Vorgespannte Energiespeicher (Federn, Druckspeicher, Hydraulikzylinder) oder Bauteile die durch Energiespeicher unter Spannung stehen, vor Montagearbeiten vorschriftsmäßig entspannen.

Nach der Montage festen Sitz aller Schrauben überprüfen. Funktionsprüfung durchführen.

Hinweise und Beschreibung im Reparaturhandbuch beachten.

Maschine mit Unterlegkeil vor unbeabsichtigtem Wegrollen sichern.

Les travaux sous la machine/l'outil frontal relevé ou sous des pièces relevées doivent impérativement être réalisés après avoir étayé correctement les éléments ou les pièces concernés.

Avant les travaux sur le système hydraulique, descendre les pièces commandées par le système hydraulique. Amener le système en pression nulle.

Avant de réaliser les travaux, l'entraînement doit toujours être déconnecté et le moteur arrêté ! Retirer la clé de contact.

Avant les travaux de montage, éliminer les contraintes sur les accumulateurs d'énergie sous contrainte ou les détendre (ressorts, accumulateurs de pression, vérins hydrauliques) ou sur les pièces qui sont maintenus sous tension par des accumulateurs d'énergie.

Après le montage, vérifier que toutes les vis sont bien positionnées et bien serrées. Réaliser un contrôle de fonctionnement.

После монтажа проверить посадку всех винтов. Выполнить проверка функций.

☞ Vor der Demontage • den Montagebereich gründlich reinigen, • alle Hydr.-Verschraubungen und Anschlüsse säubern.

Demontage: Schnellwechselplatte ☞ Hydraulikschläuche der Schnellwechselplatte von der Schnellkupplung lösen ☞ Elektrischer Anschlüsse demontieren ☞ Bolzen demontieren ➥ Distanzscheiben markieren und der Seite zuordnen

☞ Park the telehandler safely ☞ Apply the parking brake ☞ Position the quickhitch horizontally on a surface ☞ Release the pressure in the hydraulic system. To do this: ➥ Stop the engine, but leave the ignition switched on ➥ Move the control lever (joystick) in all directions repeatedly

Danger!

When working next to hot and/or pressurized hydraulic components –

Risk of injury! ☞ Allow the hydraulic oil line to cool down ☞ Release the hydraulic pressure on the tilt ram ☞ Release the pressure on the 3rd control circuit ☞ Remove the key from the battery master switch or remove the (−) battery lead from the battery

☞ Switch off ignition and remove the ignition key

Caution!

In order to ensure safe operation of the hydraulic system, perform all work carefully ensuring cleanliness.

☞ Before removing • Thoroughly clean the parts of the machine where assembly work is to be performed • Clean all hydraulic threaded fittings and connections.

Removing the quickhitch

☞ Remove the hydraulic hoses of the quickhitch from the quick couplers ☞ Remove the electric connections ☞ Remove the pin ➥ Mark the spacer washers and assign them to a specific side

Removed pin Pin is replaced

☞ Remove all paint and dirt around the hub on the right side of the quickhitch (on the right in travel direction)

➥ Grind the surface and prepare it for welding

Notice!

Pay attention to flying particles/sparks. Cover the surrounding area

The chamfer on the hub shows toward the pin

☞ Completely screw hub 2 with pin 1 and bushing 3 ➥ Lubricate pin 1 ☞ Install pin 1 in the quickhitch ➥ The chamfer on hub 2 shows toward pin 1 ➥ – see “+Finish welding hub 2 and grind as required” on page 3

Putting into operation

☞ Check the oil level and add oil if necessary ☞ Lubricate pin 1 ☞ Check the quickhitch for correct operation ☞ Ensure that there is no tension when tilting the quickhitch ☞ Check the electrical and hydraulic systems for correct function ➥ Also refer to the Operator’s Manual of the telehandler ☞ Install the cables and hoses with cable ties ➥ Do not fasten cables on hydraulic lines! ☞ Install all covers and trim panels

☞ Arrêter le chariot télescopique sur une surface plane et solide ☞ Serrer le frein de stationnement ☞ Poser l’attache rapide à l’horizontale sur une surface ☞ Relâcher la pression dans le système hydraulique. Pour cela : ➥ Couper le moteur, mais laisser l’allumage en contact ➥ Actionner le levier de commande (manipulateur) dans tous les sens à plusieurs reprises

Risque de blessures ! ☞ Laisser refroidir la conduite d’huile hydraulique ☞ Relâcher la pression hydraulique sur le vérin de cavage ☞ Relâcher la pression dans le 3e circuit hydraulique ☞ Retirer la clé du coupe-batterie ou déposer le câble (−) de la batterie ☞ Mettre l’allumage hors circuit et retirer la clé de contact

☞ Visser le moyeu 2 complètement avec l’axe 1 et la douille 3 ➥ Graisser l’axe 1 ☞ Monter l’axe 1 dans l’attache rapide ➥ Le chanfrein sur le moyeu 2 est dirigé vers l’axe 1 ➥ – voir « +Finir de souder le moyeu 2 et rectifier suivant les besoins » en page 3

☞ Vérifier le niveau d’huile et rajouter de l’huile si nécessaire ☞ Graisser les axes 1 ☞ Vérifier le bon fonctionnement de l’attache rapide ☞ Vérifier s’il y a des contraintes lorsque l’attache rapide est basculée ☞ Vérifier le bon fonctionnement des systèmes électrique et hydraulique ➥ Voir aussi la notice d’utilisation du chariot télescopique ☞ Monter les flexibles et les câbles avec des attache-câbles ➥ Ne pas fixer les câbles sur des conduites hydrauliques ! ☞ Remettre toutes les tôles de recouvrement et de revêtement en place
