EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt einen sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zum Nachrüsten des Transportbehälters für Rapsausrüstungsteile.

Die Schneidwerk-Transportwagen können mit dem Nachrüstsatz ET-Nr. 767 900.0 für die VARIO-Schneidwerke 5,40 / 6,00 / 7,50 m nachgerüstet werden.

Bei dem VARIO-Schneidwerk 6,60 m wird das zulässige Gesamtgewicht des ungebremsten Schneidwerk-Transportwagens mit dem Transportbehälter zusammen überschritten.

Die Montagerichtzeit beträgt ca. 3 Mannstunden.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt.

Die Hinweise »Zur Sicherheit« aus der aktuellen Betriebsanleitung müssen beachtet werden.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Zur Sicherheit« aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Vorn, hinten, rechts und links gilt immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Vorgehensweise bei der Ablage Rapstrennmessern rechts (4) mit dem Abweisblech nach unten und dem Hydromotor an der linken Wand anlegen. Rapstrennmesser links (5) mit dem Abweisblech nach unten und dem Hydromotor an der rechten Wand anlegen.

Zwischenblech rechts (2) mit der Nase nach unten und Zwischenblech links (3) mit der Nase nach oben in den mittleren Einschub legen. Je nach Schneidwerkbreite müssen die Zwischenbleche gegeneinander versetzt eingeschoben werden.

INTRODUCTION These instructions describe the safe and timesaving work sequence for retrofitting the transport box for rape seed equipment.

The cutterbar trailer can be retrofitted with the supplementary kit, parts no. 767 900.0 for the VARIO cutterbars 5.40 / 6.00 / 7.50 m.

For the VARIO cutterbar 6.60 m, the permissible total weight of the cutterbar trailer without brake is exceeded with the transport box.

The standard mounting time is approx. 3 man hours.

See page 4.1 for the shipping package.

Observe the »Safety Rules« in the applicable operator’s manual.

Especially the »Safety Rules« in the operator's manual should be read with the utmost care and adhered to. In addition, please also observe the accident prevention regulations that apply for your own country.

Before commencing with the job, ensure that all the tools and service aids are available.

Compare existing machine type/front attachment type with the list in the chapter »Shipping Package« and the parts kit supplied.

The specification of the components, e.g. bolts, is shown on the shipping package. The shipping package shows the position number (pos. no.) of the components. Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have a position number but belong to the bolt listed above which does have a position number. Additional part specifications are the part no., description, measurements, DIN and the quantity.

In order to help with the assembly, existing components in the instructions are identified with letters, whereas new parts have been identified with a number (position number).

Texts and pictures apply, in general, to all machine types covered by this book and the information given applies equally, except where reference is made to a particular model in captions to the pictures or in the main text.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. CLAAS reserve the right to make changes subsequently as technical developments continue.

Cutterbar trailer up to construction year 2000 Insert the two wheel chocks (S) in the respective wheel chock holders (1) and secure them with a tension spring (2) and a tension hook (3).

S 8 Align the two consoles (4) centrally on the supporting consoles (K) at the distance Z = 2700 mm and screw them on loosely.

4 9 Screw the two receptions (5) and (6) to the outer legs of the consoles (4), using two hexagon head bolts (7).

Put the transport box (9) onto the two consoles (4).

Screw together the transport box (9) and the two consoles (4), using four mushroom head screws (8).

Procedure when storing Put the right rape divider knife (4) down with the deflector plate to the bottom and the hydrostatic motor at the left panel. Put the left rape divider knife (5) down with the deflector plate to the bottom and the hydrostatic motor at the right panel.

Put the right intermediate plate (2) into the middle rack with the nose to the bottom, and put the left intermediate plate (3) into the middle rack with the nose to the top. Depending on the cutterbar width, the intermediate plates must be staggered.

Put the middle intermediate plate (1) into the top rack with the nose to the bottom.

Insert the remaining parts (6) to (8).

INTRODUCTION Cette notice décrit une procédure de travail sûre et économique, pour le montage ultérieur de la boîte de transport pour l’équipement de colza.

Les remorques pour le tablier de coupe peuvent équipées ultérieurement pour les tabliers de coupe VARIO 5,40 / 6,00 / 7,50 m grâce au jeu d’équipement supplémentaire réf 767 900.0.

Pour le tablier de coupe VARIO de 6,60 m, le poids total autorisé de l’ensemble remorque non freinée pour le tablier de coupe avec boîte de transport est dépassé.

Le temps de montage alloué s’élève à environ 3 homme-heures.

Les pièces contenues sont mentionnées à la page 4.1.

Il est impératif de respecter les « Consignes de sécurité » figurant dans la notice actuelle d'utilisation.

La spécification des pièces, par ex. pour les vis est mentionnée dans la « Liste des pièces fournies ». Dans cette liste chaque composant est muni d'un numéro de position (no. de pos.).

Les pièces telles que les écrous et les rondelles contact n'ont pas de numéro de position. Ces pièces font partie du numéro de position de la vis avec laquelle elles sont montées. En plus y sont indiqués le numéro de pièce détachée, la désignation, la dimension, DIN et le nombre.

Pour une meilleure orientation, dans les instructions de montage, les pièces déjà existantes sont munies des lettres et les pièces neuves sont munies des chiffres (numéro de position).

Les textes et les tableaux sont établis neutres, autant que possible. Les différences entre les modèles sont mises en évidence par des renvois dans le texte.

Les données techniques, poids et mesures sont sans engagement. Sous réserve d'erreur et de modifications techniques dans le cadre du développement technique.

Les termes avant, arrière, droite et gauche s'entendent toujours dans le sens d'avancement.

Procédure de rangement Poser le couteau latéral pour colza droit (4) avec la tôle déflectrice vers le bas et le moteur hydraulique contre la paroi gauche. Poser le couteau latéral pour colza gauche (5) avec la tôle déflectrice vers le bas et le moteur hydraulique contre la paroi droite.

Placer la cale d’épaisseur droite (2) avec le nez vers le bas et la tôle intermédiaire gauche (3) avec le nez vers le haut dans la fente centrale. Selon la largeur du tablier de coupe, les cales d'épaisseur doivent être placées avec un décalage l’une par rapport à l’autre.

Placer la cale d'épaisseur central (1) avec le nez vers le bas dans la fente du haut.

Placer les pièces restantes (6) à (8).
