1 Einleitung

EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt einen sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf von dem maschinenseitigen Anbau des Autopiloten.

Bei dem Nachrüstsatz ET-Nr. 067 107.1 ist ein mittiger Zylinder an der Lenkachse Vorrausetzung. Der Nachrüstsatz ET-Nr. 067 106.0 ist bei vorhandener Lenkachse mit zwei Zylindern gültig.

Folgende Maschinen können nachgerüstet werden: Feldhäcksler JAGUAR 900-830 ab Maschinen-Nr. 49200011.

Die Montagerichtzeit beträgt ca. 4,5 Stunden für den Nachrüstsatz ET-Nr. 067 107.0 und ca. 5 Stunden für den Nachrüstsatz ET-Nr. 067 106.0.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt.

Wichtige Hinweise, wie z.B. das Kapitel »Zur Sicherheit« oder die Vorgehensweise bei elektrischen Schweißarbeiten aus der aktuellen Betriebsanleitung, müssen beachtet werden.

Wenn möglich, wird auf Montageschritte aus dem aktuellen Reparatur-Handbuch verwiesen.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Zur Sicherheit« aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z. B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Die Begriffe vorne, hinten, rechts und links gelten immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Sollwertgeber (3) elektrisch anschließen: Den dreipoligen Stecker (S) mit den Farben braun/ grau, rot/blau und lila an dem Potentiometer anschließen. Die beiden einpoligen Stecker (T) mit den Farben schwarz und braun an dem Glühlampeneinsatz des Sollwertgebers (3) anschließen.

Kippschalter (2) anstelle der Blende an dem elektrischen Stecker (K) anschließen und einsetzen.

Bodenplatte wieder anschrauben.

DE Anbau Lenkeinheit (L) abschrauben. Dazu die vier Sechskantschrauben M 10 x 20 mit einem flachen Ringschlüssel (17 mm) herausschrauben.

Beachten!

Hydraulikschläuche nicht lösen!

Lenkeinheit (L) abnehmen und zur Seite legen.

W 12 Schnellbefestiger (2) nach dem Maß (X) = 53 mm auf Welle (W) schieben.

Stellring (3) an Schnellbefestiger (2) heranschieben und mit Gewindestift sichern.

Anbau DE Drehmelder (1) mit Stellring (S) und Stützscheibe (4) seitlich auf Konsole (K) führen. Dabei beachten, dass Stellring (S) des Drehmelders (1) oben und Anschlusskabel (T) hinten ist.

Welle (W) an den Verzahnungen mit Mehrzweckfett, z.B. CLAAS Mehrzweckfett EP 2, versehen.

Welle (W) durch Konsole (K), weiter durch Drehmelder (1), Stellring (S) und Stützscheibe (4) schieben. Dabei soll Drehmelder (1) bis vor Stellring (3) geschoben werden und dann Stellring (S) gesichert werden.

Beachten!

Drehmelder (1) muss frei beweglich sein. Er darf nicht klemmen. Gegebenenfalls Drehmelder (1) an den Seiten (N) etwas abschleifen.

N Das Axialspiel muss ca. 1 mm betragen, gegebenenfalls den Schnellbefestiger (2) entsprechend verschieben.

Lenkeinheit (L) mit den Sechskantschrauben M 10 x 20 und Spannscheiben anschrauben. Axialspiel der Welle (W) nochmals prüfen und, falls erforderlich, ein weiteres Mal einstellen.

Beachten!

Sechskantschrauben M 10 x 20 mit flüssiger Schraubensicherung, z.B. DELO-ML-5349, einsetzen.

Ein Loch zur Kabeldurchführung an der vorgesehenen Stelle in Faltenbalg (F) schneiden.

Kabelstecker (C) durch Faltenbalg (F) führen und an vorhandenen Kabelsatz anschließen.

Faltenbalg (F) wieder hochschieben und an der Lenksäule befestigen.

Druckluft 4 -8 bar an den Anschluss (A) anschließen.

Bei Drucklufteinfuhr in den Tank besteht Explosionsgefahr!

INTRODUCTION These instructions describe the safe and time-saving work sequence for the machine-side installation of the Autopilot.

A mid-set cylinder on the steering axle is essential for supplementary kit part no. 067 107.1. Two cylinders on the existing steering axle is valid for supplementary kit part no. 067 106.0.

The following machines can be retrofitted: Forage harvester JAGUAR 900–830 starting from machine no. 49200011.

The standard mounting time is approx. 4.5 hours for the supplementary kit parts no. 067 107.0 and approx.

5 hours for supplementary kit part no. 067 106.0.

See page 4.1 for the shipping package.

Important notes, such as e. g. the chapter »Safety Rules« or the procedure when carrying out electrical welding from the current operating instructions.

Compare existing machine type/front attachment type with the list in the chapter »Shipping Package« and the parts kit supplied.

The specification of the components, e.g. bolts, is shown on the shipping package. The shipping package shows the position number (pos. no.) of the components. Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have a position number but belong to the bolt listed above which does have a position number. Additional part specifications are the part no., description, measurements, DIN and the quantity.

In order to help with the assembly, existing components in the instructions are identified with letters, whereas new parts have been identified with a number (position number).

Texts and pictures apply, in general, to all machine types covered by this book and the information given applies equally, except where reference is made to a particular model in captions to the pictures or in the main text.

Connecting the nominal value sender (3) to the electric system: Connect the 3-pin plug (S) with the cable colours blue/ -grey, red/blue, and lilac to the potentiometer .

Connect both unipolar plugs (T) with cable colours black and brown to the lamp bulb insert of the nominal value sender (3).

Connect and insert toggle switch (2) instead of the shield to the electric plug (K)

Screw floor plate on again.

Fold down switch console and screw in.

Attach storage compartment or printer again. (fig. 5, 6, 7)

GB Installation Unscrew the steering unit (L). When doing so, unscrew the four hexagon head bolts M 10 x 20 with a flat ring spanner (17 mm).

Caution!

Do not loosen hydraulic hoses!

Remove the steering unit (L) and put it aside. (fig. 8, 11) 11 Pull out the shaft (W) towards the bottom. (fig. 8, 12)

W 12 Push the quick connector (2) onto the shaft (W) according to the measure (X) = 53 mm.

Push the shaft collar (3) to the quick connector (2) and secure it with set screw. (fig. 13)

Installation GB Lead overrider switch (1) with shaft collar (S) and support disc (4) sideways onto the support (K). In doing so take care that shaft collar (S) of overrider switch (1) is above and connector cable (T) is behind.

Coat shaft (W) with multi-purpose grease around the gearing, for example CLAAS multi-purpose grease EP 2.

Push shaft (W) through the support (K), further through overrider switch (1), shaft collar (S) and support disc (4). In doing so the overrider switch (1) should be slid up to the shaft collar (3) and then the shaft collar (S) should be secured.

Caution!

The overrider switch (1) must remain movable.

It must not clamp. If necessary grind off overrider switch (1) slightly on the sides (N).

N The clearance has to be approx. 1 mm, if necessary shift the quick connector (2) accordingly.

Screw the steering unit (L) together with hexagon head bolts M 10 x 20 and the Belleville washers. Check the axial clearance of the shaft (W) again, and if necessary adjust it once again.

Caution!

Insert the hexagon head bolts M 10 x 20 with liquid screw locking, for example DELO-ML-5349. (fig. 8, 14, 15)

Cut a hole for guiding the cable through at the place provided in the bellow (F).

Guide the cable plug (C) through bellows (F) and connect with wiring loom provided.

Push the bellows (F) upwards again and connect them to the steering column. (fig. 16)

17 Put the inner ring (A) of the overrider switch (1) around the steering shaft and compress it by hand. To do so, push the ring pin (A) into the shaft’s drilled hole.

Put the outer ring (B) of the overrider switch (1) around the inner ring (A) and compress it by hand. Lay the cable to the front in doing so.

Secure the outer ring (B) against turning with a bolt (2).

Pull dip stick out of the hydraulic tank and screw valve block (V) on there.

Connect the compressed air 4 – 8 bar to the connection (A).

Check display in the CIS monitor. It should display 2.5 ± 0.1 V for driving straight ahead.

2. Turn the steering all the way to one side.

3. Set the stop screw (B) so that the screw head slightly touches the stub axle.

4. Unscrew the stop screw (B) approx. one turn so that there remains a stroke reserve for the hydraulic piston of the hydraulic cylinder.

INTRODUCTION Cette notice décrit une procédure de travail sûre et économique, pour le montage sur machine de l’Autopilote.

Dans la cas du jeu d’équipement supplémentaire avec n° de réf. 067 107.1, il faut un vérin en position médiane sur l’essieu directeur. Le jeu d’équipement supplémentaire avec n° de réf. 067 106.0 vaut pour un essieu directeur avec deux vérins.

Les machines ci-dessous peuvent être équipées: Ensileuse JAGUAR 900-830 à partir des numéros de machine 49200011.

Le temps de montage alloué s’élève à environ 4,5 heures pour le jeu d’équipement supplémentaire n° de réf. 067 107.0, et environ 5 heures pour le jeu d’équipement supplémentaire n° de réf. 067 106.0 Les pièces contenues sont mentionnées à la page 4.1.

Il convient de respecter les consignes importantes contenues dans le manuel d’utilisation, comme parexemple le chapitre « Conseils de sécurité », ou la procédure à suivre lors de travaux de soudage électrique.

Si cela est possible, il sera fait référence aux différentes étapes de montage telles que contenues dans le manuel de réparations.

Il convient en particulier de porter une attention soutenue au chapitre »Conseils de sécurité« de votre notice d'utilisation et de respecter les consignes de prévention dans votre pays.

Avant de commencer le travail vérifier d'abord que tous les outils et moyens nécessaires sont complets. Comparer le type de machine / le type d'outil frontal avec la nomenclature du paragraphe »Liste des pièces fournies» et le kit des pièces fournies.

La spécification des pièces, par ex. pour les vis est mentionnée dans la « Liste des pièces fournies ». Dans cette liste chaque composant est muni d'un numéro de position (no. de pos.).

Les pièces telles que les écrous et les rondelles contact n'ont pas de numéro de position. Ces pièces font partie du numéro de position de la vis avec laquelle elles sont montées. En plus y sont indiqués le numéro de pièce détachée, la désignation, la dimension, DIN et le nombre.

Pour une meilleure orientation, dans les instructions de montage, les pièces déjà existantes sont munies des lettres et les pièces neuves sont munies des chiffres (numéro de position).

Les textes et les tableaux sont établis neutres, autant que possible. Les différences entre les modèles sont mises en évidence par des renvois dans le texte.

Montage FR Glisser l’indicateur de rotation (1) avec la bague d’arrêt (S) et la rondelle d’appui (4) sur le côté de la console. Veiller à ce que la bague d’arrêt (S) de l’indicateur de rotation soit au dessus et le câble de raccordement (T) à l’arrière.

Lubrifier l’arbre (W) sur les dentures au moyen d’une graisse multi usages, parexemple la graisse CLAAS EP 2.

Faire passer l’arbre (W) à travers la console (K), puis l’indicateur de rotation (1), la bague d’arrêt (S) et la rondelle d’appui (4). L’indicateur de rotation (1) doit lors de cette procédure être glissé jusqu’avant la bague d’arrêt (S), et celle-ci doit ensuite être bloquée.

L’indicateur de rotation (1) doit rester mobile. Il ne peut se caler. Si nécessaire, meuler légèrement l’indicateur de rotation (1) sur les côtés (N).

Le jeu axial doit être d’environ 1 mm, adapter si nécessaire l’accrochage rapide (2) en conséquence.

Visser l’unité de direction (L) avec les vis à tête hexagonale M 10 x 20 et les ressorts Belleville.

Vérifier encore une fois le jeu axial de l’arbre (W), procéder à nouveau à un réglage si nécessaire.

Observer !

Placer les vis à tête hexagonale M 10 x 20 avec un liquide de freinage (parexemple DELO-ML-5349). (fig. 8, 14, 15)

Aménager un trou à l’endroit ad hoc, permettant le passage des câbles, dans l’accordéon (F).

Faire passer la fiche de câble (C) à travers l’accordéon (F) et la raccorder au jeu de câbles existant.

Tirer à nouveau l’accordéon (F) vers le haut et le fixer à la colonne de direction. (fig. 16) C 16

Remettre l’écran en place.

Vérifier l’affichage sur l’écran CIS. Celui-ci doit indiquer un déplacement en ligne droite de 2,5 ±0,1 V. X

En cas de divergence, corriger la cote (X) de telle sorte que l’écran CIS affiche 2,5 ±0,1 V. S’informer sur l’Autopilote, système d’informations CIS de CLAAS, chapitre 7 de la notice d’utilisation.

2. Si nécessaire, dévisser la vis de butée (B) jusqu’à ce que la roue puisse tourner librement.

3. Bloquer la vis de butée (B) au moyen d’un contre-écrou.
