EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt einen sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zur Nachrüstung der Kabinenheizung.

Die Mähdrescher LEXION 460-410 können mit dem Nachrüstsatz ET-Nr. 546 604.0 ab dem folgenden Maschinennummernbereich nachgerüstet werden: 54300011, 54400011, 55300800, 55400800 und 55700800.

Die Montagerichtzeit beträgt ca. 3 Mannstunden.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt.

Die Hinweise »Zur Sicherheit« aus der aktuellen Betriebsanleitung müssen beachtet werden.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Zur Sicherheit« aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Vorn, hinten, rechts und links gilt immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Kabinendach öffnen Hebel im Kabineninneren betätigen und Kabinendach von außen hochschwenken.

Beim Kabinendach hochschwenken die seitlichen Kabel der Antenne vorsichtig nachziehen.

Stoßdämpfer (S) abschrauben und mit einem Montagewinkel (M) (Eigenanfertigung) weiter vorne an einer vorhandenen Sechskantschraube befestigen.

INTRODUCTION These instructions describe the safe and timesaving work sequence for retrofitting the cab heater.

Retrofitting of the LEXION 460-410 combine harvesters, with the supplementary kit part no.

546 604.0, is possible from the following machine number ranges: 54300011, 54400011, 55300800, 55400800 and 55700800.

The standard mounting time is approx. 4 man hours.

See page 4.1 for the shipping package.

Observe the »Safety Rules« in the applicable operator’s manual.

IMPORTANT The instructions contained in this manual should be carefully read and observed by all persons who are concerned with the operation, maintenance and inspection of this machine/ front attachment in order to prevent accidents.

Especially the »Safety Rules« in the operator's manual should be read with the utmost care and adhered to. In addition, please also observe the accident prevention regulations that apply for your own country.

Before commencing with the job, ensure that all the tools and service aids are available.

Compare existing machine type/front attachment type with the list in the chapter »Shipping Package« and the parts kit supplied.

The specification of the components, e.g. bolts, is shown on the shipping package. The shipping package shows the position number (pos. no.) of the components. Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have a position number but belong to the bolt listed above which does have a position number. Additional part specifications are the part no., description, measurements, DIN and the quantity.

In order to help with the assembly, existing components in the instructions are identified with letters, whereas new parts have been identified with a number (position number).

Texts and pictures apply, in general, to all machine types covered by this book and the information given applies equally, except where reference is made to a particular model in captions to the pictures or in the main text.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. CLAAS reserve the right to make changes subsequently as technical developments continue.

Stop the engine and switch off the battery isolator switch.

Opening the cab roof Pull the lever inside the cab and fold up the cab roof from the outside.

When folding up the cab roof, pull along antenna cables on the side carefully.

Unscrew the shock absorber (S) and fasten it to an existing hexagon head bolt towards the front with a mounting angle (M) (custom-made). (fig. 1)

INTRODUCTION Cette notice décrit une procédure de travail sûre et économique, pour le montage ultérieur du chauffage de la cabine.

Les moissonneuses-batteuses LEXION 460-410 peuvent être équipées ultérieurement avec le jeu d’équipement supplémentaire réf 546 604.0, à partir des numéros de machine suivants : 54300011, 54400011, 55300800, 55400800 et 55700800.

Le temps de montage alloué s’élève à environ 3 homme-heures.

Les pièces contenues sont mentionnées à la page 4.1.

Il est impératif de respecter les « Consignes de sécurité » figurant dans la notice actuelle d'utilisation.

Avant de commencer le travail vérifier d'abord que tous les outils et moyens nécessaires sont complets. Comparer le type de machine / le type d'outil frontal avec la nomenclature du paragraphe »Liste des pièces fournies» et le kit des pièces fournies.

La spécification des pièces, par ex. pour les vis est mentionnée dans la « Liste des pièces fournies ». Dans cette liste chaque composant est muni d'un numéro de position (no. de pos.).

Les pièces telles que les écrous et les rondelles contact n'ont pas de numéro de position. Ces pièces font partie du numéro de position de la vis avec laquelle elles sont montées. En plus y sont indiqués le numéro de pièce détachée, la désignation, la dimension, DIN et le nombre.

Pour une meilleure orientation, dans les instructions de montage, les pièces déjà existantes sont munies des lettres et les pièces neuves sont munies des chiffres (numéro de position).

Les textes et les tableaux sont établis neutres, autant que possible. Les différences entre les modèles sont mises en évidence par des renvois dans le texte.

Arrêter le moteur et débrancher l'interrupteur-séparateur de la batterie.

Ouvrir le toit de la cabine Actionner le levier à l’intérieur de la cabine puis relever le toit de la cabine de l’extérieur.

Observer !

En relevant le toit de la cabine, tirer précautionneusement sur les câbles latéraux de l’antenne.

Dévisser les amortisseurs (S) et les fixer à l’aide d’une cornière de montage (M) (à fabriquer soi-même), plus en avant, sur une vis à tête hexagonale existante. (fig. 1)

Dévisser le couvercle (D) du toit de la cabine. (fig. 2)

Marquer la conduite flexible (11) des deux côtés au moyen d’une bande d’isolation, de façon à distinguer la conduite d’alimentaion de la conduite de retour.

Sortir les conduites flexibles (11) et (12) hors de la trémie à grains, en les passant par les passe-fils (6) vers la cabine. (fig. 9) 9 Raccorder le coude (7) et la conduite de flexible (14) sur la soupape de réglage (13) et les fixer à l’aide de colliers de serrage (8).

Faire attention à la position d’installation de la soupape de réglage (13) ! La flèche doit indiquer le sens d’avancement.

Raccorder les conduites flexibles (14) et (11) au moyen d’une tubulure (15) et fixer avec des colliers de serrage (8). Pousser la soupape de régulation (13) dans le support (4). (fig. 10)

15 Ajuster la corde de commande (18) Dans la cabine tourner le bouton rotatif (16) une fois complètement vers la gauche et vers la droite. Le levier de la soupape de réglage (13) doit s’appuyer à la butée dans les deux directions.

Après avoir desserré le crochet de ressort (19), régler la corde de commande (18) de manière correspondante. (fig. 15)

Fixer les deux conduites flexibles (11) et (12) sur le toit de la cabine à l’aide d’un collier de serrage (22), d’une vis à tête hexagonale (23) et une pièce d’entretoisement (24).

Effectuer une marche d’essai.

Couper le moteur après quelques minutes.

Vérifier à nouveau le niveau du liquide de refroidissement, en ajouter le cas échéant.

Contrôler l’étanchéité de l’installation !

Revisser le couvercle du toit de la cabine.

Revisser les amortisseurs.
