In dieser Anleitung sind alle Stellen, die die Sicherheit betreffen, mit den nachfolgenden Symbolen versehen.

Gefahr!

Arbeiten dürfen nur von CLAAS autorisierten Fachwerkstätten mit ausgebildetem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.

Hinweise und Beschreibung in der Betriebsanleitung beachten.

Die allgemeinen Sicherheits-, Unfallverhütungs- und Umweltschutzvorschriften beachten.

Das Kapitel Sicherheit in der Betriebsanleitung lesen und beachten.

Arbeiten unter angehobener Maschine/Vorsatzgerät oder angehobenen Bauteilen nur bei sicherer Abstützung durchführen.

Vor Arbeiten an der Hydraulikanlage hydraulisch betätigte Bauteile absenken. Anlage drucklos machen.

Alle Arbeiten grundsätzlich nur bei abgeschaltetem Antrieb und stillstehendem Motor vornehmen!

Zündschlüssel abziehen.

Vorgespannte Energiespeicher (Federn, Druckspeicher, Hydraulikzylinder) oder Bauteile die durch Energiespeicher unter Spannung stehen, vor Montagearbeiten vorschriftsmäßig entspannen.

Nach der Montage festen Sitz aller Schrauben überprüfen. Funktionsprüfung durchführen.

Hinweise und Beschreibung im Reparaturhandbuch beachten.

Gefahr!

Maschine mit Unterlegkeil vor unbeabsichtigtem Wegrollen sichern.

Vorsicht bei austretender Hochdruckflüssigkeit.

Danger!

Work may be carried out only by specialist workshops authorised by CLAAS and having qualified personnel.

Observe the information and description in the Operator's manual.

Observe the general safety, accident prevention and environmental regulations.

Carry out work under the jacked-up/raised machine/ front attachment or under raised components only if a safe support is provided.

Lower hydraulically actuated components down to the ground before working on the hydraulic system.

Relieve the system pressure.

Carry out work on the machine only with the drive disengaged and the engine stopped! Remove the ignition key.

Relieve the pressure of pre-loaded accumulators (springs, pressure accumulators, hydraulic cylinders) or components loaded/pressurised by accumulators properly prior to installation work.

After installation check if all bolts are tightly seated.Carry out a function test.

Observe the information and description in the Repair manual.

Secure machine against rolling away unintentionally with a wheel chock.

Conseils de sécurité

Danger !

Les travaux doivent impérativement être réalisés par des ateliers spécialisés homologués par CLAAS disposant d'un personnel spécialisé ayant reçu une formation adaptée.

Respecter les conseils et les descriptions de la Notice d'utilisation.

Respecter les consignes générales de sécurité, de prévention des accidents et de protection de l'environnement.

Lire et respecter le chapitre Sécurité de la Notice d'utilisation.

Les travaux sous la machine/l'outil frontal relevé ou sous des pièces relevées doivent impérativement être réalisés après avoir étayé correctement les éléments ou les pièces concernés.

Avant les travaux sur le système hydraulique, descendre les pièces commandées par le système hydraulique. Amener le système en pression nulle.

Avant de réaliser les travaux, l'entraînement doit toujours être déconnecté et le moteur arrêté ! Retirer la clé de contact.

Avant les travaux de montage, éliminer les contraintes sur les accumulateurs d'énergie sous contrainte ou les détendre (ressorts, accumulateurs de pression, vérins hydrauliques) ou sur les pièces qui sont maintenus sous tension par des accumulateurs d'énergie.

Après le montage, vérifier que toutes les vis sont bien positionnées et bien serrées. Réaliser un contrôle de fonctionnement.

Danger !

Respecter les conseils et descriptions de la Notice de réparation.

Sécuriser la machine par des cales pour éviter tout risque de déplacement inopiné.

Avertissement !

Attention en cas de fuite de liquide sous pression élevée.

ES Símbolos indicaciones de advertencia

Medidas de seguridad Los trabajos sólo pueden ser realizados por talleres especializados, autorizados por CLAAS con personal técnico cualificado.

Tener en cuenta las indicaciones generales de seguridad, para la prevención de accidentes y para la protección del medio ambiente.

Leer y tener en cuenta el capítulo medidas de seguridad del manual de instrucciones.

Realizar los trabajos debajo de la máquina/cabezal levantados, o piezas constructivas levantadas, únicamente con un apoyo seguro.

Antes de realizar trabajos en la instalación hidráulica, bajar las piezas con accionamiento hidráulico. Dejar el equipo libre de presión.

Asegurar la máquina con un calzo para que no pueda rodar sin querer. ¡Advertencia!

Retirar la llave del encendido.

Cuidado al salir líquido a alta presión.

Destensar antes de los trabajos de montaje, cumpliendo con las instrucciones, los acumuladores de energía pretensados (muelles, acumuladores de presión, cilindros hidráulicos) o las piezas que se encuentran bajo tensión debido al acumuladores de energía.

¡Advertencia!

Después del montaje, comprobar el asiento firme de todos los tornillos. Realizar una prueba del funcionamiento.

Contusión de las extremidades.

Daño de cable, latiguillo o cuerda de tiro.

Tender las piezas sin que rocen. ¡Medio ambiente!

Recoger el líquido que sale.

Eseguire lavori sotto la macchina/testata sollevata o sotto componenti sollevati solo quando essi sono saldamente puntellati.

Prima di eseguire lavori all'impianto idraulico, abbassare i componenti ad azionamento idraulico.

Scaricare la pressione dall'impianto.

Di massima, procedere all'esecuzione di tutti i lavori solo con trasmissione disinnestata e motore spento!

Estrarre la chiavetta d'accensione.

Prima di procedere ai lavori di montaggio, gli accumulatori di energia precompressi (molle, accumulatori di pressione, cilindri idraulici) oppure componenti sotto tensione a causa di un accumulatore di energia, devono di norma essere scaricati.

Dopo aver eseguito il montaggio controllare la stabilità in sede di tutte le viti. Eseguire una prova di funzionamento.

Osservare avvertenze e descrizioni nel Manuale di riparazione.

Pericolo!

Bloccare la macchina con cuneo d'arresto contro i movimenti inavvertiti.

Avvertimento!

Prudenza per la fuoriuscita di liquido ad alta pressione.

Работы под поднятой машиной/приставкой или под поднятыми конструктивными узлами выполнять только при наличии надежных подставок. Перед началом работ на гидравлической установке опустить конструктивные узлы, управляемые гидравликой. Снять с установки давление. Все работы следует выполнять только при отключенном приводе и заглушенном двигателе! Вытянуть ключ зажигания.

В настоящем руководстве все места, имеющие отношение к безопасности, снабжены следующими символами. Опасность! Соблюдать указания в руководстве по эксплуатации. Опасность! Соблюдать указания и описания в руководстве по ремонту. Опасность! Установить противооткатный упор для предотвращения непреднамеренного отката машины. Предупреждение! При выходе жидкости под высоким давлением соблюдать осторожность. Предупреждение!

С предварительно напряженных накопителей энергии (пружин, гидроаккумуляторов, гидравлических цилиндров) или конструктивных узлов, напряженных накопителями энергии, перед началом монтажных работ следует снять механическое напряжение в соответствии с инструкцией.

Защемление конечностей.

После монтажа проверить посадку всех винтов. Выполнить проверка функций.

Конструктивные детали прокладывать, не допуская мест трения.

Внимание! Повреждение кабеля, шлангопровода или тросовой тяги.

Экология! Пользование руководством

Принимать вытекающую жидкость.
