BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instand halten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt „Zur Sicherheit“ aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Die Richtungsangaben vorn, hinten, rechts und links gelten immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Kennzeichnung von Hinweisen, bei deren Nichtbeachtung Gefahren für Leib und Leben des Bedieners oder seiner Mitmenschen besteht.

Schweißarbeiten am Schneidwerk können zu Schäden an der Maschine führen.

Auf beiden Seiten des Schneidwerkes jeweils zwei Bohrungen ∅11mm einbringen.

Hinweis!

Bei einigen Schneidwerksbreiten werden Stützbleche direkt an die Flanschverbindung (F) des Grundrahmens mit den Sechskantschrauben (9) angeschraubt. Hierbei entfallen die Laschen (6) und Sechskantschrauben (7).

Nach Abkühlung der Schweißnaht, diese reinigen und nachlackieren.

Aufsatzbleche (3) nochmals ausrichten und alle eingesetzten Sechskantschrauben anziehen.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION The instructions contained in this manual should be read carefully and observed by all persons who are concerned with the operation, maintenance and inspection of this machine in order to prevent accidents. The “Safety Rules” in the operator's manual should be read with the utmost care and adhered to. In addition, please also observe the accident prevention regulations that apply for your own country.

The specifications of the components, e.g. bolts, are shown on the shipping package list.

Every part listed here has a position number.

Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have an own number. These parts belong to the position number of the bolt with which they are mounted. Further part specifications are the spare part no., description, dimensions, DIN reference and the quantity.

In order to help with the assembly, existing components in the instructions are identified with letters, whereas new parts have been identified with a number (position number).

Texts and illustrations apply, in general, to all machine types. Differences related to specific types are detailed in the text.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. CLAAS reserves the right to make changes at a later date as technical developments continue. Responsibility for errors or omissions not accepted.

The indicator boards “front, rear, right and left” are always in direction of travel (forwards).

The use of spare parts, accessories and ancillary equipment that are not original CLAAS products and have not specifically been tested and approved by CLAAS, can change the specified design characteristics of the CLAAS machine or detract from its functional performance, with a possible adverse effect on the active and/or passive operational safety and on its occupational safety standards (accident prevention).

DANGER! Sign to indicate instructions which must be observed. Failure to do so would cause danger to life and limb to the operator and the people around him.

5 Installation INSTALLING THE RAPE SEED EXTENSION PLATE ATTENTION! Remove the cutterbar from the machine.

Welding work on the cutterbar can cause damage to the machine.

Drill two ∅11 mm dia. holes in both ends of the cutterbar.

Open the side covers on both ends of the cutterbar.

ATTENTION! Take care not to damage any cables or hoses.

Mount the end plates (1) on both ends of the cutterbar, using the hexagon screws (2).

Installation Premount the extension plates (3) and the support plates (4) to the end plates (1), using four hexagon screws (5) each.

Premount the fishplates (6) to the support plates (4), using the hexagon screws (7).

NOTE! With some cutterbar widths, the support plates are mounted directly to the flange connection (F) of the cutterbar frame, using the hexagon screws (9). Hereby, the fishplates (6) and the hexagon screws (7) are not used.

Align the fishplates (6) according to the dimensions below: 4 6

Remove the paint from frame (R) and the fishplate (6) in the welding area.

Weld the fishplates (6) to the cutterbar frame (R).

When the weld has cooled, clean the welded seam and repaint it.

Adjust the extension plates (3) again, and retighten all the hexagon screws.

Preparing and performing the test run 1. Tighten all bolts.

2. Remove all the tools used.

3. Reconnect all safety devices and make sure they are operative.

4. Make a test run.

IMPORTANT Afin d'éviter les accidents, ce manuel et surtout les remarques, doivent être lus par toutes les personnes qui utilisent la machine, qui s'occupent de la maintenance, de l'entretien ou du contrôle. Il convient en particulier de porter une attention soutenue au chapitre « Conseils de sécurité » de votre notice d'utilisation et de respecter les consignes de prévention dans votre pays.

Relever la spécification des pièces, par ex. pour les vis sur la liste « Pièces fournies ». Dans cette liste, chaque pièce reçoit un numéro de référence (n° de réf.). Les pièces telles que les écrous et les rondelles de contact ne reçoivent pas de numéro de référence. Ces pièces font partie du numéro de référence de la vis avec laquelle elles sont installées. Les autres spécifications concernant ces pièces sont le N° de pièce de rechange, la désignation, les dimensions, la norme DIN et le nombre.

Pour mieux s’y retrouver dans les descriptions du montage, les pièces existantes sont désignées par des lettres et les pièces neuves par des chiffres (numéro de référence).

Dans la mesure du possible, les textes et les illustrations ne font pas référence à un modèle spécifique. Des avertissements dans le texte vous signalent les différences entre les différents types.

Les travaux de soudure sur le tablier de coupe peuvent entraîner des dommages sur la machine.

Percer deux trous de ∅11mm de chaque côté du tablier de coupe.

Ne pas abîmer le câble ni les conduites flexibles.

Preassembler les pattes de fixation (6) sur les tôles d'appui (4) en utilisant les vis six pans (7).

Remarque !

Sur certaines largeurs de tabliers de coupe, les tôles d'appui sont vissées directement sur le raccord de bride (F) du bâti principal en utilisant les vis six pans (9). Les pattes de fixation (6) et les vis six pans (7) ne sont alors plus nécessaires. (fig. 3, 4)

Aligner les pattes de fixation (6) en fonction des spécifications de cotes.

Enlever la peinture du bâti (R) et de la patte de fixation (6) dans la zone de soudure.

Souder les pattes de fixation (6) sur le bâti (R) du tablier de coupe.

Lorsque le cordon de soudure est refroidi, le nettoyer et repeindre.

Aligner de nouveau les tôles de carénage (3) et serrer toutes les vis six pans mises en place. (fig. 5, 6)

Préparation et exécution d'une marche d'essai 1. Serrer à fond toutes les vis!

2. Retirer l'outil employé!

3. Poser tous les dispositifs de sécurité pour qu'ils puissent fonctionner correctement.

4. Réaliser une marche d'essai!
