3 Allgemeine Hinweise BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatzgerät einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen und beachten Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Allgemeine Hinweise« und das Kapitel »Zur Sicherheit« in Ihrer Betriebsanleitung. Beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte verstehen sich mit entsprechenden Toleranzen.

Vorn, hinten, rechts und links gilt immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Allgemeine Hinweise

BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄßE VERWENDUNG Die Verwendung von Ersatzteilen, Zubehör und Zusatzgeräten, die nicht original von CLAAS stammen und nicht von CLAAS geprüft und freigegeben sind, kann konstruktiv vorgegebene Eigenschaften der CLAAS-Maschine/-Vorsatzgerät oder seine Funktionstüchtigkeit negativ verändern und dadurch die aktive und/oder passive Fahrsicherheit sowie Arbeitssicherheit (Unfallschutz) beeinträchtigen.

Für Schäden, die insoweit durch die Verwendung von Nicht-CLAAS-Original-Teilen, -Zubehör und -Zusatzgeräten entstehen, ist jedwede Haftung von CLAAS ausgeschlossen.

SICHERHEITSAUFKLEBER MIT WARNBILDZEICHEN Die an der Maschine/Vorsatzgerät angebrachten Warn- und Hinweisschilder geben wichtige Hinweise für den gefahrlosen Betrieb. Die Beachtung dient Ihrer Sicherheit!

Werden Warnbildzeichen beim Umbau beschädigt oder Teile mit Warnbildzeichen ausgetauscht, so ist sicherzustellen, dass wieder die entsprechenden Warnbildzeichen aufgeklebt werden.

Die einzelnen Aufkleber sind in der Betriebsanleitung näher erläutert.

ALLGEMEINE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

Bei Arbeiten an dem angehobener Maschine/Vorsatzgerät stets Sicherung durch geeignete Abstützelemente vornehmen!

Beim Aus- und Einbauen von Arbeitswerkzeugen geeignetes Werkzeug und Handschuhe benutzen! Öle, Fette und Filter ordnungsgemäß entsorgen!

Vor Arbeiten an der elektrischen Anlage stets Stromzufuhr trennen!

Bei Schleifarbeiten Schutzbrille und Schutzmaske tragen. Die Herstellerhinweise für die Verwendung von Schleif-/Trennscheiben beachten.

Vor dem Schweißen, Brennen und Schleifen Maschine/Vorsatzgerät und deren Umgebung von Staub und brennbaren Stoffen reinigen und für ausreichende Lüftung sorgen – Explosionsgefahr!

Bei Ausführung von elektrischen Schweißarbeiten an angebauter Maschine/Vorsatzgerät, Stormzufuhr trennen oder Kabel am Generator und der Batterie abklemmen!

Bei Schweißarbeiten vorgeschriebene Schutzkleidung, wie z.B. dunkle Schutzbrille oder Schutzschild, Schutzkleidung, Schweißhandschuhe und Sicherheitsschuhe tragen. Nicht ohne Augenschutz in den Lichtbogen blicken – Blendgefahr!

Bei Montage-/Demontagearbeiten unbedingt die Gewichte der Bauteile beachten. Nur sichere und ausreichend dimensionierte Anschlagmittel und Hebevorrichtungen verwenden.

Nicht unter die schwebende Last treten!

Sicherheitsschuhwerk tragen!

Lesen und beachten Sie auch die Sicherheitshinweise im Kapitel »Zur Sicherheit« in der Betriebsanleitung der Maschine/des Vorsatzgerätes.

Montage- und Reinigungsarbeiten grundsätzlich nur bei abgeschaltetem Antrieb und stillstehendem Motor vornehmen! – Zündschlüssel abziehen!

Montagearbeiten dürfen nur von dazu ausgebildetem Fachpersonal ausgeführt werden.

An der hydraulischen Einrichtung der Maschine/des Vorsatzgerätes darf nur Personal mit speziellen Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen in der Hydraulik arbeiten!

Vor Arbeiten an der Hydraulikanlage, Maschine/ Vorsatzgerät bzw. hydraulisch betätigte Anbauteile absenken bzw. ablassen und Hydraulikanlage drucklos machen!

Vor Montagearbeiten an vorgespannten Energiespeichern (Federn, Druckspeicher etc.) sind diese vorschriftsmäßig zu entspannen!

4 Montagehinweise ALLGEMEINE HINWEISE ZUR MONTAGE Gefahr!

Arbeiten an der Maschine/Vorsatzgerät grundsätzlich nur bei stillstehendem Motor vornehmen.

– Zündschlüssel abziehen!

Für die Beschreibung der Tätigkeit bzw. Handlung werden Bildzeichen verwendet. Die Beschreibung der Bildzeichen finden Sie im Abschnitt »Bildzeichen« auf Seite 4.4. Die Normteile sind zusätzlich durch eindeutige Symbole beschrieben.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

ZUSAMMENBAU DES SCHWADERS Die Montagebeschreibung ist sprachneutral gestaltet.

NACH ERFOLGTER MONTAGE VOR DER INBETRIEBNAHME PRÜFEN UND BEACHTEN! Spur überprüfen Beachten!

Vor Erstinbetriebnahme überprüfen, ob der Schwader mittig (a = a) hinter dem Schlepper läuft (Abb. 1). Dazu mit dem Schlepper und dem Schwader ca. 100 m geradeaus fahren.

Falls dann der Schwader seitlich versetzt hinter dem Schlepper läuft (Abb. 2), an der Zugstangen (1) Einstellung vornehmen.

Abhilfe:

Wenn der Schwader rechts versetzt hinter dem Schlepper läuft (Abb. 2), an der Zugstange (1) die Augenschraube (4) eindrehen.

Läuft der Schwader links versetzt hinter dem Schlepper, Augenschraube (4) an der Zugstange (1) herausdrehen.

Achtung!

Die Einstellungen der Augenschrauben an den Spurstangen (2) nicht verändern!

• Kontermutter (3) lösen.

• Splint (5) und Bolzen (6) demontieren.

• Augenschraube (4) einstellen:

– 1 Umdrehung der Augenschraube (4) entspricht einem Versatz von 35 mm.

• Zugstange wieder montieren.

• Kontermutter (3) festziehen.

Grundeinstellung der Entlastungsfedern (7) links und rechts an den Kreiselkörpern wie folgt einstellen:

• Kontermutter (8) lösen.

• Sechskantschraube (9) eindrehen bis Maß

X = 40 mm erreicht ist.

• Kontermutter (8) festziehen.

Vor Inbetriebnahme: Gefahr!

Arbeiten an der Maschine grundsätzlich nur bei stillstehendem Motor vornehmen.

– Zündschlüssel abziehen!

1. Vor Inbetriebnahme der Maschine die Prüfungen gemäß der Betriebsanleitung durchführen.

2. Festen Sitz der Schrauben überprüfen.

3. Vor Inbetriebnahme Maschine gründlich abschmieren.

4. Fett-und Ölstände in den Getrieben prüfen.

5. Elektrische Anschlüsse überprüfen.

6. Einstellungen an der Maschine prüfen 7. Sicherheitseinrichtungen (z. B. Überlastkupplungen, Abdeckungen von Antriebsteilen, ...) auf Funktion und korrekten Sitz überprüfen.

8. Maschine niemals unbeaufsichtigt laufen lassen.

9. Personen aus dem Gefahrenbereich verweisen, nähern sich Personen dem Gefahrenbereich, Maschine sofort abschalten.

10. Funktionsprüfung der Maschine durchführen.

11. Zapfwellenantrieb nur bei Leerlaufdrehzahl einschalten.

12. Dichtheitskontrolle durchführen.

General Information

DESIGNATED USE

Dispose of oil, grease and filters correctly!

The use of spare parts, accessories and ancillary equipment which is not originally manufactured, and checked and released by CLAAS can have a negative effect on specific design features of the CLAAS machine/front attachment or on its operatability, thereby impairing active and/or passive operating safety, as well as safety at work (accident prevention).

Always disconnect power supply before work on the electrical system!

CLAAS will in no way be liable for damage or personal injury caused by the use of other than original CLAAS parts, accessories and additional equipment.

SAFETY DECALS WITH WARNING SYMBOLS The warning and instruction signs on the machine/ front attachment contain important information for safe operation. These instructions involve your safety – observe them at all times!

If warning symbols are damaged during modifications or if parts with warning symbols are replaced, ensure that new warning symbols are attached.

Wear safety goggles and mask for grinding work.

Observe the manufacturer's directions for the use of grinding and cutting discs.

Before welding, burning and grinding clean dust and flammable material from the machine/front attachment and its surroundings and ensure adequate ventilation – risk of explosion!

When using electrical welding equipment on attached machine/front attachment, disconnect power supply or remove cable on generator and battery!

When welding use required protective gear, such as dark safety goggles or shield, protective clothing, welding gloves and safety shoes. Do not look directly at the arc without eye protection – risk of blindness!

Always be aware of the weight of parts during assembly and disassembly. Use only safe and sufficiently dimensioned lifting gear and hoists.

Do not step under the suspended load!

Wear safety footwear!

The various decals are explained in detail in the operator's manual.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Read and observe the safety instructions in the »Safety« chapter in the operator's manual for the machine/front attachment.

Never carry out assembly and cleaning work unless the drive is switched and the engine is stopped!

– Remove the ignition key!

Only trained technicians may carry out assembly work.

Only technicians with special knowledge and experience in hydraulic systems may work on the hydraulic equipment of the machine/front attachment!

Before working on the hydraulic system, lower or drain machine/front attachment or hydraulically actuated components and depressurise the hydraulic system!

Energy storage equipment (springs, pressure tanks etc.) must be released as specified before working on them!

When working on the raised machine/front attachment always support it with suitable props!

Use suitable tools and gloves to remove and install working equipment!

CHECK AND OBSERVE "PUTTING INTO OPERATION" AFTER COMPLETION OF ASSEMBLY! Check track Important!

Before putting the machine into operation for the first time check that the swather is centred (a = a) behind the tractor (Fig. 1). Do this by driving the tractor and swather straight ahead for approximately 100 m.

If the swather runs offset to one side behind the tractor (Fig. 2), adjust the connecting rods (1).

Remedy:

If the swather is offset to the right behind the tractor (Fig. 2), screw in (1) the eye bolt (4) on the connecting rod.

If the swather is offset to the left behind the tractor, unscrew the eye bolt (4) on the connecting rod (1).

Caution!

Do not change the settings of the eye bolts on the track rods (2)!

• Loosen (3) lock nut.

• Remove split pin(5) and pin (6).

• Adjust eye bolt (4):

– 1 revolution of the eye bolt (4) corresponds to an offset of approximately 35 mm.

• Replace connecting rod.

• Tighten lock nut (3).

Adjust suspension springs 9

Adjust basic setting of the suspension springs (7) on the left and right on the rotor bodies as follows:

• Loosen lock nut (8).

• Turn hexagon head bolt (9) until it reaches the

dimension X = 40 mm.

• Tighten lock nut (8).

Before operation Danger!

Always work on the machine/front attachment with the engine switched off.

– Remove the ignition key!

1. Before starting the machine conduct the checks specified in the operator's manual.

2. Check that all bolts and screws are tight.

3. Lubricate machine thoroughly before starting.

4. Check lubricant and oil levels in the gearboxes.

5. Check electrical connections!

6. Check settings on the machine!

7. Check the functioning and tightness of the safety features (e.g. overload clutch, coverings of driving parts. ...).

8. Never allow the machine to run unsupervised.

9. Direct all persons away from the danger zone; if any persons approach the danger zone, switch off the machine immediately.

10. Carry out a functional check of the machine.

11. Switch on p.t.o. drive at idle speed only.

12. Check for leaks.

3 Conseils généraux IMPORTANT Afin d'éviter les accidents, ce manuel et surtout les remarques, doivent être lus par toutes les personnes qui utilisent la machine/ l'appareil frontal, qui s'occupent de la maintenance, de l'entretien et du contrôle. Il convient en particulier de porter une attention soutenue au chapitre»Conseils généraux« et au chapitre »sécurité« dans votre notice. Veuillez respecter les consignes de prévention des accidents en vigueur dans votre pays.

Avant de commencer le travail, vérifier d'abord que tous les outils et moyens nécessaires sont au complet.Comparer le type de machine/ d'appareil frontal avec le kit des pièces fournies.

Les textes et les tableaux sont établis neutres autant que possible. Les différences entre les modèles sont mises en évidence par des renvois dans le texte.

Les caractéristiques techniques, dimensions et poids sont indiqués avec les tolérances usuelles.

Les côtés avant, arrière, droit et gauche s'entendent toujours dans le sens de marche.

UTILISATION CONFORME À L'USAGE PRÉVU L'utilisation de pièces de rechange, accessoires et équipements complémentaires qui n'auraient pas été fabriqués par CLAAS et n'auraient été ni contrôlés ni homologués par CLAAS peut éventuellement modifier de façon négative les caractéristiques de la machine/ de l'appareil frontal CLAAS déterminées lors de leur conception ou nuire à leur bon état de marche et de ce fait porter atteinte à la sécurité active et/ou passive autant lors des déplacements que du service de ces machines (prévention des accidents).

CLAAS décline toute responsabilité en cas de dommages pouvant résulter de l'utilisation de pièces de rechange, accessoires et équipements complémentaires autres que ceux d'origine CLAAS.

ETIQUETTE DE SÉCURITÉ AVEC PICTOGRAMME DE DANGER Les étiquettes d'avertissement et les consignes de sécurité fixées sur la machine/l'appareil frontal fournissent des informations importantes pour une utilisation sans risque.Elles servent à assurer votre sécurité!

Si des pictogrammes de danger sont endommagés lors d'une modification de la construction ou si des pièces sur lesquelles figurent des pictogrammes de sécurité sont remplacées, s'assurer que les pictogrames sont replacés après les travaux.

Les différentes étiquettes adhésives sont expliquées en détail dans la notice d'utilisation.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ GÉNÉRALES Veuillez également lire et respecter les consignes de sécurité du chapitre "Sécurité" de la machine/ l'appareil frontal.

Avant l'assembler les réservoirs d'énergie (ressorts, accumulateur hydraulique, etc), détendre ces derniers conformément aux prescriptions!

En cas de travaux sur la machine/l'appareil frontal en position relevée, toujours mettre en place des dispositifs de sécurité à l'aide d'élèments de support!

Utiliser l'outil et les gants appropriés pour monter et démonter les outils de travail!

Eliminer les huiles, le gras et le filtre conformément aux prescriptions!

Couper toujours le courant avant de procéder à des travaux sur l'installation électrique!

En cas de rectifications, porter les lunettes et le masque de protection.Respecter les consignes du fabricant relatives à l'utilisation des ponceuses et des meules de tronçonnage.

Avant de procéder au soudage, à la cuisson et au meulage, retirer la poussière et les matières inflammables se trouvant sur la machine/l'appareil frontal ainsi qu'à proximité de ces derniers et veiller à ce qu'il y ait une aération suffisante!

Avant de procéder au soudage électrique sur la machine/l'appareil frontal, couper le courant ou retirer le câble connecté au génerateur ainsi que la batterie d'accumulateurs!

Pour le soudage, porter les vêtements de protection prévus par les prescriptions comme les lunettes de protection sombres ou le masque de protection, les vêtements de protection, les gants de soudage et les chaussures de sécurité. Ne pas regarder l'arc électrique sans protection occulaire– Risque d'aveuglement!

Respecter impérativement les poids des composants lors du montage/démontage. N'utiliser que des dispositifs de blocage et des dipositifs de levée sûrs et satisfaisants.

Ne pas marcher sous la charge suspendue!

Porter les chaussures de sécurité!

Ne procéder au montage et au nettoyage que lorsque la commande est désactivée et que le moteur est arrêté ! – Retirer la clé de contact!

Seul le personnel ayant reçu une formation appropriée peut assembler la machine.

Seul le personnel expérimenté et ayant des connaissances spécifiques dans le domaine hydraulique peut installer la machine/l'appareil frontal!

Avant de procéder à des travaux sur le système hydraulique, rabattre ou vidanger la machine/l'appareil frontal ou les pièces d'assemblage actionnées par le système hydraulique!

4 Consignes de montage CONSIGNES GÉNÉRALES POUR LE MONTAGE Danger !

Ne procéder aux travaux sur la machine/ l'appareil frontal que lorsque le moteur est arrêté.

– Retirer la clé de contact !

Des symboles graphiques sont utilisés pour décrire l'activité ou l'opération. La description des symboles graphiques se trouve au chapitre »Symboles graphiques« à la page 4.4. De plus, les pièces normalisées sont représentées par des symboles univoques.

MONTAGE DE L'ANDAINEUR La description du montage est établie neutre du point de vue linguistique. Cette description se trouve au chapitre 5. Ordre des opérations.

Il a un risque d'accident en sortant les pièces lourdes de leur emballage ainsi que pendant le montage.

LORSQUE LE MONTAGE EST TERMINÉ, VÉRIFIER ET RESPECTER LES POINTS SUIVANTS Contrôler la voie Observer !

Avant la première mise en service, vérifier que l'andaineur central (a = a) tourne derrière le tracteur(fig. 1). Pour cela, faire env. 100 m tout droit avec le tracteur et l'andaineur.

Si l'andaineur se décale latéralement derrière le tracteur (fig. 2), procéder à un réglage (1) des tirants.

Si l'andaineur se décale à droite tourne derrière le tracteur(fig. 2), visser le boulon à oeillet (4) sur le tirant (1) Si l'andaineur se décale à gauche tourne derrière le tracteur, dévisser le boulon à oeillet (4) sur le tirant (1) Attention !

Ne pas modifier les réglages des boulons à oeillet sur les tirants (2) !

• Desserer (3) le contre-écrou.

• Démonter la goupille (5) et l'axe (6).

• Régler (4) le boulon à oeillet :

– 1 tour du boulon à oeillet (4) correspond à un décalage de 35 mm.

• Remonter le tirant.

• Serrer (3) le contre-écrou.

Réglage des ressorts de décharge 9

Procéder au réglage de base des ressorts de décharge (7) à gauche et à droite sur les corps des toupies de la manière suivante :

• Desserer (8) le contre-écrou.

• Serrer(9) la vis à tête hexagonale jusqu'à atteindre la cote X = 40 mm.

• Serrer (8) le contre-écrou.

Avant la mise en service : Danger !

Ne procéder à des travaux sur la machine que lorsque le moteur est arrêté.

– Retirer la clé de contact !

4 1. Effectuer tous les contrôles conformément à la notice d'utilisation avant de mettre la machine en service.

2. Vérifier le serrage des vis.

3. Graisser la machine en profondeur avant de la mettre en marche.

4. Vérifier les niveaux de graisse et d'huile dans les engrenages.

5. Contrôler les raccordements électriques.

6. Contrôler les réglages faits sur la machine.

7. Contrôler le bon fonctionnement et le positionnement de tous les dispositifs de sécurité (par. ex. limiteurs de couple, couvercles des élèments d'entraînement etc. ...).

8. Ne jamais faire tourner la machine sans surveillance.

9. Eloigner les personnes de la zone dangereuse, et si des personnes viennent à s'en approcher, mettre immédiatement la machine hors tension.

10. Procéder à un contrôle de fonctionnement de la machine.

11. N'actionner la commande de prise de force qu'en cas de marche à vide.

12. Procéder à des contrôles d'étanchéité.

Indicazioni generali

NORME PER IL CORRETTO IMPIEGO L'impiego di ricambi, accessori o attrezzature non originali CLAAS o dalla stessa non autorizzati, possono influenzare negativamente le caratteristiche costruttive o il funzionamento delle macchine/adattatori CLAAS. Ciò potrebbe compromettere la sicurezza di guida e di lavoro (prevenzione infortuni).

CLAAS declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali inconvenienti derivanti dall'impiego di ricambi, accessori o attrezzature non originali o dalla stessa non autorizzati.

DECALCOMANIE CON SIMBOLI DI PERICOLO Le decalcomanie applicate alla macchina/adattatore riportano importanti avvisi per un utilizzo senza pericolo. La loro osservanza garantisce la Vostra sicurezza!

Se le decalcomanie con simboli di pericolo vengono danneggiate durante la modifica oppure parti con tali decalcomanie vengono sostituite, bisogna applicare di nuovo le corrispondenti decalcomanie.

Le singole decalcomanie sono descritte in dettaglio nel libretto d'uso.

INDICAZIONI GENERALI PER LA SICUREZZA Leggere ed osservare anche le indicazioni per la sicurezza del capitolo »Precauzioni di sicurezza« del libretto d'uso della macchina/adattatore.

In caso di lavori sulla macchina/adattatore sollevati, assicurarli sempre con supporti idonei!

Quando si smontano e montano attrezzi di lavoro, impiegare sempre attrezzi adatti e guanti di protezione!

Smaltire sempre oli, grassi e filtri secondo la normativa vigente!

Prima di eseguire lavori sull'impianto elettrico, staccare sempre l'alimentazione elettrica!

Durante i lavori di molatura, indossare occhiali e maschera di protezione. Osservare le indicazioni del produttore per l'uso di dischi di molatura/taglio.

Prima di eseguire lavori di saldatura, bruciatura e molatura, pulire la macchina/adattatore e l'ambiente circostante da polvere e materiali incendiabili e predisporre una ventilazione sufficiente - – pericolo di esplosione!

Prima di eseguire lavori di saldatura elettrica sulla macchina/adattatore montati, staccare l'alimentazione elettrica oppure il cavo sul generatore e sulla batteria!

Durante i lavori di saldatura, indossare gli indumenti protettivi prescritti, quali ad es. occhiali o maschera di protezione scuri, indumenti protettivi, guanti da saldatore e scarpe di sicurezza. Non guardare l'arco senza protezioni - – pericolo di accecamento!

Durante i lavori di montaggio/smontaggio, prestare sempre attenzione al peso delle parti installate.

Impiegare solo mezzi di battuta e dispositivi di sollevamento sicuri ed adeguatamente dimensionati.

Non passare sotto carichi sospesi!

Indossare scarpe di sicurezza!

Le operazioni di montaggio e di pulitura devono essere sempre eseguite con trasmissione disinnestata e motore fermo!Estrarre la chiave di accensione!

Le operazioni di montaggio devono essere eseguite da personale specializzato addestrato a tale scopo.

Soltanto personale con speciali conoscenze ed esperienza di 'impianti idraulici può lavorare sul sistema idraulico della macchina/adattatore!

Prima di eseguire lavori sull'impianto idraulico, abbassare o scaricare la macchina/adattatore oppure le parti montate ad azionamento idraulico e scaricare la pressione dall'impianto!

Prima di eseguire lavori di montaggio su accumulatori di energia precaricati (molle, accumulatori di pressione ecc.) questi devono essere correttamente scaricati!

I lavori sulla macchina/adattatore devono essere eseguiti solo a motore fermo.

ALLA FINE DEL MONTAGGIO, PRIMA DELLA MESSA IN ESERCIZIO, CONTROLLARE E PRESTARE ATTENZIONE! Controllare la carreggiata Prestare attenzione!

Prima della prima messa in esercizio, controllare se l'andanatore procede in posizione centrale (a = a) dietro il trattore (Fig. 1).

A tale scopo, procedere diritto per ca. 100 m con il trattore e l'andanatore.

Attenzione!

Non modificare le regolazioni delle viti ad occhiello sulle barre di accoppiamento (2)!

• Allentare il controdado (3).

• Smontare la copiglia (5) e il perno (6).

• Regolare la vite ad occhiello (4):

– 1 giro della vite ad occhiello (4) corrisponde a uno spostamento di 35 mm.

• Rimontare il tirante.

• Serrare il controdado (3).

1. Prima di mettere in funzione la macchina, eseguire i controlli secondo il libretto d'uso.

2. Controllare la sede dei bulloni.

3. Prima di mettere in esercizio la macchina, lubrificarla completamente.

4. Controllare il livello del grasso e dell'olio nelle trasmissioni.

5. Controllare i collegamenti elettrici.

6. Controllare le regolazioni sulla macchina.

7. Controllare la funzionalità e la corretta sede dei dispositivi di sicurezza (p. es. sicurezza contro i sovraccarichi, coperture degli organi di azionamento, ecc...).

8. Non lasciare mai la macchina incustodita quando il motore è in moto.

9. Allontanare eventuali persone dalla zona di pericolo. Se una persona si avvicina a questa zona, disinserire immediatamente la macchina.

10. Eseguire il controllo di funzionamento della macchina.

11. Innestare trasmissione a presa di forza solo con motore al minimo.

12. Eseguire il controllo di tenuta.

3 Indicaciones generales A OBSERVAR EN ESPECIAL Las indicaciones que aparecen en estas instrucciones han de ser leídas y tenidas en cuenta para evitar que las personas que utilizan, mantienen, reparan o controlan está máquina/cabezal corran riesgos. Lea y preste atención en especial al apartado »Indicaciones generales« y al capítulo »Sobre seguridad« que aparece en su manual de instrucciones. Observe las normativas sobre prevención de accidentes de su país.

Compruebe si dispone de todas las herramientas y medios necesarios antes de realizar cualquier trabajo.Compare los tipos de máquinas/ cabezales existentes y los juegos de piezas suministrados.

IDENTIFICACIÓN DE INDICACIONES DE ADVERTENCIA Y DE PELIGRO En estas instrucciones hemos marcado con los símbolos que aparecen a continuación todos aquellos lugares que atañen a su seguridad y a la seguridad de la máquina/cabezal. Entregue también todas estas indicaciones de seguridad a los demás usuarios de la máquina. ¡Peligro!

Indicaciones generales

UTILIZACIÓN CONFORME A LAS NORMAS PREVISTAS La utilización de piezas de repuesto, accesorios y aparatos adicionales que no sean originales de CLAAS y que no hayan sido probados y homologados por CLAAS puede afectar negativamente a las características constructivas de la máquina/cabezal de CLAAS o a su operatividad y, al mismo tiempo pueden afectar a la seguridad de conducción activa y/o pasiva, así como a la seguridad en el trabajo (cabezal).

La empresa CLAAS rechaza cualquier responsabilidad por los daños originados en la utilización de piezas de recambio, accesorios y aparatos adicionales no originales de CLAAS.

Antes de realizar trabajos de montaje en acumuladores de energía pretensados (resortes, depósitos de aire comprimido, etc.) es preciso destensarlos según las prescripciones correspondientes.

Cuando se realicen trabajos estando la máquina/ cabezal elevados, asegurarlos siempre mediante elementos de apoyo apropiados.

Utilizar herramientas y guantes apropiados cuando se monten y desmonten herramientas de trabajo.

Eliminar aceites, grasas y filtros según las prescripciones correspondientes.

Desconectar siempre la alimentación de corriente antes de realizar trabajos en los componentes eléctricos.

RÓTULO ADHESIVO DE SEGURIDAD CON SÍMBOLO DE ADVERTENCIA

Utilizar gafas y máscaras protectoras cuando se realicen trabajos de lijado. Observar las indicaciones del fabricante para la utilización de discos de lijado/corte.

Los rótulos de advertencia e indicación colocados en la máquina/cabezal ofrecen información importante para que el servicio con la máquina transcurra sin peligro. Su seguridad depende de su observación

Limpiar la máquina/cabezal y sus alrededores de polvo y sustancias inflamables antes de realizar trabajos de soldado, corte por soplete y lijado, y procurar que haya suficiente ventilación – ¡peligro de explosión!

Si durante la modificación se dañan los símbolos de advertencia o se cambian piezas que los contengan, hay que asegurarse de que se vuelvan a poner los símbolos de advertencia correspondiente.

Cuando se lleven a cabo trabajos de soldado eléctrico en la máquina/cabezal montado, desconectar la alimentación de corriente o bien desembornar el cable del generador y de la batería.

En el manual de instrucciones se describen detalladamente los distintos adhesivos.

Al realizar trabajos de soldado utilizar las prendas protectoras especificadas, tales como por ej. gafas protectoras oscuras, escudo protector, ropa protectora, guantes de soldador y zapatos de seguridad.

No mirar directamente el salto de chispas sin protección en los ojos – ¡peligro de deslumbramiento!

INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD GENERALES Lea y observe las indicaciones de seguridad que aparecen en el capítulo »Sobre seguridad« del manual de instrucciones de la máquina/cabezal.

Realizar los trabajos de montaje y limpieza sólo cuando el accionamiento esté desconectado y el motor detenido. - Retirar la llave de encendido.

Cuando se realicen trabajos de montaje/desmontaje observar siempre los pesos de los componentes. Utilizar sólo elementos de tope y dispositivos de elevación seguros y con un dimensionado suficiente.

No situarse nunca debajo de cargas suspendidas.

Utilizar calzado de seguridad.

Los trabajos de montaje sólo deben llevarse a cabo por personal especializado.

Sólo debe trabajar en los dispositivos hidráulicos de la máquina/cabezal personal con formación específica y experiencia en sistemas hidráulicos.

Antes de realizar trabajos en el sistema hidráulico, bajar y vaciar la máquina/cabezal o los componentes hidráulicos accionados y despresurizar el sistema hidráulico.

Realizar siempre los trabajos en la máquina/ cabezal cuando el motor esté parado.

– Retirar la llave de encendido Se han utilizado símbolos gráficos para describir cada una de las actividades y operaciones. La descripción de los símbolos gráficos se encuentra en el apartado »Símbolos gráficos« en la página 4.4. Las piezas normalizadas están descritas adicionalmente con símbolos inequívocos.

ENSAMBLAJE DE LA HILERADORA La descripción del montaje se ha diseñado de manera neutral. Puede encontrar esta descripción en el capítulo 5. Secuencia de trabajo.

Siga las instrucciones de las imágenes para realizar el ensamblaje.

Mantener la secuencia de trabajo. ¡Peligro!

Hay riesgo de accidente al extraer piezas pesadas del embalaje, así como al ensamblar las mismas.

– Observar los datos acerca de los pesos de las piezas.

– Utilizar elementos elevadores seguros.

COMPROBACIONES QUE HAN DE REALIZARSE TRAS EL MONTAJE Y ANTES DE LA PUESTA EN MARCHA. Comprobar alineación ¡Observar!

Antes de la primera puesta en marcha comprobar si la hileradora marcha centrada (a = a) por detrás del remolcador (Fig. 1). Al hacerlo, desplazarse en línea recta con el remolcador y la hileradora durante unos 100 m.

En caso de que la hileradora se desplazara desalineada lateralmente por detrás del remolcador (Fig. 2), realizar los ajustes en las barras de tiro (1).

En caso de que la hileradora se desplace desalineada por la derecha detrás del remolcador (Fig. 2), apretar el tornillo de ojete (4) en la barra de tiro (1).

En caso de que la hileradora se desplace desalineada por la izquierda detrás del remolcador, apretar el tornillo de ojete (4) en la barra de tiro (1). ¡Atención! ¡No cambiar los ajustes de los tornillos de ojete en las barras de dirección (2)!

• Aflojar la contratuerca (3).

• Desmontar el pasador (5) y el perno (6).

• Ajustar el tornillo de ojete (4).

– 1 vuelta del tornillo de ojete (4) corresponde a un desplazamiento de 35 mm.

Ajustar la regulación basica de los resortes de descarga (7) a la izquierda y a la derecha de los cuerpos giratorios del modo siguiente:

• Apretar el tornillo hexagonal (9) hasta alcanzar la medida X = 40 mm.

Antes de la puesta en marcha: ¡Peligro!

Realizar siempre los trabajos en la máquina cuando el motor esté parado.

– Retirar la llave de encendido 1. Antes de poner la máquina en marcha, realizar las comprobaciones que se especifican en el manual de instrucciones.

2. Verificar que los tornillos estén bien fijados.

3. Lubricar la máquina concienzudamente antes de la puesta en marcha.

4. Comprobar el nivel de grasa y aceite de los engranajes.

5. Comprobar las conexiones eléctricas.

6. Comprobar los ajustes de la máquina.

7. Comprobar el funcionamiento correcto y la fijación de los dispositivos de seguridad (p. ej. los acoplamientos de sobrecarga, las cubiertas de las piezas motrices, ...).

8. No dejar la máquina en marcha sin vigilancia.

9. Evitar que se acerque personas a la zona de peligro; si se acercara alguien a esta zona, detener la máquina inmediatamente.

10. Realizar un control de funcionamiento de la máquina.

11. Conectar el accionamiento del eje de toma de fuerza sólo en régimen de marcha en vacío.

12. Realizar una comprobación de estanqueidad.

3 Algemene aanwijzingen WAAR U BIJZONDER OP MOET LETTEN De aanwijzingen in deze handleiding moeten, om gevaar te vermijden, door iedereen gelezen en nageleefd worden die deze machine/aanzetstuk gebruikt, onderhoudt of controleert.Lees met name het hoofdstuk »Algemene aanwijzingen« en het hoofdstuk »Voor de veiligheid« in uw gebruiksaanwijzing goed door en volg de aanwijzingen hierin op. Neem goed nota van de geldende ongevallenpreventievoorschriften van uw land.

Voor aanvang van de werkzaamheden vaststellen, of alle gereedschappen en hulpmiddelen aanwezig zijn.Een vergelijking tussen het aanwezige machinetype/voorzetapparaattype en de geleverde onderdelenset uitvoeren.

Algemene aanwijzingen

GEBRUIK VOLGENS DE BESTEMMING Het gebruik van onderdelen, toebehoren en hulptoestellen die niet origineel zijn en niet door CLAAS getest en goedgekeurd zijn, kan constructieve eigenschappen van de CLAAS-machine/het CLAAS-voorzetapparaat of de werking van de machine/het voorzetapparaat negatief beïnvloeden en hierdoor de actieve en/of passieve rijveiligheid alsook de werkveiligheid (bescherming tegen ongevallen) in gevaar brengen.

Bij werkzaamheden aan opgetilde machine/voorzetapparaat deze/dit altijd beveiligen met geschikte stutelementen!

Bij uit- en inbouwen van werkgereedschappen geschikt gereedschap en handschoenen gebruiken!

Oliën, vetten en filters volgens de geldende voorschriften afvoeren!

Voor werkzaamheden aan de elektrische installatie altijd stroomtoevoer onderbreken!

Voor schade die veroorzaakt wordt door het gebruik van niet-originele delen, toebehoren en hulptoestellen, kan CLAAS niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden.

Bij slijpwerkzaamheden veiligheidsbril en beschermend masker dragen. Goed nota nemen van de aanwijzingen van de fabrikant voor het gebruik van slijp-/ doorslijpschijven.

VEILIGHEIDSSTICKERS MET GEVARENSYMBOLEN

Voor het lassen, branden en slijpen machine/voorzetapparaat en de omgeving ervan ontdoen van stof en brandbare stoffen en zorgen voor voldoende ventilatie – explosiegevaar!

De op de machine/het voorzetapparaat aangebrachte waarschuwings- en informatieborden geven belangrijke aanwijzingen voor een werking zonder gevaren.

Neem voor uw veiligheid hiervan goed nota!

Bij het uitvoeren van elektrische laswerkzaamheden aan aangebouwde machine/voorzetapparaat, stroomtoevoer loskoppelen of kabels op generator en accu afklemmen!

Worden gevarensymbolen bij het ombouwen beschadigd of onderdelen met gevarensymbolen vervangen, dan moet ervoor gezorgd worden, dat weer de betreffende gevarensymbolen aangebracht worden.

Bij laswerkzaamheden voorgeschreven veiligheidskleding, zoals b.v. donkere veiligheidsbril of lasschild, veiligheidskleding, lashandschoenen en veiligheidsschoenen dragen. Niet zonder oogbescherming in de lichtboog kijken – gevaar voor verblinding!

De afzonderlijke stickers zijn nader toegelicht in de gebruiksaanwijzing.

ALGEMENE VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN Lees ook de veiligheidsvoorschriften in het hoofdstuk »Voor de veiligheid« in de gebruiksaanwijzing van de machine/het voorzetapparaat goed door en volg de instructies hierin op.

Bij montage-/demontagewerkzaamheden absoluut letten op de gewichten van de onderdelen. Uitsluitend veilige en voldoende gedimensioneerde aanslagmiddelen en hefgereedschappen gebruiken.

Niet onder de zwevende last gaan staan!

Veiligheidsschoenen dragen!

Montage- en reinigingswerkzaamheden altijd alleen bij uitgeschakelde aandrijving en stilstaande motor uitvoeren! – Contactsleutel uittrekken!

Montagewerkzaamheden mogen alleen uitgevoerd worden door hiervoor opgeleid personeel.

Aan de hydraulische inrichting van de machine/het voorzetapparaat mag alleen personeel met speciale kennis van en ervaring met het hydraulisch systeem werken!

Vóór werkzaamheden aan het hydraulisch systeem, machine/voorzetapparaat resp. hydraulisch bediende aanbouwdelen neerlaten resp. aftappen en hydraulisch systeem drukloos maken!

Vóór montagewerkzaamheden aan voorgespannen energiebuffers (veren, druktanks enz.) moeten deze volgens de voorschriften ontspannen worden!

Werkzaamheden aan de machine/het voorzetapparaat altijd alleen bij stilstaande motor uitvoeren.

– Contactsleutel uittrekken!

Voor de beschrijving van het werk resp. de handeling worden symbolen gebruikt. De beschrijving van de symbolen vindt u in het hoofdstuk „Symbolen op pagina 4.4. De standaardonderdelen zijn bovendien beschreven door duidelijke symbolen.

Teksten en afbeeldingen zijn zo neutraal mogelijk gehouden. Er wordt middels aanwijzingen in de vorm van tekst gewezen op verschillen tussen de afzonderlijke types.

MONTAGE VAN DE ZWADKEERDER De montagebeschrijving is neutraal vormgegeven. De beschrijving vindt u in het hoofdstuk 5. Werkvolgorde.

Volg nauwkeurig de in de afbeeldingen getoonde handelingen voor de montage.

Voor eerste ingebruikneming controleren of de zwadkeerder in het midden (a = a) achter de trekker loopt (afb. 1). Hiervoor met de trekker en de zwadkeerder ca. 100 m recht vooruit rijden.

Als dan de zwadkeerder zijwaarts verplaatst achter de trekker loopt (afb. 2), bij de trekstangen (1) instelling verrichten.

De instellingen van de oogbouten bij de koppelstangen (2) niet veranderen!

TILTÆNKT ANVENDELSE Brug af reservedele, tilbehør og ekstraudstyr, der ikke oprindeligt stammer fra CLAAS og ikker er blevet godkendt og frigivet af CLAAS, kan ændre de egenskaber, som CLAAS-maskinens/ -redskabets konstruktion fører med sig eller dennes funktionsdygtighed negativt og derigennem påvirke den aktive og/eller passive køresikkerhed samt arbejdssikkerheden (beskyttelse mod uheld) negativt.

CLAAS hæfter under ingen omstændigheder for skader, der opstår gennem brug af originaldele, tilbehør og ekstraudstyr, der ikke stammer fra CLAAS.

SIKKERHEDSMÆRKAT MED ADVARSELSSYMBOLER De advarsels- og henvisningsskilter, der er placeret på maskinen/redskabet giver vigtige oplysninger om drift uden farer. Overholdelse tjener din sikkerhed!

Hvis advarselssymboler ødelægges i forbindelse med ombygning, eller dele med advarselssymboler udskiftes, skal du sikre dig, at de respektive advarelsesymboler sættes på igen.

De enkelte mærkater er nærmere beskrevet i driftsvejledningen.

Anvend egnet værktøj og handsker ved afmontering og montering af arbejdsværktøjer!

Bortskaf olie, fedt og filtre korrekt!

Sluk altid for strømtilførelsen inden arbejder på det elektriske system!

Bær beskyttelsesbriller og -maske ved slibearbejder. Overhold producentens henstillinger vedr. brug af slibe-/skæreskiver.

Rengør maskinen/redskabet for støv og brændbare stoffer inden svejsning, brænding eller slibning og sørg for, at der er rigelig ventilation – eksplosionsfare!

Afbryd strømmmen eller klem kablet på generator og batteri af, hvis der skal foretages elektriske svejsearbejder på en påbygget maskine/et påbygget redskab!

Bær lovpligtigt beskyttelsestøj, som f.eks. mørke beskyttelsesbriller eller -skærm, beskyttelsesdragt, svejsehandsker og sikkerhedssko ved svejsearbejder. Se ikke ind i lysstålen uden øjenbeskyttelse – blændingsfare!

Vær opmærksom på delenes vægte ved monterings-/afmonteringsarbejder. Anvend udelukkende sikkert anhugningsgrej og løfteanordninger i den rigtige størrelse.

Gå ikke ind under hængende last!

Bær beskyttelsesstøvler!

GENERELLE SIKKERHEDSANVISNINGER Læs og overhold sikkerhedsanvisningerne i kapitlet »Sikkerhed« i driftsvejledningen til maskinen/redskabet.

Monterings- og rengøringsarbejder må kun foretages med frakoblet drev og slukket motor! – Tag tændingsnøglen ud!

Monteringsarbejder må kun foretages af hertil uddannet fagligt personale.

Det er kun personale med specialviden og erfaring inden for hydraulik, der må arbejde på maskinens/ redskabets hydrauliske anordninger!

Sænk resp. løsn maskinen/redskabet resp. de hydraulisk betjente påbygningsdele og gør hydrauliksystemet trykløst, inden arbejde på hydrauliksystemet!

Løsn forspændte energiakkumulatorer (fjedre, trykakkumulatorer etc.) forskriftsmæssigt inden montagearbejder!

Foretag altid en sikring vha. egnede støtteelementer ved arbejder på den løftede maskine/det løftede redskab!

FORETAG FØLGENDE KONTROLLER EFTER MONTERING OG INDEN IDRIFTTAGNING! Kontrol af spor Vigtigt!

Kontroller inden idrifttagning, at rotorriven kører midtfor (a = a) bag traktoren (bill. 1). For at foretage denne kontrol køres ca. 100 m lige ud med traktor og rotorrive.

Hvis rotorriven da kører sideforskudt bag traktoren (bill. 2), foretages indstilling på trækbommen (1).

Afhjælpning: Hvis rotorriven kører forskudt til højre bag traktoren (bill. 2), skrues øjebolten (4) på trækbommen (1) ind.

Før idrifttagning: Fare!

Der må kun arbejdes på maskinen med slukket motor.

– Tag tændingsnøglen ud!

1. Foretag kontroller iht. driftsvejledningen, inden maskinen tages i brug.

2. Kontroller, at skruerne sidder godt fast.

3. Smør maskinen grundigt inden idrifttagning.

4. Kontroller for fedt og olie i gearene.

5. Kontroller elektriske tilslutninger.

6. Kontroller maskinindstillinger 7. Kontroller, at sikkerhedsanordningerne (f.eks. overbelastningskoblinger, afdækninger af drivdele ...) fungerer og sidder korrekt.

8. Lad aldrig maskinen være tændt uden opsyn.

9. Bortvis personer fra fareområdet, sluk omgående for maskinen, hvis personer nærmer sig fareområdet.

10. Kontroller, at maskinen fungerer.

11. Tænd kun for kraftudtaget i tomgang.

12. Foretag en tæthedskontrol.
