EU-type approval 167/2013: „Mother regulation“ Impact EU-Type Approval EU167/2013 on greenline in general  From 01/01/2018 optional for all trailers and towed implements (DISCO, VOLTO, LINER, CARGOS, QUANTUM and balers)  EU Member States be able to transfer this EU legislation in national law at any time causing the EU-Type Approval would be binding also for all trailers and towed implements  First countries changed already to EU-Type Approval (NL 01/01/2018), others will follow (e.g. Spain 01/01/2019)

EU-type approval 167/2013: „Mother regulation“ Impact EU-Type Approval EU167/2013 on greenline

 Beside e.g. the documents* and a new identification plate, the EU167/2013 for trailers and implements requires additional technical content (e.g. safety chain)  To be prepared for these market demands new options are available (are in standard for all the affected subtypes!)

*print and distribution of COC over sales network (similar process to CT)

 Max. transport speed of machines coupled in lower linkage and / or without brakes is restricted to max. 40 kph with EU167/2013!  The option is configured into the standard equipment. All machines with the new EU-Type Approval need to get the technical content in standard, also in countries which don’t change to the EU-Type Approval in 2019!

Countries with homologation based on EU16/2013 have to switch on belonging types to air brakes!
