Sicherheit Arbeiten dürfen nur von einer qualifizierten Fachwerkstatt mit ausgebildetem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.

Die allgemeinen Sicherheits-, Unfallverhütungs- und Umweltschutzvorschriften beachten.

Vor Arbeiten an der Maschine die Sicherheitshinweise in der Betriebsanleitung und die Sicherheitsaufkleber auf der Maschine lesen und beachten.

Alle Arbeiten grundsätzlich nur bei abgeschaltetem Antrieb und stillstehendem Motor vornehmen! – Zündschlüssel abziehen!

Arbeiten unter angehobener Maschine/Vorsatzgerät oder angehobenen Bauteilen nur bei sicherer Abstützung durchführen.

Vor Arbeiten an der Hydraulikanlage Maschine/ Vorsatzgerät und hydraulisch betätigte Bauteile absenken. Anlage drucklos machen.

Vorgespannte Energiespeicher (Federn, Druckspeicher, Hydraulikzylinder) oder Bauteile die durch Energiespeicher unter Spannung stehen, vor Montagearbeiten vorschriftsmäßig entspannen!

Wenn Teile mit Sicherheitsaufklebern erneuert werden, sicherstellen, dass an den Neuteilen die entsprechenden Sicherheitsaufkleber aufgeklebt werden.

Demontierte Schutzeinrichtungen und sonstige Teile vor Inbetriebnahme wieder montieren und in Schutzstellung bringen.

Nach der Montage, festen Sitz aller Schrauben überprüfen. Funktionsprüfung durchführen.

Maßangaben entsprechen den metrischen Maßen.

Die entsprechenden U.S.-Maße sind in Klammern angegeben.

Safety Work may only be carried out by a qualified specialist workshop employing trained specialist workers.

The general safety, accident prevention and environmental protection regulation must be observed.

Before starting work on the machine, read and observe the safety precautions in the Operator's Manual and the safety decals on the machine.

All work must be carried out with the drive disengaged and the engine stopped! – Remove the ignition key!

Carry out work beneath a raised machine/front attachment or raised components only if a safe support is provided.

Before carrying out work on the hydraulic system, lower the machine/front attachment and hydraulically actuated components to the ground. Depressurise the system.

Relieve the tension of pre-loaded energy accumulators (springs, accumulators, hydraulic cylinders) and of components which are pre-loaded by energy accumulators properly prior to starting installation work!

When parts with safety decals on them are replaced, ensure that the relevant safety decals are applied again to the new parts.

Refit any dismounted safety guards and other parts before putting back into operation and move them to their protective position.

Check the tight seat of all bolts after assembly. Carry out a function test.

The dimensions given follow the metric system. The corresponding U.S. dimensions are added in brackets.

Sécurité Les travaux doivent impérativement être réalisés par un atelier spécialisé qualifié et homologué, disposant d'un personnel spécialisé ayant suivi une formation adéquate.

Respecter les consignes générales de sécurité et de prévention des accidents, ainsi que les réglementations en matière de protection de l'environnement.

Avant de travailler sur la machine, lire et tenir compte des conseils de sécurité de la notice d'utilisation et des autocollants de sécurité sur la machine.

Pour réaliser les travaux, l'entraînement doit être déconnecté et le moteur arrêté ! – Retirer la clé de contact !

Réaliser les travaux sous la machine/l'outil frontal levé ou les éléments machine relevés uniquement après sécurisation.

Avant de réaliser les travaux sur le système hydraulique, descendre la machine/l'outil frontal et les pièces à commande hydraulique. Amener le système en pression nulle.

Avant les travaux de montage, éliminer les contraintes sur les accumulateurs d'énergie précontraints (ressorts, accumulateurs de pression, vérins hydrauliques) ou sur les pièces qui sont sous contrainte par des accumulateurs d'énergie !

En cas de remplacement de pièces comportant des pictogrammes, s'assurer que les pictogrammes correspondants sont collés sur les pièces neuves.

Avant la mise en service, remonter les dispositifs de sécurité déposés et autres pièces et les amener en position de protection.

Après le montage, vérifier que toutes les vis sont bien serrées. Réaliser un contrôle de fonctionnement.

Les spécifications de cotes correspondent aux dimensions métriques. Les dimensions U.S. correspondantes sont indiquées entre parenthèses.

Przestrzegać ogólnie obowiązujących przepisów dotyczących bezpieczeństwa, zapobiegania wypadkom i ochrony środowiska.

Przed rozpoczęciem prac na maszynie przeczytać a następnie przestrzegać wskazówki dotyczące bezpieczeństwa z instrukcji obsługi i instrukcji obsługi i naklejek dotyczące bezpieczeństwa.

Wszystkie prace wykonywać zasadniczo tylko przy wyłączonym napędzie oraz wyłączony silniku! – Wyjąć kluczyk ze stacyjki!

Prace pod podniesioną maszyną/przyrządem roboczym lub podniesionymi częściami maszyny wykonywać tylko po ich bezpiecznym podparciu.

Przed rozpoczęciem prac na instalacji hydraulicznej opuścić maszynę/przyrząd roboczy i uruchamiane hydrauliczne części składowe. Zlikwidować ciśnienie w instalacji.

Naprężone zasobniki energii (sprężyny, akumulatory ciśnieniowe, siłowniki hydrauliczne) lub części, które są naprężone przez zasobniki energii, należy przed pracami montażowymi odprężyć zgodnie z przepisami!

Jeśli wymieniane są części z umieszczonymi na nich naklejkami bezpieczeństwa, to na nowych częściach należy również nakleić odpowiednie naklejki bezpieczeństwa.

Zdemontowane urządzenia zabezpieczające i pozostałe części należy przed uruchomienie ponownie zamontować i ustawić w pozycji chroniącej.

Po montażu sprawdzić zamocowanie wszystkich śrub. Sprawdzić funkcjonowanie.

Dane wymiarowe odpowiadają wymiarom metrycznym. Odpowiednie wymiary U.S. podano w nawiasach.
