In dieser Anleitung haben wir alle Stellen, die Ihre Sicherheit betreffen, mit den nachfolgenden Zeichen versehen.

Arbeiten dürfen nur von CLAAS autorisierten Fachwerkstätten mit ausgebildetem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.

Hinweise und Beschreibung in der Betriebsanleitung beachten!

Die allgemeinen Sicherheits-, Unfallverhütungs- und Umweltschutzvorschriften beachten.

Das Kapitel Sicherheit in der Betriebsanleitung lesen und beachten.

Hinweise und Beschreibung im Reparaturhandbuch beachten!

Arbeiten unter angehobener Maschine/Vorsatzgerät oder angehobenen Bauteilen nur bei sicherer Abstützung durchführen.

Maschine mit Unterlegkeil vor unbeabsichtigtem Wegrollen sichern.

Vor Arbeiten an der Hydraulikanlage Maschine/Vorsatzgerät und hydraulisch betätigte Bauteile absenken. Anlage drucklos machen.

Vorsicht bei austretender Hochdruckflüssigkeit.

Alle Arbeiten grundsätzlich nur bei abgeschaltetem Antrieb und stillstehendem Motor vornehmen!

– Zündschlüssel abziehen!

Vorgespannte Energiespeicher (Federn, Druckspeicher, Hydraulikzylinder) oder Bauteile die durch Energiespeicher unter Spannung stehen, vor Montagearbeiten vorschriftsmäßig entspannen!

Umwelt! Auslaufende Flüssigkeit auffangen.

Nach der Montage festen Sitz aller Schrauben überprüfen. Funktionsprüfung durchführen.

Vorsicht! Beschädigung von Kabel, Schlauchleitung oder Seilzug.

Handhabung der Anleitung

Bauteile scheuerfrei verlegen.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Nach der Montage diese Anleitung dem Kunden aushändigen.

Safety precautions

In the present manual, we have marked all points concerning your safety with the symbols below.

Work may be carried out only by specialist workshops authorised by CLAAS and having qualified personnel.

Observe information and description in the Operator's manual!

The general safety, accident prevention and environmental protection regulation must be observed.

Observe information and description in the Repair manual!

Read and observe the Safety chapter in the Operator's manual.

Carry out work under the raised machine/front attachment or raised components only when a safe support is provided.

Secure machine against rolling away unintentionally with a wheel chock.

Before carrying out work on the hydraulic system, lower machine/front attachment and hydraulically actuated components to the ground. Depressurise the system.

Beware of escaping liquid under high pressure.

All work must be carried out with the drive disengaged and the engine stopped! – Remove the ignition key!

Environment! Collect any escaping liquid.

Relieve the tension of pre-loaded energy accumulators (springs, accumulators, hydraulic cylinders) and of components which are pre-loaded by energy accumulators properly prior to starting installation work!

Caution! Damage to cable, hose, rope.

Check the tight seat of all bolts after assembly.

Carry out a function test.

Lay components so they will not chafe.

Handling of manual In the descriptions of the work processes, existing parts were designated with letters and new parts with numbers (item numbers) to provide better orientation.

When assembly is complete, hand this manual over to the customer.

Eseguire i lavori sotto la macchina / la testata oppure i componenti sollevati solo dopo averli accuratamente puntellati.

Bloccare la macchina con i cunei contro i movimenti improvvisi.

Prima di eseguire lavori all'impianto idraulico, abbassare la macchina / la testata e i componenti azionati idraulicamente. Scaricare la pressione dall'impianto.

Prudenza in caso di fuoriuscita di fluidi sotto alta pressione.

Tutti i lavori devono essere assolutamente eseguiti solo con trasmissione disinnestata e motore spento!

– Estrarre la chiave d'accensione!

Protezione dell'ambiente! Raccogliere le fuoriuscite di liquidi.

Prima degli interventi di montaggio, gli accumulatori di energia (molle, accumulatori di pressione, cilindri idraulici) o altri componenti tenuti sotto pressione da accumulatori di energia, devono essere scaricati seguendo le istruzioni!

Prudenza! Danneggiamento di cavi, tubi flessibili, cavetto di comando.

Dopo il montaggio controllare che tutte le viti siano ben fisse nella propria sede. Eseguire una prova di funzionamento.

Disporre i componenti evitando lo sfregamento.

Impiego del Manuale di istruzioni Per una migliore comprensione delle descrizioni del montaggio, i particolari esistenti sono contrassegnati con lettere, mentre i particolari nuovi sono contrassegnati da numeri (numeri di posizione).

Dans cette notice, tous les points qui concernent votre sécurité sont marqués par les symboles suivants.

Les travaux doivent impérativement être réalisés par des ateliers spécialisés homologués par CLAAS, disposant d'un personnel spécialisé ayant suivi une formation adéquate.

Respecter les conseils, consignes et descriptions de cette notice d'utilisation !

Respecter les consignes générales de sécurité et de prévention des accidents ainsi que les réglementations en matière de protection de l'environnement.

Respecter les conseils et consignes ainsi que les descriptions de la notice de réparation !

Lire et respecter le chapitre Sécurité dans la notice d'utilisation.

La machine ou les pièces doivent être correctement étayées pour réaliser les travaux sous la machine/ l'outil frontal relevé ou sous des pièces relevées.

Bloquer la machine par des cales pour éviter tout risque de déplacement inopiné.

Avant de réaliser les travaux sur le système hydraulique descendre la machine/l'outil frontal et les pièces à commande hydraulique. Amener le système en pression nulle.

Attention en cas de fuite de liquide sous pression élevée.

Pour réaliser les travaux, l'entraînement doit être déconnecté et le moteur arrêté ! – Retirer la clé de contact !

Environnement ! Recueillir le liquide qui s'écoule.

Avant les travaux de montage éliminer les contraintes sur les accumulateurs d'énergie précontraints (ressorts, accumulateurs de pression, vérins hydrauliques) ou sur les pièces qui sont sous contrainte par des accumulateurs d'énergie !

Attention ! En cas de dommages sur les câbles, conduites flexibles, câbles de commande.

Après le montage, vérifier que toutes les vis sont bien serrées. Réaliser un contrôle de fonctionnement.

Acheminer les pièces pour qu'il n'y ait pas risques de frottement.

Utilisation de la notice Pour faciliter la compréhension des descriptions de montage, les pièces déjà existantes sont marquées par des lettres et les pièces neuves par des chiffres (numéros de position).

Après le montage, remettre cette notice au client.

Indicaciones generales Medidas de seguridad Los trabajos sólo pueden ser ejecutados por talleres especializados autorizados por CLAAS con personal técnico debidamente cualificado.

Símbolos de las indicaciones de advertencia En este manual hemos marcado todas las posiciones que afectan su seguridad con los símbolos siguientes. ¡Tener en cuenta las advertencias y descripciones en el manual de instrucciones!

Tener en cuenta las prescripciones generales de seguridad, para la prevención de accidentes y para la protección del medio ambiente.

Leer y tener en cuenta el capítulo medidas de seguridad en el manual de instrucciones.

Realizar los trabajos debajo de la máquina/ el cabezal levantado ó debajo de piezas constructivas levantadas, sólo con un apoyo seguro.

Asegurar la máquina con calces para que no pueda rodar sin querer.

Antes de realizar trabajos en la instalación hidráulica bajar la máquina/ el cabezal y las piezas accionadas hidráulicamente. Dejar el equipo libre de presión.

Cuidado al salir líquido a alta presión.

¡Realizar todos los trabajos siempre con el accionamiento desconectado y el motor parado! – ¡Retirar la llave del encendido! ¡Descargar correctamente antes de realizar trabajos de montaje los retenedores de energía pretensados (muelles, acumuladores de presión, cilindro hidráulico) o las piezas que se encuentran bajo presión por medio de retenedores de energía!

¡Medio ambiente! Recoger el líquido que sale.

¡Cuidado! Daño de cable, latiguillo, cuerda de tiro.

Después del montaje comprobar el asiento firme de todos los tornillos. Realizar una prueba del funcionamiento.

Tender las piezas de manera que no rocen.

Uso del manual de instrucciones En las descripciones de montaje se señalizan, para facilitar la orientación, las piezas existentes con letras y las piezas nuevas con números (números de posición).

Después del montaje, entregarle este manual de instrucciones al cliente.

Прочитать и соблюдать указания в главе "Безопасность" в руководстве по эксплуатации. Работы под поднятой машиной/приставкой или под поднятыми конструктивными узлами выполнять только при наличии надежных подставок.

Установить противооткатный упор для предотвращения непреднамеренного отката машины.

Перед началом работ на гидравлической установке опустить машину/приставку и конструктивные узлы, управляемые гидравликой. Снять с установки давление.

При выходе жидкости под высоким давлением следует соблюдать осторожность.

Все работы следует выполнять только при отключенном приводе и заглушенном двигателе!

– Вытянуть ключ зажигания!

Экологическая безопасность! Принимать вытекающую жидкость.

С предварительно напряженных накопителей энергии (пружин, гидроаккумуляторов, гидравлических цилиндров) или конструктивных узлов, напряженных накопителями энергии, перед началом монтажных работ следует снять механическое напряжение в соответствии с инструкцией!

Осторожно! Повреждение кабеля, шлангопровода, тросовой тяги. Конструктивные детали прокладывать, не допуская мест трения.

После монтажа проверить посадку всех винтов. Выполнить проверку функций.

Пользование Руководством В монтажных описаниях имеющиеся детали для облегчения ориентировки помечаются буквами, а новые детали цифрами (позиционными номерами). После монтажа вручить настоящее руководство заказчику.
