1 Einleitung EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt den sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zum Anbau des hydraulisch schwenkbaren Begrenzungstuchs nach dem Anbausatz Kit: 00 0494 938 0.

Lesen Sie daher diese Anleitung vor Beginn der Arbeiten sorgfältig durch! Beachten Sie besonders den Abschnitt »Allgemeine Hinweise«.

Folgende Maschinen können umgerüstet werden: Wirbelwender: VOLTO 77 Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 5.1 aufgeführt. Vergewissern Sie sich vor Beginn der Arbeiten, dass der Anbausatz komplett ist.

Betrachten Sie die Auflistung »Lieferumfang« auch als Ergänzung der Ersatzteilliste.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatzgerät einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Allgemeine Hinweise« aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z. B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung »Lieferumfang«. In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.). Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Anzahl, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Verwendung.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte verstehen sich mit entsprechenden Toleranzen.

Arbeiten am Wirbelwender grundsätzlich nur bei stillstehendem Motor vornehmen.

– Zündschlüssel abziehen!

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z. B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung »Lieferumfang« auf Seite 5.1.

Die Spalten der Auflistung »Lieferumfang« haben folgende Bedeutung: 1. Abbildung der Teile bzw. Symbol des Normteils.

Auf Scheuer- und Klemmstellen achten!

Auch darauf achten, dass beim Klappvorgang der Hydraulikschlauch nicht verspannt wird!

Nach der Montage die Einstellung des Begrenzungstuchs prüfen.

Das Begrenzungstuch (12) muss so justieren sein, dass es unter Berücksichtigung des Streuwinkels parallel zum Boden hängt und die Federzinken am Begrenzungstuch (12) nicht streifen.

• in den Langlöchern (A) der Winkellasche (7) verschieben 9

und/oder

• Winkellasche (7) am Schwenkarm (1) versetzen.

Anbau Begrenzungstuch VOR INBETRIEBNAHME PRÜFEN UND BEACHTEN! 1. Vor Inbetriebnahme des Wirbelwenders die Prüfungen gemäß der VOLTO Betriebsanleitung durchführen.

2. Festen Sitz der Schrauben überprüfen.

3. Durch vorsichtiges Ein- und Ausklappen der Seitenarme die Schlauchverlegung auf Scheuer- und Klemmstellen prüfen. Schlauchverlegung ggf. korrigieren.

4. Durch Hochklappen des Begrenzungstuchs die Lage des Schwenkarms auf dem Anschlagpuffer prüfen. Der Schwenkarm soll mittig auf dem Anschlagpuffer liegen. Lage des Anschlagpuffers ggf. korrigieren.

1 Introduction INTRODUCTION This manual describes the safe and timesaving work procedure to follow for installing the mechanically slewing windrowing rubber according to mounting kit order no. 00 0494 938 0.

Carefully read and understand these instructions before starting work! Observe especially section »General instructions«.

The following machines can be retrofitted: Rotary tedder: VOLTO 77 The »Package list« is listed on page 5.1. Before starting work make sure that the installation kit is complete.

The »Package list« can also be used as a supplement to the spare parts list.

OF SPECIAL IMPORTANCE The instructions set forth in this manual must be read carefully and followed by all persons concerned with the operation, maintenance, repair or inspection of this machine in order to prevent accidents. Read and understand especially section »General instructions« in your operator's manual and observe the pertinent accident prevention regulations of your country.

Before starting work make sure whether all necessary tools and devices are at hand. Make a comparison between the present type of machine/implement, the list in the »Package list« section and the delivered kit.

For the specification of parts, e.g. screws, see list »Package list«. In this list every mounting part has got an item number. Further details regarding these parts are the spare part no., quantity, dimension, DIN and application.

As a guideline, the existent parts in the installation instructions are marked with letters, while new parts are marked with numbers (item numbers).

Texts and figures are formulated neutrally, as far as possible. The differences between the models are pointed out by notes in the text.

– Remove the ignition key!

Installation of windrowing rubber ASSEMBLY OF THE HYDRAULIC WINDROWING RUBBER The assembly description is designed to be language-independent. See the description in »Procedure« on page 6.1.

Before carrying out any work on the rotary tedder make sure that the engine is at standstill.

– Remove the ignition key!

Slew machine into working position – see machine operator's manual.

Carry out the assembly in accordance with the illustrations in Chapter 6 from page 6.1.

Adjusting windrowing rubber A

After assembly check the adjustment of the windrowing rubber.

The windrowing rubber (12) must be adjusted to hang parallel to the ground while maintaining the spreading angle and the spring tines must not touch the windrowing rubber (12).

Adjust the windrowing rubber (12) as follows:

• slide it in the slotted holes (A) of the angle (7) 9

and/or

• move the angle strap (7) on the slewing arm (1) .

Installation of windrowing rubber CHECK AND OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE PUTTING INTO OPERATION! Danger!

Before carrying out any work on the rotary tedder make sure that the engine is at standstill.

– Remove the ignition key!

1. Before putting the rotary tedder into operation carry out the tests described in the VOLTO operator's manual.

2. Check that all bolts and screws are tight.

3. Check the hoses for friction and jamming by carefully folding and extending the side arms. Change hose layout if necessary.

4. Check the position of the slewing arm on the buffer by raising the windrowing rubber. The slewing arm should be centrally positioned on the buffer. Correct the position of the buffer if necessary.

5. Check for leaks.

Lisez donc attentivement ces instructions avant de commencer le travail ! Veuillez consulter en particulier le chapitre « Consignes générales ».

Les machines suivantes peuvent être rééquipées : Faneuse rotative : VOLTO 77 Les « Pièces fournies » sont indiquées à la page 5.1.

Après le montage, vérifier le réglage de la toile de limitation d'épandage.

La toile de limitation d'épandage (12) doit être ajustée de telle sorte qu'elle pende parallèlement au sol en tenant compte de l'angle d'épandage et que les dents ne frottent pas contre la toile (12).

La régler le cas échéant, pour cela, pousser la toile de limitation (12)

• dans les trous oblongs (A) de la patte d'angle (7) 9

et/ou

• déplacer la patte d'angle (7) sur le bras pivotant (1).

Danger !

Effectuer les travaux sur la faneuse rotative uniquement lorsque le moteur est à l'arrêt.

– Retirer la clé de contact !

1. Avant la mise en service de la faneuse rotative, exécuter les contrôles d'après la notice d'utilisation VOLTO. 2. Vérifier le positionnement correct des vis.

3. Vérifier les points de frottement et de serrage du flexible en abattant/relevant avec précaution le bras latéral. Corriger la pose du tuyau le cas échéant.

4. Vérifier la position du bras pivotant sur le palier de butée en rabattant la toile de limitation vers le haut. La bras pivotant doit se trouver au milieu du palier de butée. Corriger éventuellement la position du palier de butée.

5. Réaliser le contrôle d'étanchéité.

Leggete pertanto attentamente queste istruzioni prima di iniziare i lavori! Osservate in modo particolare il paragrafo »Istruzioni generali«.

Fare attenzione ai punti di usura e di bloccaggio!

Verificare anche che durante il ribaltamento il tubo flessibile idraulico non sia teso eccessivamente!

Dopo il montaggio, controllare la registrazione della tela antiproiezione.

Tenendo conto dell'angolo di spandimento, la tela antiproiezione (12) deve essere registrata in modo che sia sospesa parallela al terreno e che i denti elastici non sfreghino contro la tela (12).

Event. eseguire la registrazione, a questo scopo la tela antiproiezione (12) deve essere

• spostata nei fori allungati (A) della piastrina (7) 9

e/o

• la piastrina (7) deve essere spostata sul braccio di ribaltamento (1) . (fig. 9)

Montaggio della tela antiproiezione PRIMA DELLA MESSA IN ESERCIZIO CONTROLLARE E VERIFICARE! Pericolo!

Eseguire lavori sul voltafieno rotativo solo con motore spento.

– Estrarre la chiave di accensione!

1. Prima di mettere in funzione il voltafieno rotativo, eseguire i controlli indicati nel libretto d'uso VOLTO. 2. Controllare che le viti siano saldamente serrate.

3. Ribaltando con cautela verso l'interno e verso l'esterno i bracci laterali, controllare se l'installazione del tubo flessibile presenta punti di usura e di bloccaggio. Event. correggere l'installazione del tubo flessibile.

4. Ribaltando verso l'alto la tela di limitazione, controllare la posizione del braccio di ribaltamento sul tampone di arresto. Il braccio di ribaltamento deve appoggiarsi al centro del tampone di arresto.

Event. correggere la posizione del tampone di arresto.

5. Eseguire i controlli di tenuta.
