EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung zeigt Ihnen den Anbau des CLAAS Sonnenblume-Vorsatzes für LEXION-Vario- und Standard-Schneidwerke Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt.

Die Nummerierung entspricht der Anbaureihenfolge.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instand halten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt „Zur Sicherheit“ aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Vorn, hinten, rechts und links gilt immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Die Verwendung von Ersatzteilen, Zubehör und Zusatzgeräten, die nicht original von CLAAS stammen und nicht von CLAAS geprüft und freigegeben sind, kann konstruktiv vorgegebene Eigenschaften der CLAAS-Maschine oder seine Funktionstüchtigkeit negativ verändern und dadurch die aktive und/oder passive Fahrsicherheit sowie Arbeitssicherheit (Unfallschutz) beeinträchtigen.

Kennzeichnung von Hinweisen, bei deren Nichtbeachtung Gefahren für Leib und Leben des Bedieners oder seiner Mitmenschen besteht.

Für Schäden, die insoweit durch die Verwendung von Nicht-CLAAS-Original-Teilen, -Zubehör und -Zusatzgeräten entstehen, ist jedwede Haftung von CLAAS ausgeschlossen.

In dieser Anleitung haben wir alle Stellen, die Ihre Sicherheit und die Sicherheit der Maschine betreffen, mit den nachfolgenden Zeichen versehen. Geben Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise auch an andere Benutzer weiter.

Alle Arbeiten unter dem angehobenen Schneidwerk und Haspel nur bei sicherer Abstützung durchführen!

Schrägförderer-Sicherheitsstütze Einzugskanal ganz anheben.

4 Beim Mähdreschereinsatz muss die Sicherheitsstütze (S) mit dem Riegel (R) festgesetzt werden.

5 Haspel-Sicherheitsstützen Bei allen Arbeiten am Schneidwerk ist die angehobene Haspel mit den Sicherheitsstützen (S) auf beiden Seiten zu sichern. Dazu die Haspel ganz anheben und Sicherheitsstützen (S) in Schutzstellung bringen.

Anbau Vor dem Einsatz die Sicherheitsstützen (S) hochklappen und in den Federbügeln (B) arretieren.

Transportstreben (T) auf beiden Seiten abschrauben (wenn noch vorhanden). Übergangsbleche (U) abschrauben.

Beim Schneidwerk 9,00 m müssen beide Steuersterne ausgebaut werden.

Anbau Löcher unter dem Messerbalken bohren (Standard-Schneidwerk) Zum Bohren der Löcher die mitgelieferte Bohrschablone (S) verwenden.

Die Bohrschablone zwischen die Muldenträger stecken und am Messerbalken anlegen. Die Schablone mittig bzw. seitlich an den Muldenträgern anlegen.

Ein bzw. zwei Löcher Ø 5 mm vorbohren.

Zum Aufsetzen der Schiffchen-Einheiten eine geeignete Hebevorrichtung verwenden.

Beim Aufsetzen der Schiffchen-Einheiten müssen die Fingerspitzen (je 4 Stück) abgedeckt werden.

Die Haspel-Tiefenbegrenzungen (28) können bei Bedarf mit den Kontermuttern der Haspel-Hydraulikzylinder festgesetzt werden. Hierdurch wird ein Anstoßen der Haspelzinken vermieden.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION The instructions contained in this manual should be read carefully and observed by all persons who are concerned with the operation, maintenance and inspection of this machine in order to prevent accidents. The “Safety Rules” in the operator's manual should be read with the utmost care and adhered to. In addition, please also observe the accident prevention regulations that apply for your own country.

Before starting work, make sure that you have all necessary tools and materials. Compare existing machine type/front attachment type with the list in the chapter “Shipping Package” and the parts kit supplied.

Please refer to the list in the “Shipping Package” for the parts specifications e.g. in the case of bolts. Every part listed here has a Part Number. Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have part numbers. These parts are listed under the part number for the screws with which they are fitted. Further information with regard to the parts is the spare parts No., description, dimensions, the DIN and the quantity.

To make the installation instructions clearer, existing parts are labelled with letters while new parts are labelled with numbers (part numbers).

Texts and illustrations apply, in general, to all machine types. Notes and comments will alert you to any differences between individual types.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. CLAAS reserve the right to make changes at a later date as technical developments continue. Responsibility for errors or omissions not accepted.

The indicator boards “front, rear, right and left” are always in direction of travel (forwards).

5 Installation FITTING THE SUNFLOWER ATTACHMENT Safety locks Danger!

All work being carried out under a raised cutterbar and reel can only be done so using a secure support!

Feed rake safety lock Lift the feeder housing as far as possible.

Release safety lock (S) at latch (R) and lower onto the hydraulic ram.

4 When using the combine harvester the safety lock (S) must be secured with latch (R).

5 Reel locks When undertaking any work on the cutterbar, secure the raised reel on both sides with the safety locks (S).

In order to do so, fully raise the reel and position the safety locks (S) in the support position.

Installation Before putting into operation, fold up the safety locks (S) and insert them into the clamping brackets (B).

Fitting the sunflower attachment Remove both crop dividers.

Unscrew the transport braces (T) on both sides (if still attached).

Unscrew the feed plate (U).

Unscrew the reel control frame (S) (in the Vario cutterbar). Unscrew the M 6 nuts.

(Fig. 8) 8 Use the appropriate lifting equipment to slightly raise the reel on the left hand side at the reel central column.

Unhitch the hydraulic cylinder of the reel horizontal adjustment.

Remove the locking screw.

9 Carefully pull the reel down from the reel support arm.

Drive the expansion pin out of the set collar (R) and remove the set collar.

Unscrew the 6 tine tube bearings at the control star.

Disassemble the 3 cam rollers of the control star.

Remove the cam roller support (H).

Remove the control star.

Important!

In the case of the 9.00 m cutterbar both control stars have to be disassembled.

12 Reassemble the cam roller holder and secure with the set collar.

Push the reel back on to the reel support.

Hang the hydraulic cylinder of the reel horizontal adjustment.

Reattach the locking screw.

Disassemble every second reel tine tube completely.

Whilst doing so pay special attention to the reel star fastening (B).

Disassemble the reel tine tubes at (A).

Drill holes in the outer stars.

At the same time, measure the reel star fastening (B).

Screw the reel control frame (S) back on (in the Vario cutterbar).

Installation Attach the closing lid (1) to all open tine tube bearing points with the hex bolts provided.

15 Mount the 3 remaining reel tine tubes with locking devices (2) and hex bolts (3).

Attach the support (4) with the hex bolts (5) at (B).

Important!

On the hollow side of the reel stars mount one M8 nut respectively between the star and support (4).

Attach the supports (4) on the outer stars using hex bolts (6).

Push the reel grid (7) on to the spring tines and use 2 flat head bolts (8) to attach to the support (4).

Fix the reel grid (7) to the reel tine tubes with 3 clamps (9) and flat head bolts (10).

Vario cutterbar: Unscrew the (T) cam track.

19 Remove the third bolt (B) on the left hand side. Reposition the knife guide (M) one hole further to the left.

21 Drilling holes on the finger bar: Unscrew all pressure thumps (A) and screw back on repositioned one hole further to the left or right. When doing so take care with the shims.

Installation Drilling holes under the finger bar (Standard cutterbar) Use the template (S) provided for drilling the holes.

Place the template between the trough frame and position it on the finger bar. Position the template in the centre or to the side on the trough frames.

Predrill one or two Ø 5 mm holes.

After drilling remove the template and drill the holes to Ø 13 mm.

Attach reinforcing plates (14) on both sides within the cutterbar side shafts (15) with hex nuts.

Put the dividers (13) on the cutterbar side walls.

Align the angle plate (11) to the side shafts and tighten the flat head bolts (12). Screw springloaded bars (16) into both sides.

Hook the spring-loaded bars (16) behind the reinforcing plates (14) onto the cutterbar shafts and tighten.

Align the angle plate (11) to the side shafts and tighten the flat head bolts (12). Screw springloaded bars (17) into both sides.

Hang the angles of the spring-loaded bars into the slots on the side walls.

36 Press the turnbuckles downwards into the contact position.

Set the connecting rods (16 or 17) in such a way that the turnbuckles cannot be easily pressed downwards.

Position the adjusting plates (E) as high as possible and tighten.

The reel depth controls (28) can be fixed using the reel hydraulic cylinder lock nuts if required. This prevents the reel tines from hitting each other.

Insert and tighten the depth controls from the outside towards the inside. If necessary, smooth down the edges of the depth controls.

Attach the depth controls on both sides.

Avant de commencer les travaux, vérifier que tous les outils et appareils auxiliaires sont bien présents. Comparer le type de machine / le type d'outil frontal avec la nomenclature du paragraphe « Liste des pièces fournies » et le kit des pièces fournies.

La spécification des pièces, par ex. pour les vis, est mentionnée dans la « Liste des pièces fournies ». Dans cette liste, chaque pièce reçoit un numéro de référence (n° de réf.). Les pièces telles que les écrous et les rondelles de contact ne reçoivent pas de numéro de référence. Ces pièces font partie du numéro de référence de la vis avec laquelle elles sont installées. En plus y sont indiqués le numéro de pièce détachée, la désignation, la dimension, DIN et le nombre.

Dévisser les 6 paliers des tubes porte-doigts sur la couronne de commande Démonter les 3 galets de commande de la couronne de commande et Retirer les supports des galets de commande (H).

Extraire la couronne de commande.

Dans le cas des tabliers de coupe de 9,00 m, les deux couronnes de commande doivent être démontées. (fig. 11, 12)

12 Remonter les supports de galets de commande et fixer à l'aide de la bague de serrage.

Glisser de nouveau le rabatteur sur le support de rabatteur.

Raccrocher le vérin hydraulique de réglage horizontal du rabatteur.

Remettre en place la vis de sécurité S

Démonter complètement un tube porte-doigts sur deux.

Ce faisant, tenir compte impérativement de la fixation (B) de la couronne du rabatteur.

Démonter les tubes porte-doigts du rabatteur en (A).
