2 Consignes de sécurité 2.1 Important 2.1.1 Généralités Cette notice doit être lue par toutes les personnes qui utilisent la machine, qui s’occupent de la maintenance, de l’entretien ou du contrôle afin d’éviter les accidents.

Il est conseillé de porter une attention particulière au chapitre « Pour votre sécurité » de la notice d’utilisation de la machine. Il est recommandé de respecter les règles de prévention des accidents en vigueur dans le pays d’utilisation.

Avant de commencer les travaux, s’assurer que tous les outils et accessoires nécessaires sont préparés.

Effectuer une comparaison entre le type de machine (ou d’accessoires existant), la liste figurant dans la partie « Lot de pièces » et le kit de pièces fournies.

La spécification des pièces, par exemple des vis, figure dans la liste « Lot de pièces ». Dans cette liste, chaque élément à monter est identifié par un numéro de position (No. Pos.).

Dans les notices de montage, les pièces existantes sont identifiées par des lettres et les nouvelles pièces par des numéros (No. Pos.) afin de permettre une meilleure orientation.

Les textes et les illustrations sont neutres dans la mesure du possible. Les différences entre les types de machine sont signalées par des notes dans le texte.

Les indications relatives aux caractéristiques techniques, aux dimensions et au poids sont fournies sans engagement et sous toutes réserves d’erreurs et de modifications techniques dans le cadre du développement technique.

Les termes avant, arrière, droite et gauche s’entendent toujours dans le sens d’avancement de la machine.

2.1.2 Utilisation conforme à la destination L’utilisation de pièces de rechange, d’accessoires et d’appareils complémentaires qui n’auraient pas été fabriqués, ni contrôlés, ni homologués par CLAAS peut modifier les caractéristiques de la machine de façon négative ou nuire à son bon fonctionnement. De ce fait cela peut porter atteinte à la sécurité active et/ ou passive autant lors du fonctionnement que lors de déplacements (prévention des accidents).

CLAAS décline toutes responsabilités en cas de dommages résultant de l’utilisation de pièces et accessoires qui ne seraient pas des produits CLAAS d’origine.

2.2.2 Consignes générales de sécurité et de prévention des accidents – Outres les conseils contenus dans cette notice, respecter également les règles générales de sécurité et de prévention des accidents.

– Porter des vêtements près du corps. Ne jamais porter des vêtements amples !

– Toujours maintenir la machine en parfait état de propreté afin d’éviter tout risque d’incendie !

2.2.3 Stationnement de la machine – Bloquer la machine contre tout déplacement involontaire à l’aide de cales.

– Arrêter le moteur du tracteur, retirer la clé de contact et fermer la cabine à clé.

– Ne jamais laisser un tracteur sans surveillance avec le moteur en fonctionnement !

4.2.1 Déplacement du support flexible frein hydraulique (selon équipement) Suivre les instruction suivantes dans le cas d’une machine équipée d’un frein hydraulique ou hydraulique actif.

– Déposer le support du flexible de frein hydraulique (A).

– Percer un trou Ø 7 mm en respectant les cotes du centre : - X1 = 50 mm, - Y1 = 60 mm.

– Repeindre la zone percée pour éviter la corrosion.

– Mettre en place le support dans le nouveau trou percé.

2 Sicherheitsvorschriften 2.1 Wichtig 2.1.1 Allgemeines Um Unfällen vorzubeugen, muss diese Anleitung von allen Benutzern der Maschine sowie von den für Wartung, Pflege oder Kontrolle zuständigen Personen gelesen werden.

Besondere Aufmerksamkeit sollte dem Kapitel „Sicherheitshinweise“ der Betriebsanleitung zur Maschine gelten. Die im Verwendungsland jeweils gültigen Vorschriften zur Verhütung von Unfällen sollten beachtet werden.

Vor Arbeitsbeginn ist darauf zu achten, dass alle benötigten Geräte und das Zubehör bereit stehen.

Den Typ der vorliegenden Maschine (oder des Zubehörteils) mit dem gelieferten Teileset vergleichen. Die Liste befindet sich im Abschnitt „Stückliste“.

Die Liste „Stückliste“ enthält die Spezifikation der Teile, z. B. der Schrauben. Jedes einzelne Anbauteil wird in dieser Liste durch eine Positionsnummer gekennzeichnet (Pos.-Nr.).

Zur besseren Unterscheidung sind in den Montageanleitungen die bereits vorhandenen Teile durch Buchstaben gekennzeichnet, die neuen Teile hingegen durch Nummern (Pos.-Nr.).

Beschreibungen und Abbildungen sind so allgemein wie möglich gehalten. Typen-Unterschiede sind in den Beschreibungen besonders vermerkt.

Angaben zu technischen Daten, Maßen und Gewichten sind unverbindlich, Irrtümer und technische Änderungen im Rahmen technischer Weiterentwicklung vorbehalten.

Die Angaben vorn, hinten, rechts und links sind immer auf die Fahrtrichtung der Maschine bezogen.

2 Normas de seguridad 2.1 Importante 2.1.1 Información general Todas las personas que utilicen la máquina y que se ocupen de su mantenimiento, servicio o control deberán leer estas instrucciones para evitar posibles accidentes.

Se recomienda prestar especial atención al apartado "Para su seguridad" incluido en las instrucciones de utilización de la máquina. Se recomienda respetar la normativa de prevención de accidentes aplicable en el país de utilización.

Antes de iniciar las tareas, comprobar que se dispone de todas las herramientas y accesorios necesarios.

Comprobar el tipo de máquina (o de accesorios existentes) con la lista incluida en el apartado "Lote de piezas" y el kit de piezas suministrado.

La especificación de las piezas, por ejemplo de los tornillos, figura en la lista "Lote de piezas". En esta lista, cada elemento de montaje está identificado con un número de posición (n.° pos.).

En las instrucciones de montaje, las piezas existentes se identifican con letras y las piezas nuevas con números (n.° pos.) para así permitir una mejor orientación.

Los textos y las ilustraciones son neutros en la medida de lo posible. Las diferencias entre los tipos de máquina se señalan mediante notas en el texto.

2.2.2 Normas generales de seguridad y de prevención de accidentes – Además de los consejos incluidos en estas instrucciones, se deben respetar igualmente las normas generales de seguridad y de prevención de accidentes.

– Utilizar prendas ceñidas al cuerpo. No utilizar nunca prendas holgadas.

– Mantener siempre la máquina en perfecto estado de limpieza y orden para evitar cualquier riesgo de incendio.
