EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt einen sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zum Nachrüsten der Druckluftbremsanlage an den Feldhäcksler JAGUAR 900 - 830.

Für den Nachrüstsatz 0090 492.1 gelten folgende Maschinennummernbereiche: Ab 49203124 Die Montagerichtzeit beträgt ca 10,0 Mannstunden.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instand halten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt „Zur Sicherheit“ aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Vorn, hinten, rechts und links gilt immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Die Verwendung von Ersatzteilen, Zubehör und Zusatzgeräten, die nicht original von CLAAS stammen und nicht von CLAAS geprüft und freigegeben sind, kann konstruktiv vorgegebene Eigenschaften der CLAAS-Maschine oder seine Funktionstüchtigkeit negativ verändern und dadurch die aktive und/oder passive Fahrsicherheit sowie Arbeitssicherheit (Unfallschutz) beeinträchtigen.

Kennzeichnung von Hinweisen, bei deren Nichtbeachtung Gefahren für Leib und Leben des Bedieners oder seiner Mitmenschen besteht.

Für Schäden, die insoweit durch die Verwendung von Nicht-CLAAS-Original-Teilen, -Zubehör und -Zusatzgeräten entstehen, ist jedwede Haftung von CLAAS ausgeschlossen.

Vor Arbeitsbeginn müssen alle Module mit dem CDS 5000 ausgelesen werden!

Motor stillsetzen und Batterie-Trennschalter ausschalten.

Der anstehende Druck muss von der Druckluftanlage kpl. abgelassen werden. Dazu die Rändelmutter (R) am Sicherheitsventil (S) öffnen bis am Manometer (M) 0 bar angezeigt werden. Der Anschlag nach links, bzw. rechts darf nicht überdreht werden.

Anbau Prüfanweisung für Druckluftbremsanlage 1. Manometer anschliessen: Manometer 1 an gelben Kupplungskopf (Rammheck) anschliessen.

Manometer 2 an roten Kupplungskopf (Rammheck) anschliessen.

Manometer 3 an Prüfanschluss auf der linken Seite anschliessen.

Manometer 4 an dem linken Kessel anschliessen.

2. Dieselmotor starten. Beide Druckluftkessel füllen bis Manometer 3 und 4 einen Druck von 12,5 bar anzeigen. Der Druck muss zügig ansteigen.

3. Motor abstellen und auf Dichtigkeit prüfen.

Bremse mit ca. 40-60 daN betätigen, Druck an allen vier Manometern ablesen.

Nach 3 Minuten Haltezeit darf der Druck um max.

0,4 bar abgefallen sein.

4. Absicherung der Bremskreise gegeneinander.

Druckkessel auf der linken Seite entlüften, im hinteren Kessel müssen 6 bar Restdruck verbleiben, angezeigt über Manometer 3.

Anlage wieder vollständig befüllen.

Hinteren Druckkessel entlüften, im linken Druckkessel müssen 12,5 bar Restdruck verbleiben, angezeigt über Manometer 4.

5. Abstufbarkeit Bei stehendem Motor den Druck an der Vorratsleitung prüfen.

Bei zügig durchgetretenem Bremspedal bis zur Vollbremsung muss der Druckaufbau am gelben Kupplungskopf unmittelbar erfolgen.

Folgende Messpunkte sind zu prüfen: Fusskraft F [daN] 20 30 40

7. Druckprüfung bei abgeschalteter Zündung.

Zündung aus: Manometer 1 (gelber Kupplungskopf) zeigt ca. 8 bar Druck an.

Manometer 2 (roter Kupplungskopf) muss permanent ein Luftdruck von ca. 8 bar anzeigen (unabhängig vom Betriebszustand).

8. Fahrprobe Aus konstanter Fahrgeschwindigkeit Fahrhebel zügig zurückziehen.

Manometer 1 (gelber Kupplungskopf) muss während der hydrostatischen Verzögerung ca. 4 bar Druck anzeigen.

In order to help with the assembly, existing components in the instructions are identified with letters, whereas new parts have been identified with a number (position number).

Stop the engine and switch off the battery isolator switch.

The existing pressure must be fully relieved from the compressed air system. To do this, open the knurled nut (R) at the safety valve (S) until the pressure gauge (M) displays 0 bar. The left-hand and/or right-hand stop must not be exceeded.

Bleeding the brake system 1. Fill the brake fluid reservoir (A) on the operator's platform to the maximum level.

2. Connect bleeding hose (B) with collection container to the breather valve (C) of the valve (17).

3. Open the breather valve (C) and push the corresponding foot brake lever down to the bottom.

Hold the foot brake lever in the bottom position and close the breather valve (C).

Release the foot brake lever.

Repeat the process until the brake fluid comes out of the bleeding hose without bubbles.

Learn hydrostatic unit flows with CDS 5000.

Learning the ground speed control lever (see operating instructions) Start machine and let it run until the compressor switches itself off.

Turn off machine and check system for leaks.

Check brake system for proper function.

Obligation of permission for the compressed air brake system The retrofitted compressed air brake system requires a permit (operating permit) and must be inspected by an expert according to regulations in your country and possibly be included in the vehicle registration document.

Installation Testing instruction for compressed air brake system 1. Connect pressure gauge: Connect pressure gauge 1 to yellow coupling head (ram rear).

Connect pressure gauge 2 to red coupling head (ram rear).

Connect pressure gauge 3 to test connection on the left side.

Connect pressure gauge 4 to the left boiler.

2. Start the Diesel engine Fill both compressed air boilers until the pressure gauges 3 and 4 show a pressure of 12.5 bar. The pressure must rise quickly.

3. Turn off engine and check for leaks.

Push brake with about 40-60 daN and read pressure from all four pressure gauges.

After 3 minutes of holding time, the pressure may have dropped by max. 0.4 bar.

4. Protection of the brake circuits against each other.

Bleed pressure vessel on the left side. In the rear boiler, 6 bar of residual pressure must remain, which is indicated by pressure gauge 3.

Refill system completely.

Bleed rear pressure vessel. In the left boiler, 12.5 bar of residual pressure must remain, which is indicated by pressure gauge 4.

5. Gradation With the engine switched off, check the pressure at the supply line.

If the brake pedal is quickly pushed down to the bottom, the pressure at the yellow coupling head must build up immediately.

6. Check parking brake.

Parking brake on: Pressure gauge 1 (yellow coupling head) must indicate approx. 8 bar of pressure.

Parking brake released: Pressure gauge 1 is pressure-free.

7. Pressure test with the ignition switched off.

Ignition off: Pressure gauge 1 (yellow coupling head) must indicate approx. 8 bar of pressure.

Pressure gauge 2 (red coupling head) must permanently indicate air pressure of approx. 8 bar (regardless of the operating state).

8. Driving test At constant ground speed, quickly pull back the ground speed control lever.

Pressure gauge 1 (yellow coupling head) must indicate approx. 4 bar of pressure during the hydrostatic deceleration.

IMPORTANT Afin d'éviter les accidents, ce manuel et surtout les remarques, doivent être lus par toutes les personnes qui utilisent la machine, qui s'occupent de la maintenance, de l'entretien ou du contrôle. Il convient en particulier de porter une attention soutenue au chapitre „Conseils de sécurité“ de votre notice d'utilisation et de respecter les consignes de prévention dans votre pays.

La spécification des pièces, par ex. pour les vis est mentionnée dans la « Liste des pièces fournies ». Dans cette liste chaque composant est muni d'un numéro de position (no. de pos.).

Les pièces telles que les écrous et les rondelles contact n'ont pas de numéro de position. Ces pièces font partie du numéro de position de la vis avec laquelle elles sont montées. En plus y sont indiqués le numéro de pièce détachée, la désignation, la dimension, DIN et le nombre.

Pour une meilleure orientation, dans les instructions de montage, les pièces déjà existantes sont munies des lettres et les pièces neuves sont munies des chiffres (numéro de position).

Les textes et les tableaux sont établis neutres, autant que possible. Les différences entre les modèles sont mises en évidence par des renvois dans le texte.

Répéter la procédure jusqu’à ce qu’il n’y ait plus de bulles d’air qui sortent de la valve (17) et de l’étrier de frein, et jusqu’à obtenir un effet de freinage correct.

Visser la tôle de recouvrement (M) ainsi que le guidage gauche (L) et le guidage droit (R).

Effectuer une marche d’essai Remonter tous les recouvrements de protection.

Revisser les roues et rabaisser la machine.

Lire à nouveau les données relevées avec le CDS 5000.

Programmer les courants hydrostatiques avec le CDS 5000.

Programmer le levier d’avancement (voir manuel d’utilisation).

Démarrer la machine et laisser le moteur tourner jusqu’à ce que le compresseur se coupe.

Couper le moteur et contrôler la bonne étanchéité du système.

Vérifier le fonctionnement correct du système de frein.

Obligation d’un contrôle de réception pour le système de freinage pneumatique Le montage ultérieur du système de frein pneumatique est soumis à un contrôle de réception et doit être inspecté par un expert, conformément aux prescriptions en vigueur dans votre pays, et mentionné dans les documents du véhicule.

Montage Instructions de contrôle du système de freinage pneumatique 1. Raccorder les manomètres : Raccorder le manomètre 1 sur la tête d’accouplement jaune (butée arrière).

Raccorder le manomètre 2 sur la tête d’accouplement rouge (butée arrière).

Raccorder le manomètre 3 sur le raccord témoin côté gauche.

Raccorder le manomètre 4 sur le réservoir gauche.

2. Mettre le moteur Diesel en marche. Remplir les deux cuves d’air comprimé jusqu’à ce que les manomètres 3 et 4 affichent une pression de 12,5 bar. La pression doit monter rapidement.

3. Couper le moteur et contrôler l’étanchéité.

Actionner les freins à une force approximative de 40-60 daN, relever la pression sur les quatre manomètres.

Après trois minutes d’arrêt, la pression ne peut pas être descendue de plus de 0,4 bar.

4. Sécurité des circuits de freinage entre eux.

Purger le réservoir de pression du côté gauche, la pression résiduelle dans le réservoir arrière doit être de 6 bar, cette pression étant lue sur le manomètre 3.

Remplir à nouveau l’installation à fond.

Purger le réservoir de pression arrière, la pression résiduelle dans le réservoir gauche doit être de 12,5 bar, cette pression étant lue sur le manomètre 4.

5. Échelonnage Avec le moteur au ralenti, vérifier la pression sur la conduite d'alimentation.

De l’actionnement rapide et à fond de la pédale de frein jusqu'au freinage maximum, la pression doit s’établir immédiatement sur la tête d’accouplement jaune.

Les points de mesure ci-dessous doivent être vérifiés : Force au pied F [daN]

6. Contrôler le frein de stationnement.

Frein de stationnement serré : le manomètre 1 (tête d’accouplement jaune) doit afficher une pression d’environ 8 bar.

Frein de stationnement desserré : le manomètre 1 est hors pression.

7. Contrôle de pression avec contact déclenché.

Contact coupé : le manomètre 1 (tête d’accouplement jaune) affiche une pression d’environ 8 bar.

Le manomètre 2 (tête d’accouplement rouge) doit afficher en permanence une pression d’air d’environ 8 bar (indépendamment de l'état de fonctionnement).

8. Marche d’essai Avec une vitesse constante de déplacement, abaisser rapidement le levier d’avancement.

Le manomètre 1 (tête d’accouplement jaune) doit afficher pendant la décélération hydrostatique une pression d’environ 4 bar.
