1.1.1 Handhabung der Anleitung Die vorliegende Anleitung zeigt Ihnen die Montage der in Kapitel Lieferumfang aufgeführten Teile.

Beachten Sie auch, dass in den nachfolgenden Kapitel die CLAAS Erntemaschine auch Vorsatzgerät genannt wird. Der Feldhäcksler wird Maschine genannt Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede wird durch Bildüberschriften oder Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind. Ein Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z. B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung »Lieferumfang«. In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.). Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Anzahl, die Abmessung, die ISO/DIN und die Verwendung.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen gekennzeichnet.

Positionsangaben wie vorn, hinten, rechts und links gelten immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte verstehen sich mit entsprechenden Toleranzen. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

2.1.1 Besonders zu beachten Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Montage durchführen oder kontrollieren.

Lesen Sie insbesondere die Abschnitte „Zur Sicherheit“ in der Betriebsanleitung der Maschine und des Vorsatzgerätes.

Die Verwendung von Ersatzteilen, Zubehör und Zusatzgeräten, die nicht original von CLAAS stammen und nicht von CLAAS geprüft und freigegeben sind, kann konstruktiv vorgegebene Eigenschaften der CLAAS-Maschine oder ihre Funktionstüchtigkeit negativ verändern und dadurch die aktive und / oder passive Fahrsicherheit sowie Arbeitssicherheit (Unfallschutz) beeinträchtigen.

Für Schäden, die insoweit durch die Verwendung von Nicht-CLAAS-Original-Teilen, -Zubehör und -Zusatzgeräten entstehen, ist jedwede Haftung von CLAAS ausgeschlossen.

Werden Warnbildzeichen beim Umbau beschädigt oder Teile mit Warnbildzeichen ausgetauscht, so ist sicherzustellen, dass wieder die entsprechenden Warnbildzeichen aufgeklebt werden. Die einzelnen Aufkleber sind in der Betriebsanleitung näher erläutert.

Montage- und Reinigungsarbeiten grundsätzlich nur bei abgeschaltetem Antrieb und stillstehendem Motor vornehmen! – Zündschlüssel abziehen!

Montagearbeiten dürfen nur von dazu ausgebildetem Fachpersonal ausgeführt werden.

An der hydraulischen Einrichtung der Maschine/des Vorsatzgerätes darf nur Personal mit speziellen Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen in der Hydraulik arbeiten!

Vor Arbeiten an der Hydraulikanlage, Maschine/ Vorsatzgerät bzw. hydraulisch betätigte Anbauteile absenken bzw. ablassen und Hydraulikanlage drucklos machen!

Vor Montagearbeiten an vorgespannten Energiespeichern (Federn, Druckspeicher etc.) sind diese vorschriftsmäßig zu entspannen!

Bei Arbeiten an dem angehobener Maschine/Vorsatzgerät stets Sicherung durch geeignete Abstützelemente vornehmen!

Beim Aus- und Einbauen von Arbeitswerkzeugen geeignetes Werkzeug und Handschuhe benutzen! Öle, Fette und Filter ordnungsgemäß entsorgen!

1.1.1 How to use this manual The present manual shows you how to install the parts listed in the "Shipping package" chapter.

Please bear in mind that in the chapters below, the CLAAS harvesting machine is also referred to as the front attachment. The forage harvester is referred to as the machine.

Texts and pictures apply to all models as far as possible. Differences are referred to in captions to the pictures or in the main text.

Before starting work, ensure that all tools and auxiliary devices are available. Compare the existing type of machine/front attachment with the list in the "Shipping package" chapter and with the parts delivered.

For specifications of parts, e.g. of bolts, please refer to the "Shipping package" list. In that list, every component has an item no. Further details relating to the components include the part no., the quantity, the dimension, ISO/DIN standards and their use.

To make the installation instructions easier to understand, existing parts are marked by letters whereas new parts are marked by numbers.

Front, rear, right and left always refer to the direction of forward travel.

2.1.1 Important information In order to avert danger, the instructions in this manual must be read and heeded by all persons who carry out or check this assembly.

In particular, read the "Safety Rules" sections in the Operator's Manual of the machine and of the front attachment.

The use of spare parts, accessories and auxiliary equipment that are not original CLAAS products and have not specifically been tested and approved by CLAAS, can change the specified design characteristics of the CLAAS combine or detract from its functional performance, with a possible adverse effect on the active and/or passive operational safety and on its occupational safety standards (accident prevention).

CLAAS is in no way liable for any damage or personal injury caused as a result of the use of other than original or approved CLAAS parts, accessories and auxiliary equipment.

When safety decals are damaged during the conversion or parts with decals are replaced, always make sure to install the relevant new decals with each new part. The individual decals are explained in more detail in the Operator's manual.

Always disengage the drive and stop the engine before carrying out installation and cleaning work! – Remove the ignition key.

Installation work may be carried out only by qualified personnel.

Only personnel with special knowledge and experience in hydraulic systems shall be allowed to work on the hydraulic systems of the machine/front attachment!

Before working on the hydraulic system, lower the machine/front attachment and/or hydraulically actuated components and relieve the pressure of the hydraulic system!

Before carrying out installation work on pre-loaded energy accumulators (springs, pressure accumulators, etc.), relieve their pressure properly!

When working on the jacked-up machine/front attachment, always secure the machine/front attachment using suitable supports!

When removing or installing working parts, always use suitable tools and wear safety gloves.

Dispose of oil, grease, and filters in the prescribed manner.

Always disconnect the power supply leads before starting work on the electrical system.

Wear safety goggles and a safety mask when carrying out grinding work. Observe the manufacturer's instructions regarding the use of grinding/parting wheels.

Before welding, torch-cutting and grinding, clean dust and other combustible substances away from the machine and its environment and provide sufficient supply of fresh air – Explosion hazard!

When carrying out electric welding work on the fitted machine/front attachment, disconnect the power supply or disconnect the cable on the alternator and the battery!

When carrying out welding work, wear the mandatory protective clothing such as dark safety goggles or a safety shield, protective clothing, welder's gloves and safety shoes. Never look into the arc without eye protection – Blinding hazard!

Avant les travaux sur le système hydraulique, descendre la machine/l'outil frontal ou les éléments à commande hydraulique et amener le système hydraulique en pression nulle !

Avant les travaux de montage sur les accumulateurs d'énergie sous contrainte (ressorts, accumulateur de pression, etc.) il faut les délester correctement !

Avant de travailler sur le circuit électrique débrancher l'alimentation en courant !

Pour les travaux de ponçage, porter des lunettes de protection et un masque de protection. Respecter les consignes du fabricant pour l'utilisation de disques abrasifs et de meules.

Avant de souder, d'abraser et de poncer, nettoyer la machine et l'outil frontal et ses alentours pour éliminer la poussière et les particules inflammables, assurer une ventilation suffisante – Risque d'explosion !

Avant de réaliser les travaux de soudure électriques sur la machine attelée/l'outil frontal, débrancher l'alimentation électrique ou le câble au niveau du générateur et de la batterie !

Pour les travaux de soudure, porter les vêtements de protection préconisés, comme par ex. des lunettes de protection foncées ou un bouclier, des vêtements de protection, des gants de soudure et des chaussures de protection. Ne jamais regarder l'arc lumineux sans protection oculaire – Risques d'éblouissement !

4.3.1 Préparer un fonctionnement test et le réaliser – Si nécessaire, réaliser les travaux suivants avant le test de fonctionnement : - Resserrer tous les raccords vissés de toutes les pièces nouvellement mises en place.

- Auparavant poser tous les dispositifs de sécurité déposés.

- Vérifier le niveau d'huile hydraulique. Faire l'appoint si nécessaire.

Vérifier l'étanchéité du système hydraulique.

- Vérifier les niveaux d'huile de boîte de vitesses des composants mis en place. Faire l'appoint si nécessaire.

Si prega prendere nota che nei capitoli seguenti, la macchina da raccolta CLAAS viene indicata anche come testata. La trincia viene chiamata macchina.

I testi e le figure sono stati mantenuti, nel limite del possibile, neutri. Le differenze sono evidenziate con descrizioni sulle figure o con indicazioni nei testi.

Prima di iniziare i lavori controllare che tutti gli utensili e gli strumenti siano disponibili. Eseguire un confronto fra il tipo di macchina o testata disponibili, l'elenco al paragrafo "Complessivo di fornitura" e del set di componenti fornito.

Prima dei lavori sull'impianto idraulico, abbassare o scaricare la macchina/la testata o le parti staccate azionate idraulicamente e scaricare la pressione dall'impianto idraulico.

Scaricare gli accumulatori di energia caricati (molle, accumulatori di pressione, ecc.) come prescritto prima di eseguire i lavori di montaggio.

Durante i lavori a macchina/testata sollevata, provvedere sempre a una sicurezza con elementi di sostegno adeguati.

Durante lo smontaggio e il montaggio di attrezzi di lavoro, impiegare sempre attrezzi adatti e guanti di protezione!

Smaltire sempre oli, grassi e filtri secondo la normativa vigente!

Prima di iniziare lavori all'impianto elettrico, staccare il cavo sotto tensione.

Durante i lavori di levigatura, indossare occhiali e maschera protettivi. Attenersi alle indicazioni del costruttore per l'utilizzo di mole e mole per troncare.

2.1.1 Especialmente importante Las indicaciones de este manual de instrucciones tienen que ser leídas y tenidas en cuenta, para evitar peligros, por todas las personas que realizan o controlan este montaje.

Lea con especial atención los apartados "Medidas de seguridad“ en el manual de instrucciones de la máquina y del implemento frontal.

El uso de piezas de repuesto, accesorios y equipos adicionales que no sean originales de CLAAS y que no hayan sido homologados ni autorizados por CLAAS, pueden modificar negativamente las propiedades constructivas prescritas para la máquina de CLAAS o su funcionalidad, perjudicando así la seguridad de marcha activa y/o pasiva, así como la seguridad en el trabajo (protección contra accidentes).

CLAAS no asume ninguna responsabilidad por los daños que se produzcan al usarse piezas, accesorios y equipos adicionales que no sean originales de CLAAS. En el caso de que se dañen los símbolos de advertencia durante los trabajos de transformación, o se sustituyan piezas que contienen símbolos de advertencia, hay que garantizar, que se vuelvan a colocar los símbolos de advertencia correspondientes. Los diferentes adhesivos están explicados con más detalle en el manual de instrucciones. ¡Realizar los trabajos de montaje y de limpieza, exclusivamente con el accionamiento desconectado y el motor parado! – ¡Extraer siempre la llave de encendido!

Los trabajos de montaje sólo pueden ser realizados por el personal técnico cualificado para tal efecto. ¡En el equipo hidráulico de la máquina/del implemento frontal sólo pueden trabajar personas con conocimientos y experiencia específica en instalaciones hidráulicas! ¡Antes de realizar trabajos en la instalación hidráulica, bajar la máquina/el implemento frontal, en su caso bajar las componentes con accionamiento hidráulico, y dejar la instalación hidráulica sin presión! ¡Antes de realizar trabajos en los acumuladores de energía pretensados (muelles, acumuladores de presión, etc.), estos deben ser debidamente destensados! ¡Al realizar trabajos con la máquina levantada/el implemento frontal levantado, siempre hay que colocar un seguro mediante elementos de apoyo adecuados!

¡Utilizar las herramientas apropiadas y guantes cuando se desmonten y monten herramientas de trabajo!

Desechar según las normas los aceites, las grasas y los filtros. ¡Desconectar la alimentación de corriente cuando se realicen trabajos en el sistema eléctrico!

Cuando se realicen trabajos de esmerilado, usar gafas y máscara protectora. Tener en cuenta las indicaciones del fabricante para el uso de discos de esmerilado/de separación. ¡Antes de realizar trabajos de soldadura, combustión y esmerilado hay que limpiar el polvo y los materiales inflamables de la máquina/el implemento frontal y su entorno, y hay que garantizar que se tenga suficiente ventilación – peligro de explosión! ¡Al realizar trabajos de soldadura en el equipo eléctrico con la máquina/el implemento frontal montado, separar la alimentación de corriente o desembornar el cable del generador y de la batería!

Al realizar trabajos de soldadura llevar puesta la ropa protectora obligatoria, como p. ej. gafas protectoras oscuras o pantalla protectora, ropa protectora, guantes para trabajos de soldadura y zapatos protectores. ¡No mirar hacia los arcos de luz sin protección para los ojos – peligro de cegarse!

– Retirar la pintura en la zona del bloque (2) que debe ser soldado.

– Graduar el bloque (2) con la plantilla (3).

El borde de la chapa lateral tiene que estar a la altura del borde inferior de la plantilla (3).

– Fijar el bloque (2).

– Comprobar la posición del bloque (2), en caso necesario, volver a graduarla.

– Soldar fijamente el bloque (2) arriba y abajo.

– Retocar los daños de pintura.

4.3 Antes de la puesta en marcha 12296

4.3.1 Preparar y realizar una prueba del funcionamiento – En caso dado, realizar los siguientes trabajos antes de la prueba del funcionamiento: - Reapretar las uniones atornilladas de todas las piezas que se han montado nuevas.

- Montar los dispositivos de protección que se hayan desmontado previamente.

- Controlar el nivel del aceite hidráulico. Rellenarlo en caso dado.

Comprobar la hermeticidad de la instalación hidráulica.

- Controlar los niveles de aceite hidráulico de los engranajes de las componentes montadas.

Rellenarlo en caso dado.

- Recoger las herramientas utilizadas.

- Comprobar las conexiones eléctricas reequipadas y/o desmontadas.

- Engrasar todos los puntos de engrase que son nuevos.

– Comprobar los ajustes en la máquina / cabezal.

– Realizar una prueba del funcionamiento.

– Controlar el nivel del aceite hidráulico. Rellenarlo en caso dado.
