EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt einen sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zum Nachrüsten des Reversierantriebs für Lüfter.

Der Teleskoplader TARGO K-Serie kann mit dem Teilesatz ET-Nr. 311 108.1 für den folgenden Maschinennummernbereich nachgerüstet werden: 51200020 bis 51200472 Die Montagerichtzeit beträgt ca. 4 Stunden.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt.

Die Hinweise »Zur Sicherheit« aus der aktuellen Betriebsanleitung müssen beachtet werden.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Zur Sicherheit« aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Vorn, hinten, rechts und links gilt immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Die Verwendung von Ersatzteilen, Zubehör und Zusatzgeräten, die nicht original von CLAAS stammen und nicht von CLAAS geprüft und freigegeben sind, kann konstruktiv vorgegebene Eigenschaften der CLAAS-Maschine oder seine Funktionstüchtigkeit negativ verändern und dadurch die aktive und/oder passive Fahrsicherheit sowie Arbeitssicherheit (Unfallschutz) beeinträchtigen.

Kennzeichnung von Hinweisen, bei deren Nichtbeachtung Gefahren für Leib und Leben des Bedieners oder seiner Mitmenschen besteht.

Für Schäden, die insoweit durch die Verwendung von Nicht-CLAAS-Original-Teilen, -Zubehör und -Zusatzgeräten entstehen, ist jedwede Haftung von CLAAS ausgeschlossen.

INTRODUCTION These instructions describe the safe and timesaving work sequence for retrofitting the reverse fan drive.

The teleporter TARGO K SERIES can be retrofitted with the parts kit no. 311 108.1, from the following machine number range: 51200020 until 51200472 The standard mounting time is approx. 4 hours.

See page 4.1 for the shipping package.

IMPORTANT The instructions contained in this manual should be carefully read and observed by all persons who are concerned with the operation, maintenance and inspection of this machine/ front attachment in order to prevent accidents.

Especially the »Safety Rules« in the operator's manual should be read with the utmost care and adhered to. In addition, please also observe the accident prevention regulations that apply for your own country.

Before commencing with the job, ensure that all the tools and service aids are available. Compare existing machine type/front attachment type with the list in the chapter »Shipping Package« and the parts kit supplied.

The specification of the components, e.g. bolts, is shown on the shipping package. The shipping package shows the position number (pos. no.) of the components. Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have a position number but belong to the bolt listed above which does have a position number. Additional part specifications are the part no., description, measurements, DIN and the quantity.

In order to help with the assembly, existing components in the instructions are identified with letters, whereas new parts have been identified with a number (position number).

Texts and pictures apply, in general, to all machine types covered by this book and the information given applies equally, except where reference is made to a particular model in captions to the pictures or in the main text.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. CLAAS reserve the right to make changes subsequently as technical developments continue. Responsibility for errors or omissions not accepted.

Front, rear, right and left refer to the direction of forward travel.

Fitting and retrofitting of ancillary equipment which is not originally manufactured by CLAAS, and, in addition, also modifications and changes must only be carried out with the consent of CLAAS, as any such actions may have adverse affects on the safety and operational function of the machine.

Release the v-belt and remove it from the fan drive.

Fitting Screw the new hydraulic motor (1) to the available flange plate (F) with the available hexagon head bolts.

Tighten the reversing valve (4) with the hexagon head bolt (8) on the machine wall.

INTRODUCTION Cette notice décrit une procédure de travail sûre et économique, pour le montage ultérieur de la commande d’inversion pour ventilateur.

Le chargeur télescopique TARGO, série K peut être modifié à l’aide du jeu de pièces réf 311 108.1 pour les numéros de machine suivants : 51200020 à 51200472 Le temps de montage alloué s’élève à environ 4 heures.

Les pièces contenues sont mentionnées à la page 4.1.

Il est impératif de respecter les « Consignes de sécurité » figurant dans la notice actuelle d'utilisation.

IMPORTANT Afin d'éviter les accidents, ce manuel et surtout les remarques, doivent être lus par toutes les personnes qui utilisent la machine, qui s'occupent de la maintenance, de l'entretien ou du contrôle. Il convient en particulier de porter une attention soutenue au chapitre »Conseils de sécurité« de votre notice d'utilisation et de respecter les consignes de prévention dans votre pays.

Avant de commencer le travail vérifier d'abord que tous les outils et moyens nécessaires sont complets. Comparer le type de machine / le type d'outil frontal avec la nomenclature du paragraphe »Liste des pièces fournies» et le kit des pièces fournies.

La spécification des pièces, par ex. pour les vis est mentionnée dans la « Liste des pièces fournies ». Dans cette liste chaque composant est muni d'un numéro de position (no. de pos.).

Les pièces telles que les écrous et les rondelles contact n'ont pas de numéro de position. Ces pièces font partie du numéro de position de la vis avec laquelle elles sont montées. En plus y sont indiqués le numéro de pièce détachée, la désignation, la dimension, DIN et le nombre.

Pour une meilleure orientation, dans les instructions de montage, les pièces déjà existantes sont munies des lettres et les pièces neuves sont munies des chiffres (numéro de position).

Les textes et les tableaux sont établis neutres, autant que possible. Les différences entre les modèles sont mises en évidence par des renvois dans le texte.

INTRODUZIONE Queste istruzioni descrivono la sequenza dei lavori per un rapido e sicuro montaggio successivo dell’invertitore della ventola.

Il movimentatore telescopico serie-K TARGO si può integrare con la serie di particolari Nr. matricola 311 108.1 per gli intervalli dei numeri delle macchine fra: 51200020 - 51200472 Il montaggio richiede un tempo di ca. 4 ore.

Il complessivo di fornitura è descritto alla pagina 4.1.

Osservare le "Norme per la sicurezza" contenute nel Libretto d'Uso attualmente disponibile.

Leggere attentamente i paragrafi riferiti alle "Norme di sicurezza" presenti nel Libretto d'uso ed attenersi alla normativa per la prevenzione degli infortuni vigente nel Paese di utilizzo.

Prima di iniziare i lavori, verificare la disponibilità di tutti gli utensili ed attrezzi necessari. Confrontare il modello interessato di macchina/ testata con l'elenco riportato nel paragrafo "Complessivo di fornitura" e verificare i particolari forniti.

La specifica dei pezzi, ad esempio quella delle viti, viene rilevata dall'elenco "Complessivo di fornitura". In questo elenco, ad ogni particolare di montaggio è stato assegnato un proprio numero di posizione (Pos. Nr.) ad eccezione di particolari come ad es. dadi e rondelle per i quali non viene riportato. Questi ultimi vengono indicati sotto il numero della vite con cui sono montati. Ulteriori dati riferiti ai pezzi sono costituiti da Nr. di matricola, descrizione, dimensioni, DIN e quantità.

Per una migliore comprensione, nella descrizione del montaggio i pezzi già esistenti sono indicati con una lettera mentre quelli nuovi vengono identificati da numeri (Nr. di posizione).

Testi e figure sono stati mantenuti per quanto possibile neutri. Le differenze tra i singoli tipi sono evidenziate con riferimenti nei testi.

Dati tecnici, misure e pesi non sono impegnativi. La CLAAS si riserva la facoltà di apportare modifiche al passo con lo sviluppo tecnologico.

Avvitare in primo luogo la valvola invertitrice premontata (4) fino a (7) al filtro dell’olio (F) senza ancora stringerla (vedi la freccia).

Mediante le viti a testa esagonale (8) stringere la valvola invertitrice (4) alla parete della macchina.

Avvitare e stringere il supporto angolare (6) al filtro dell’olio e alla tubazione (5).

INTRODUCCIÓN Este manual explica la forma segura y rápida de montar con posterioridad el equipo para la inversión de marcha del ventilador.

El cargador telescópico TARGO Serie K se puede reequipar mediante el juego de piezas bajo el número 311 108.1 para la siguiente serie de números de máquina: 51200020 hasta 51200472 El tiempo aproximado de montaje es de 4 horas.

El contenido de las piezas suministradas se detalla bajo el punto 4.1.

Hay que tener en cuenta las indicaciones »para la seguridad« del actual manual de instrucciones.

NOTA IMPORTANTE Las indicaciones de este manual deben ser leídas y seguidas, para evitar peligros, por todas las personas que trabajan con esta máquina/ cabezal, tanto si la conducen o la controlan o si hacen el mantenimiento o las reparaciones. Lea con especial interés el apartado »Medidas de seguridad« de su manual de instrucciones y siga Usted las normativas contra accidentes de su país.

Antes de empezar con el trabajo, compruebe que tiene todas las herramientas y demás utensilios necesarios a mano. Lleve a cabo una comparación entre el tipo de máquina/tipo de cabezal, la lista bajo el apartado »piezas suministradas« y el juego de piezas recibido.

Las especificaciones de las piezas, por ejemplo de los tornillos, se encuentran en la lista »piezas suministradas«. En esta lista cada pieza está provista de un número de posición (No. pos.).

Piezas como por ejemplo tuercas y arandelas contact no tienen número de posición. Estas piezas pertenecen al número de posición del tornillo con el que son montadas. Más informaciones sobre las piezas son el número de pieza de repuesto, la denominación, la medida, el DIN y la cantidad.

En las indicaciones de montaje se han marcado las piezas existentes con letras y las piezas nuevas con números (números de posición), para facilitar su orientación.

Los textos y los dibujos se han mantenido dentro de lo posible neutrales. A las diferencias entre los tipos se les hace referencia con indicaciones en el texto.

Los datos técnicos, las dimensiones y los pesos se entienden sin compromiso alguno. Nos reservamos diferencias debidas al desarrollo técnico o a errores.

Las indicaciones «delante», «detrás», «a la derecha» y «a la izquierda» se refieren siempre al sentido de marcha de la máquina.

Aplicación adecuada de la máquina

En este manual de instrucciones se refiere a todos los párrafos que afectan su seguridad y la seguridad de la máquina con ayuda de los siguientes señales. Entregue todas las medidas de seguridad también a otros usuarios.

La utilización de piezas de repuesto, accesorios y aparatos adicionales que no sean originales de CLAAS y no hayan sido verificados y aprobados por CLAAS, pueden modificar las propiedades constructivas de la máquina CLAAS o su funcionalidad de forma negativa, y de este modo afectar la seguridad de marcha activa y/o pasiva así como la seguridad del trabajo (protección ante accidentes).

Señalización de advertencias cuya inobservancia puede significar peligro de lesión o incluso de muerte para el operador y sus prójimos.
