1.1.1 Handhabung der Anleitung Diese Anbau- und Betriebsanleitung ist in erster Linie für den Maschinenführer bestimmt und gibt Auskunft über Anbau und Bedienung des Produktes.

Weiterhin ist der Anbau der im Kapitel Lieferumfang aufgeführten Teile beschrieben.

Im Kapitel Anbau werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen gekennzeichnet.

Befolgen Sie die Ratschläge für die richtige Pflege und Wartung Ihres Produktes, dann werden Sie eine ständige Betriebsbereitschaft und lange Lebensdauer des Produktes erzielen.

Lassen Sie auch die regelmäßigen Inspektionen durch Ihre CLAAS Fachwerkstatt durchführen. Versäumnisse in der Wartung oder falsche Bedienung führen zu Leistungsminderung und bringen Zeitverlust.

Viene inoltre descritto il montaggio dei particolari elencati nel capitolo riferito al complessivo di fornitura.

Per un migliore orientamento, i particolari già esistenti vengono indicati nel capitolo relativo al montaggio con delle lettere, mentre i particolari nuovi con dei numeri.

Seguite i nostri consigli per il corretto utilizzo e manutenzione del Vostro prodotto ed esso sarà sempre pronto per l'impiego e durerà molto più a lungo.

4.1.4 Preparazione ed esecuzione prova di funzionamento – Se necessario, prima della prova di funzionamento eseguire i seguenti lavori: - Stringere i collegamenti a vite di tutti i nuovi particolari montati.

- Montare i dispositivi di sicurezza in precedenza smontati.

- Controllare il livello dell'olio idraulico. Se necessario eseguirne il rabbocco.

- Controllare i livelli d'olio delle trasmissioni dei componenti montati. Se necessario eseguirne il rabbocco.

- Ritirare gli utensili utilizzati.

- Controllare i collegamenti elettrici modificati e/o montati.

- Registrare i nuovi componenti della macchina nel sistema informativo di bordo con il Software di configurazione.

4.1.4 Preparar y realizar una prueba del funcionamiento – En caso dado, realizar los trabajos siguientes antes del funcionamiento de prueba: - Reapretar las uniones atornilladas de todas las nuevas piezas montadas.

- Montar los dispositivos de seguridad que se han desmontado antes.

- Controlar el nivel de aceite hidráulico. Rellenarlo en caso dado.

- Controlar los niveles de aceite de engranajes de las componentes montadas. Rellenarlo en caso dado.

- Guardar las herramientas utilizadas.

- Comprobar las conexiones eléctricas equipadas posteriormente y/o montadas.

- Ajustar las nuevas componentes de la máquina en el sistema de información de a bordo con el software de configuración.

- Engrasar todos los puntos de engrase nuevos.

– Realizar una prueba del funcionamiento: - Comprobar los ajustes de la máquina.

- Realizar una prueba del funcionamiento.

4.1.4 Подготовка и выполнение пробного пуска – При необходимости перед пробным пуском выполнить следующие работы: - Подтянуть резьбовые соединения всех новых смонтированных деталей.

- Установить на место предварительно снятые предохранительные устройства.

- Проверить уровень гидравлического масла. При необходимости долить.

- Проверить уровень трансмиссионного масла в установленных компонентах. При необходимости долить.

- Положить на место инструмент, использованный при выполнении работ.

- Проверить дополнительно установленные и/ или имеющиеся электрические подключения.

- Настроить конфигурацию новых компонентов машинного оборудования в бортовой информационной системе с помощью соответствующего ПО.

- Смазать все точки смазки вновь установленных элементов.

– Выполнить пробный пуск.

- Проверить регулировки, заданные на машине.

- Выполнить пробный пуск.

- Проверить уровень гидравлического масла. При необходимости долить.
