REMOVING STEER PUMP AND MOTOR: WA R NI N G DISCONNECT BATTERY BEFORE REMOVING THIS ASSEMBLY. l.

After removing the floorboard, place a pan under the truck to catch hydraulic fluid.

Disconnect both hydraulic lines and cap off.

Disconnect both cables and tag so that you know where they attach.

Remove mounting bolt and lift out pump and motor assembly.

First remove the pump mounting adaptor and The torque on the adaptor plate is ° [14-16 N m] or 10-12 lb. ft.

Scribe the end frame and housing.
