) = remplissage irrégulier rt (rouge) = remplissage irrégulier extrême Exemple: Les témoins lumineux (1 à 4) s'allument sur le côté gauche: avancer vers la gauche.

Les témoins lumineux (1 à 4) s'allument sur le côté droit: avancer vers la droite.

Réinitialisation (reset): La position 0 peut être modifiée, selon la forme de la balle à l’aide de la touche de réinitialisation (reset).

Position 0 = témoin lumineux vert (gn) du milieu.

Exemple: Si la balle se forme d'une manière impeccable et que par exemple le témoin lumineux vert (1) et le témoin lumineux jaune (2) s'allument, il est possible de déterminer à nouveau la position 0 en appuyant sur la touche de réinitialisation (reset).

Tous les témoins lumineux s'allument pendant quelques secondes lorsque la touche de réinitialisation est appuyée.

Ensuite, seul le témoin lumineux vert (0) reste allumé.

Le témoin lumineux vert (0) du milieu est constamment allumé.

Ainsi l'écart par rapport à la position 0 d'un remplissage unilatéral est immédiatement repéré.

Correction de la donnée de réinitialisation: Dans le cas où la formation de la balle est unilatérale et que la touche de réinitialisation a été activée par erreur, il est nécessaire de presser une autre balle.

Si le remplissage se fait d'une manière équilibrée, activer la touche de réinitialisation.

INCIDENTS

CAUSES ET REMÈDES

La diode ne s’allume pas lorsqu’on appuie sur la touche de réinitialisation.

Vérifier la prise de l’alimentation électrique (Fig. 3 et 9).

Le boîtier de commande doit être allumé.

La diode reste allumée lorsqu’on appuie sur la touche de réinitialisation.

Vérifier la prise du module.Vérifier le module.

Vérifier le boîtier de commande.

Vérifier la configuration à l’aide du CDS.

Pas d’affichage sur l’indicateur lorsqu’on appuie sur les courroies.

Vérifier la connection de la prise du potentiomètre (Fig. 3 et 9).

Vérifier le potentiomètre.
