EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt einen sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zur Nachrüstung des Autopiloten.

Die Mähdrescher LEXION 480 – 410 können mit dem Nachrüstsatz ET-Nr. 014 612.3 in den folgenden Maschinennummernbereichen nachgerüstet werden: ab 54300011, ab 54400011, ab 54500011, ab 54600011, ab 54700011, ab 54800011, ab 55300800, ab 55400800, ab 55700800, ab 56500800, ab 56600800, ab 56700800 und ab 56800800.

Die Montagerichtzeit beträgt ca. 5,5 Mannstunden.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt.

Die Hinweise „Zur Sicherheit“ aus der aktuellen Betriebsanleitung müssen beachtet werden.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt „Zur Sicherheit“ aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt „Lieferumfang“ und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Vorn, hinten, rechts und links gilt immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Die Verwendung von Ersatzteilen, Zubehör und Zusatzgeräten, die nicht original von CLAAS stammen und nicht von CLAAS geprüft und freigegeben sind, kann konstruktiv vorgegebene Eigenschaften der CLAAS-Maschine oder seine Funktionstüchtigkeit negativ verändern und dadurch die aktive und/oder passive Fahrsicherheit sowie Arbeitssicherheit (Unfallschutz) beeinträchtigen.

Kennzeichnung von Hinweisen, bei deren Nichtbeachtung Gefahren für Leib und Leben des Bedieners oder seiner Mitmenschen besteht.

Hydraulikschläuche (H) anschrauben.

Dabei das Kabel nach vorne verlegen.

INTRODUCTION These instructions describe the safe and timesaving work sequence for retrofitting the autopilot.

Retrofitting of the LEXION 480 – 410 combine harvesters, with the supplementary kit part no. 014 612.3, is possible from the following machine number ranges: starting from 54300011, starting from 54400011, starting from 54500011, starting from 54600011, starting from 54700011, starting from 54800011, starting from 55300800, starting from 55400800, starting from 55700800, starting from 56500800, starting from 56600800, starting from 56700800 and starting from 56800800.

The standard mounting time is approx. 5.5 man hours.

Before commencing with the job, ensure that all the tools and service aids are available.

Compare existing machine type/front attachment type with the list in the chapter „Shipping Package“ and the parts kit supplied.

The specification of the components, e.g. bolts, is shown on the shipping package. The shipping package shows the position number (pos. no.) of the components. Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have a position number but belong to the bolt listed above which does have a position number. Additional part specifications are the parts no., description, measurements, DIN and the quantity.

In order to help with the assembly, existing components in the instructions are identified with letters, whereas new parts have been identified with a number (position number).

Texts and pictures apply, in general, to all machine types covered by this book and the information given applies equally, except where reference is made to a particular model in captions to the pictures or in the main text.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. CLAAS reserve the right to make changes subsequently as technical developments continue.

Installation Push the ball joints out of taper seats, using a suitable puller.

Unscrew the hydraulic hoses (H) from the steering cylinder and close it with plugs on both sides.

Screw on and tighten the castellated nut.

Torque: 270 – 290 Nm 1

Secure the castellated nut with one split pin.

Fasten the wiring loom (2) using the spiral hose (3) onto the hydraulic hose (H).

Screw the pipe clamp (4) with the hexagon head bolt (5).

IMPORTANT Afin d'éviter les accidents, ce manuel et surtout les remarques, doivent être lus par toutes les personnes qui utilisent la machine, qui s'occupent de la maintenance, de l'entretien ou du contrôle. Il convient en particulier de porter une attention soutenue au chapitre „Conseils de sécurité“ de votre notice d'utilisation et de respecter les consignes de prévention dans votre pays.

Avant de commencer le travail vérifier d'abord que tous les outils et moyens nécessaires sont complets. Comparer le type de machine / le type d'outil frontal avec la nomenclature du paragraphe „Liste des pièces fournies» et le kit des pièces fournies.

La spécification des pièces, parex. pour les vis est mentionnée dans la « Liste des pièces fournies ». Dans cette liste chaque composant est muni d'un numéro de position (no. de pos.).

Les pièces tellesque les écrous et les rondelles contact n'ont pas de numéro de position. Ces pièces font partie du numéro de position de la vis avec laquelle elles sont montées. En plus y sont indiqués le numéro de pièce détachée, la désignation, la dimension, DIN et le nombre.

Pour une meilleure orientation, dans les instructions de montage, les pièces déjà existantes sont munies des lettres et les pièces neuves sont munies des chiffres (numéro de position).

Les textes et les tableaux sont établis neutres, autant que possible. Les différences entre les modèles sont mises en évidence par des renvois dans le texte.

Les données techniques, poids et mesures sont sans engagement. Sous réserve d'erreur et de modifications techniques dans le cadre du développement technique.

Les termes avant, arrière, droite et gauche s'entendent toujours dans le sens d'avancement.
