Anbauanleitung Beleuchtung Einleitung Diese Anleitung beschreibt die Installation einer Beleuchtung für die Videokamera für die Pressen Rollant 255 Uniwrap.

Das Set kann ab der Maschinennummer 72601330 verwendet werden.

Um das Beleuchtungsset ohne die Videokamera zu installieren, müssen die folgenden Teile bestellt werden:

Vor Arbeitsbeginn ist darauf zu achten, dass alle benötigten Geräte und Zubehörteile vorhanden sind. Übereinstimmung zwischen vorhandenem Maschinentyp/Zubehör, der Liste in Abschnitt "Lieferumfang" und dem Set der gelieferten Teile überprüfen.

Die detaillierte Beschreibung der Teile, z. B. der Schrauben, findet man in der Liste "Lieferumfang". In dieser Liste wird jeder einzelne Anbauteil mit einer Positionsnummer angegeben (Pos. Nr.). Teile wie Muttern und Contact-Scheiben sind nicht mit einer Positionsnummer gekennzeichnet. Diese Teile gehören zur Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie zusammen montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu diesen Teilen sind die Ersatzstücknummer, die Bezeichnung, Maße, DIN und die gelieferte Anzahl.

Zur besseren Unterscheidung sind in der Montageanleitung die bereits vorhandenen Teile mit Buchstaben bezeichnet, die neuen Teile hingegen mit Ziffern (Positionsnummern).

Bildbeschreibungen und Abbildungen sind so allgemein wie möglich gehalten.

Typen-Unterschiede sind in den Beschreibungen besonders vermerkt.

Angaben zu technischen Daten, Maßen und Gewicht sind unverbindlich. Irrtümer und technische Änderungen im Rahmen der technischen Weiterentwicklung vorbehalten.

Die Begriffe vorn, hinten, rechts und links beziehen sich immer auf die Fahrtrichtung der Maschine.

Allgemeine Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften 1. Beachten Sie zusätzlich zu den Hinweisen in dieser Betriebsanleitung die allgemein gültigen Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften.

2. Bei Arbeiten mit der Presse immer eng anliegende Bekleidung benutzen. Locker getragene Kleidungsstücke vermeiden!

3. Zur Vermeidung von Brandgefahr Maschine immer sauber halten!

Abstellen der Maschine 1. Die Maschine mit Unterlegkeilen gegen Wegrollen sichern.

2. Den Motor des Traktors ausschalten, Zündschlüssel abziehen und die Kabine abschließen.

3. Traktor bei laufendem Motor niemals unbeaufsichtigt lassen!

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Die Verwendung von Ersatzteilen, Zubehör und Zusatzgeräten, die nicht original von CLAAS stammen und nicht von CLAAS geprüft und freigegeben sind, kann konstruktiv vorgegebene Eigenschaften der CLAAS-Maschine oder seine Funktionstüchtigkeit negativ verändern und dadurch die aktive und/oder passive Fahrsicherheit sowie Arbeitssicherheit (Unfallschutz) beeinträchtigen.

– Den Scheinwerfer an der rechten Seite des Ballenwicklers auf dem Ständer anbringen, indem seine unverlierbare Schraube (I) in das Halterloch (J) geschoben wird.

The kit can be used for machines from number 72601330 upwards.

In order to fit the lighting kit without video camera, order the following parts:

Parts such as nuts and contact washers are not identified by an item number. These components form part of the item number of the screw with which they must be assembled.

Other instructions stated on these components are the spare part number, description, dimensions, DIN and the quantity supplied.

In the assembly instructions, the available parts are identified by letters and new parts by numbers (item numbers) to act as a better guide.

Texts and pictures have been kept neutral whenever possible. Text references point out the differences between the individual types.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. We reserve the right to errors and technical changes as part of ongoing technological developments.

The terms front, rear, right and left always refer to the machine as seen in the direction of forward travel.

Parking the machine 1. Prevent any unintentional movement to the machine with the aid of wedges.

2. Turn off the tractor’s engine, remove the ignition key and lock the cab.

3. Never leave a tractor unattended with the engine running!

– Sur un établi, déserrer complètement les 2 vis (A).

– Retirer le diffuseur (B).

1 – Défaire le ressort (C).

– Mettre l’ampoule halogène (2) en place.

(Fig. 2) Conseil!

Prenez garde au détrompage (D) de l’ampoule.

(Fig. 3) C 2 – Remettre le ressort (C) en place.

D 3 – Percer le passe-câble (E) avec un outil pointu ou coupant.

Ne pas hésiter à forcer pour passer les fils.

– Brancher les connecteurs (F) situés au bout du câble de liaison (6) aux languettes (G) de l’ampoule.

– Vérifier que le ressort (C) est bien en place.

6 – Remettre le diffuseur (B) en place B

Les petites encoches (H) du diffuseur sont vers le bas.

– Resserrer les vis (A).

7 – Repousser le câble (6) vers l’intérieur du phare pour assurer l’étanchéité du passe-câble.

– Mettre le phare en place du côté droit de l'enrubanneuse, sur le poteau, en glissant sa vis imperdable (I) dans le trou du support (J).

– Fixer le phare avec la rondelle ressort (4) et l’écrou M10 (5).

9 – Faire passer le câble (6) vers le boîtier électrique.

10 – Retirer la vis de fixation (K) et sa rondelle du couvercle du boîtier électrique.

– Retirer ce couvercle (L) en le faisant glisser vers le haut.

– Remettre la rondelle et la vis de fixation (K) du couvercle.

14 Boîtier de commande Uniwrap – Appuyer sur la touche (N) pour allumer le phare de travail: l’intensité lumineuse augmente progressivement jusqu’à son maximum.

– Appuyer sur la touche (N) pour éteindre le phare de travail.

15 CLAAS Communicator – Aller dans le menu "Réglages".

– Appuyer sur la touche (O) pour allumer le phare de travail: l’intensité lumineuse augmente progressivement jusqu’à son maximum.
