EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt einen sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zum Umrüsten des Lüfters mit Drehzahlreduzierung.

Der Teleskoplader TARGO K-SERIE kann mit dem Umrüstsatz ET-Nr. 349 332.0 ab dem folgenden Maschinennummernbereich umgerüstet werden: 51200020 bis 51200471.

Die Montagerichtzeit beträgt ca. 4 Mannstunden.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt.

Die Hinweise »Zur Sicherheit« aus der aktuellen Betriebsanleitung müssen beachtet werden.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Zur Sicherheit« aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Vorn, hinten, rechts und links gilt immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Kennzeichnung von Hinweisen, bei deren Nichtbeachtung Gefahren für Leib und Leben des Bedieners oder seiner Mitmenschen besteht.

INTRODUCTION These instructions describe the safe and timesaving work sequence for conversion of the reduced speed fan.

The teleporter TARGO K SERIES can be retrofitted with the conversion kit parts no. 349 332.0, from the following machine number range: 51200020 to 51200471.

The standard mounting time is approx. 4 man hours.

See page 4.1 for the shipping package.

Observe the »Safety Rules« in the applicable operator’s manual.

IMPORTANT The instructions contained in this manual should be carefully read and observed by all persons who are concerned with the operation, maintenance and inspection of this machine/ front attachment in order to prevent accidents.

Especially the »Safety Rules« in the operator's manual should be read with the utmost care and adhered to. In addition, please also observe the accident prevention regulations that apply for your own country.

Before commencing with the job, ensure that all the tools and service aids are available.

Compare existing machine type/front attachment type with the list in the chapter »Shipping Package« and the parts kit supplied.

The specification of the components, e.g. bolts, is shown on the shipping package. The shipping package shows the position number (pos. no.) of the components. Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have a position number but belong to the bolt listed above which does have a position number. Additional part specifications are the part no., description, measurements, DIN and the quantity.

In order to help with the assembly, existing components in the instructions are identified with letters, whereas new parts have been identified with a number (position number).

Texts and pictures apply, in general, to all machine types covered by this book and the information given applies equally, except where reference is made to a particular model in captions to the pictures or in the main text.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. CLAAS reserve the right to make changes subsequently as technical developments continue.

4 Release the screws (S) and (K) to release the V-belt on the fan drive and remove it. (fig. 5)

5 Unscrew the hexagon head bolts (V) and (W) and remove the louvered plate (B). (fig. 6, 7)

Unscrew the two hexagon head bolts (L) and (M) to release the fan bracket.

Unscrew the two hexagon head bolts (see arrows) to release the radiator.

8 Creating vacuum in the hydraulic oil tank

Unscrew the hydraulic tank cover from the fill pipe and close it with a plug (P).

Screw in the valve block at a suitable position.

Connect the compressed air 4 – 8 bar to the connection (A).

Danger!

There is a risk of explosion when supplying compressed air into the tank!

☞ Before putting into operation, check the valve block for correct passage of compressed air (see arrow)!

Open the restrictor valve completely with the adjusting screw (S). (fig. 9)

Unscrew the hydraulic hose (H) from the hydraulic motor.

Unscrew the two hexagon head bolts (T) to release the radiator. (fig. 10) T H

11 Tilt the radiator outwards (see arrow) and remove the fan. (fig. 12)

Disassembling the fan Unscrew the hexagon head bolt. (fig. 13)

13 Pull off the drive pulley, using a puller. (fig. 14)

Remove the parallel key from the hub and remove the fan bracket (H) towards the top.

Omit the fan.

15 Remove the old bearing from the fan bracket and omit it. (fig. 16)

Assembling the fan Install the two new deep-groove ball bearings (1) with a spacer ring (2) between and secure them with a circlip (3). (fig. 16)

Screw the fan hub (4) to the fan (6) with the hexagon head bolts (5).

Caution!

The fan blades must be curved to the outside.

Conversion Push the fan bracket (H) onto the fan hub (4).

Insert the parallel key (7) into fan hub (4).

Screw on the drive pulley (A) with the existing hexagon head bolt, the contact washer and the washer.

Caution!

Check if the fan (6) operates smoothly.

Exchanging the hydraulic pump Unscrew the hydraulic lines (H) and (L) from the hydraulic pump and close them with plugs. (fig. 19) L

Unscrew the hydraulic connector (S) from the old hydraulic pump and screw it back onto the new hydraulic pump (8) with a new o-ring. (fig. 22) 8 S

22 Attach the hydraulic pump (8) with a new seal (9) and the existing five cylindrical bolts.

Screw the existing hydraulic connector (S) back on with a new o-ring.

Installing the fan Tilt the radiator outwards (see arrow) and install the fan (6) with the fan bracket.

Screw the two hexagon head bolts (see arrows) back on to secure the radiator.

28 Put the V-belt onto drive pulley of the fan (6) and the hydraulic motor.

Tighten the bolts (S) and (K) to tension the V-belt. (fig. 29)

Screw the V-belt protection back on.

Install the radiator grille again.

Close the engine bonnet again.

Preparing and performing the test run 1. Correctly tighten all bolts!

2. Put back the used tools!

3. Mount all safety features and make sure that they are operative!

4. Check the electric connections!

5. Check the settings of the machine!

INTRODUCTION Cette notice décrit une procédure de travail sûre et économique, pour la modification du ventilateur avec réduction du régime de rotation.

Le chargeur télescopique TARGO SÉRIE K peut être modifié à l’aide du jeu de modification réf 349 332.0 à partir du numéro de machines suivante : 51200020 à 51200471.

Le temps de montage alloué s’élève à environ 4 homme-heures.

Les pièces contenues sont mentionnées à la page 4.1.

Il est impératif de respecter les « Consignes de sécurité » figurant dans la notice actuelle d'utilisation.

IMPORTANT Afin d'éviter les accidents, ce manuel et surtout les remarques, doivent être lus par toutes les personnes qui utilisent la machine, qui s'occupent de la maintenance, de l'entretien ou du contrôle. Il convient en particulier de porter une attention soutenue au chapitre »Conseils de sécurité« de votre notice d'utilisation et de respecter les consignes de prévention dans votre pays.

Avant de commencer le travail vérifier d'abord que tous les outils et moyens nécessaires sont complets. Comparer le type de machine / le type d'outil frontal avec la nomenclature du paragraphe »Liste des pièces fournies» et le kit des pièces fournies.

La spécification des pièces, par ex. pour les vis est mentionnée dans la « Liste des pièces fournies ». Dans cette liste chaque composant est muni d'un numéro de position (no. de pos.).

Les pièces telles que les écrous et les rondelles contact n'ont pas de numéro de position. Ces pièces font partie du numéro de position de la vis avec laquelle elles sont montées. En plus y sont indiqués le numéro de pièce détachée, la désignation, la dimension, DIN et le nombre.

Pour une meilleure orientation, dans les instructions de montage, les pièces déjà existantes sont munies des lettres et les pièces neuves sont munies des chiffres (numéro de position).

Les textes et les tableaux sont établis neutres, autant que possible. Les différences entre les modèles sont mises en évidence par des renvois dans le texte.

Les données techniques, poids et mesures sont sans engagement. Sous réserve d'erreur et de modifications techniques dans le cadre du développement technique.

Les termes avant, arrière, droite et gauche s'entendent toujours dans le sens d'avancement.

8 Générer d’une dépression dans le réservoir d’huile hydraulique A

Dévisser le couvercle du réservoir hydraulique du tuyau de remplissage et obturer à l’aide d’un bouchon (P).

Visser le bloc de soupapes à un emplacement adapté.

Raccorder l’air comprimé de 4 - 8 bars sur le raccordement (A).

Il y a risque d’explosion lors de l’alimentation de l’air comprimé dans le réservoir !

☞ Avant la mise en service, contrôler le bloc de soupapes en vue du passage correct de l’air comprimé (voir flèche) !

Ouvrir complètement le restricteur au niveau de la vis de réglage (S). (fig. 9)

Dévisser le flexible hydraulique (H) du moteur hydraulique.

Dévisser les deux vis à tête hexagonale (T) pour défaire le radiateur. (fig. 10) T H

Assembler du ventilateur Monter les deux nouveaux roulements à gorge profonde (1) avec une bague entretoisement (2) entre les deux, et bloquer avec un circlips (3). (fig. 16)

Visser le moyeu de ventilateur (4) sur le ventilateur (6) à l’aide des vis à tête hexagonale (5).

Observer !

Les pales du ventilateur doivent avoir leur côté courbé vers l’extérieur.

3. Remettre en place tous les dispositifs de sécurité en assurant leur fonctionnement.

4. Vérifier les raccords électriques !

5. Vérifier les réglages de la machine !

6. Graisser tous les points de graissage nécessaires !

7. Vérifier tous les niveaux d’huile !

8. Effectuer une marche d’essai !
