1 Einleitung EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt den sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zum Anbau mit dem Anbausatz ET-Nr. 00 0480 665 0 (Hydraulisch klappbare Schutzbügel).

Lesen Sie daher diese Anleitung vor Beginn der Arbeiten sorgfältig durch! Beachten Sie besonders den Abschnitt »Allgemeine Hinweise«.

Folgende Maschinen/Geräte können umgebaut werden: Scheibenmähwerk: DISCO 3100 F DISCO 3100 FC DISCO 3100 FRC Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.2 aufgeführt. Vergewissern Sie sich vor Beginn der Arbeiten, dass der Anbausatz komplett ist.

Betrachten Sie die Auflistung "Lieferumfang" auch als Ergänzung der Ersatzteilliste.

Altteile, die nicht für den Zusammenbau verwendet werden, umweltgerecht entsorgen.

3 Allgemeine Hinweise BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatzgerät einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen und beachten Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Allgemeine Hinweise« und das Kapitel »Zur Sicherheit« in Ihrer Betriebsanleitung. Beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z. B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung »Lieferumfang«. In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.). Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Anzahl, die Abmessung, die ISO/DIN und die Verwendung.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Allgemeine Hinweise

BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄßE VERWENDUNG Die Verwendung von Ersatzteilen, Zubehör und Zusatzgeräten, die nicht original von CLAAS stammen und nicht von CLAAS geprüft und freigegeben sind, kann konstruktiv vorgegebene Eigenschaften der CLAAS-Maschine/-Vorsatzgerät oder seine Funktionstüchtigkeit negativ verändern und dadurch die aktive und/oder passive Fahrsicherheit sowie Arbeitssicherheit (Unfallschutz) beeinträchtigen.

Für Schäden, die insoweit durch die Verwendung von Nicht-CLAAS-Original-Teilen, -Zubehör und -Zusatzgeräten entstehen, ist jedwede Haftung von CLAAS ausgeschlossen.

SICHERHEITSAUFKLEBER MIT WARNBILDZEICHEN Die an der Maschine/Vorsatzgerät angebrachten Warn- und Hinweisschilder geben wichtige Hinweise für den gefahrlosen Betrieb. Die Beachtung dient Ihrer Sicherheit!

Werden Warnbildzeichen beim Umbau beschädigt oder Teile mit Warnbildzeichen ausgetauscht, so ist sicherzustellen, dass wieder die entsprechenden Warnbildzeichen aufgeklebt werden.

Bei Arbeiten an dem angehobener Maschine/Vorsatzgerät stets Sicherung durch geeignete Abstützelemente vornehmen!

Beim Aus- und Einbauen von Arbeitswerkzeugen geeignetes Werkzeug und Handschuhe benutzen! Öle, Fette und Filter ordnungsgemäß entsorgen!

Vor Arbeiten an der elektrischen Anlage stets Stromzufuhr trennen!

Bei Schleifarbeiten Schutzbrille und Schutzmaske tragen. Die Herstellerhinweise für die Verwendung von Schleif-/Trennscheiben beachten.

Vor dem Schweißen, Brennen und Schleifen Maschine/Vorsatzgerät und deren Umgebung von Staub und brennbaren Stoffen reinigen und für ausreichende Lüftung sorgen – Explosionsgefahr!

Bei Ausführung von elektrischen Schweißarbeiten an angebauter Maschine/Vorsatzgerät, Stromzufuhr trennen oder Kabel am Generator und der Batterie abklemmen!

Bei Schweißarbeiten vorgeschriebene Schutzkleidung, wie z.B. dunkle Schutzbrille oder Schutzschild, Schutzkleidung, Schweißhandschuhe und Sicherheitsschuhe tragen. Nicht ohne Augenschutz in den Lichtbogen blicken – Blendgefahr!

Die einzelnen Aufkleber sind in der Betriebsanleitung näher erläutert.

ALLGEMEINE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE Lesen und beachten Sie auch die Sicherheitshinweise im Kapitel »Zur Sicherheit« in der Betriebsanleitung der Maschine/des Vorsatzgerätes.

Montage- und Reinigungsarbeiten grundsätzlich nur bei abgeschaltetem Antrieb und stillstehendem Motor vornehmen! – Zündschlüssel abziehen!

Montagearbeiten dürfen nur von dazu ausgebildetem Fachpersonal ausgeführt werden.

An der hydraulischen Einrichtung der Maschine/des Vorsatzgerätes darf nur Personal mit speziellen Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen in der Hydraulik arbeiten!

Vor Arbeiten an der Hydraulikanlage, Maschine/ Vorsatzgerät bzw. hydraulisch betätigte Anbauteile absenken bzw. ablassen und Hydraulikanlage drucklos machen!

Vor Montagearbeiten an vorgespannten Energiespeichern (Federn, Druckspeicher etc.) sind diese vorschriftsmäßig zu entspannen!

Pay particular attention to the »General instructions« section.

The following machines and devices can be converted: Disc mowers: DISCO 3100 F DISCO 3100 FC DISCO 3100 FRC The shipping package is listed on page 4.2. Before starting work make sure that the mounting kit is complete.

The "Package list" list is also considered a supplement to the spare parts list.

Dispose of old parts that are not required for the assembly in an environmentally correct manner.

3 General instructions OF SPECIAL IMPORTANCE The instructions set forth in this manual must be read carefully and followed by all persons concerned with the operation, maintenance, repair or inspection of this machine/front attachment in order to prevent accidents. Read and understand especially the »General instructions« section and the chapter on »Safety« in your operator's manual. Observe the pertinent accident prevention regulations of your country.

Clean the machine before starting work. Welding and grinding work on the machine may cause fire if accumulated vegetation, grease and dirt is not removed.

Before starting work make sure that all necessary tools and devices are at hand. Make a comparison between the present type of machine/ implement, the list in section “Package list” and the delivered kit.

For the specification of parts, e.g. screws, see the “Package list”.In this list every mounting part has an item number. Further details regarding these parts are the part no., the quantity, the dimensions, the ISO/DIN and the use.

As a guideline, the existent parts in the installation instructions are marked with letters, while new parts are marked with numbers (item numbers).

Texts and figures are formulated neutrally, as far as possible. The differences between the models are pointed out by notes in the text.

Technical specifications, dimensions and weights are understood with the usual tolerances.

IMPORTANT: Front, rear, right and left refer to the direction of forward travel.

General instructions

DESIGNATED USE The use of spare parts, accessories and ancillary equipment which is not originally manufactured, and checked and released by CLAAS can have a negative effect on specific design features of the CLAAS machine/front attachment or on its operatability, thereby impairing active and/or passive operating safety, as well as safety at work (accident prevention).

Use suitable tools and gloves to remove and install working equipment!

Dispose of oil, grease and filters correctly!

Always disconnect power supply before work on the electrical system!

Wear safety goggles and mask for grinding work.

Observe the manufacturer's directions for the use of grinding and cutting discs.

CLAAS will in no way be liable for damage or personal injury caused by the use of other than original CLAAS parts, accessories and additional equipment.

Before welding, burning and grinding clean dust and flammable material from the machine/front attachment and its surroundings and ensure adequate ventilation – risk of explosion!

SAFETY DECALS WITH WARNING SYMBOLS

When using electrical welding equipment on attached machine/front attachment, disconnect power supply or remove cable on generator and battery!

The warning and instruction signs on the machine/ front attachment contain important information for safe operation. These instructions involve your safety – observe them at all times!

If warning symbols are damaged during conversion of parts with warning symbols are replaced, make sure that the relevant warning symbols are attached again.

When welding use required protective gear, such as dark safety goggles or shield, protective clothing, welding gloves and safety shoes. Do not look directly at the arc without eye protection – risk of blindness!

The various decals are explained in detail in the operator's manual.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Read and observe the safety instructions in the »Safety« chapter in the operator's manual for the machine/front attachment.

Never carry out assembly and cleaning work unless the drive is switched and the engine is stopped! Remove the ignition key!

Only trained technicians may carry out assembly work.

Only technicians with special knowledge and experience in hydraulic systems may work on the hydraulic equipment of the machine/front attachment!

Before working on the hydraulic system, lower or drain machine/front attachment or hydraulically actuated components and depressurise the hydraulic system!

Energy storage equipment (springs, pressure tanks etc.) must be released as specified before working on them!

When working on the raised machine/front attachment always support it with suitable props!

BEFORE COMMISSIONING, CHECK AND OBSERVE 1. Before commissioning the machine, go through the checks in accordance with the operator's manual.

2. Prior to operation, lubricate the machine thoroughly.

3. Check the levels of grease and oil in the transmissions.

4. Check that the screws are tight.

5. Check safety features (e.g. overload clutch, drive component covers, etc.) for proper operation and correct seating.

6. Carry out a functional check of the machine.

7. Switch on the PTO drive only at idle speed.

8. Never let the machine run while unattended.

Veuillez donc lire attentivement cette notice avant le début des travaux ! Observer en particulier le chapitre »Conseils généraux«.

3 Conseils généraux IMPORTANT Afin d'éviter les accidents, ce manuel et surtout les remarques, doivent être lus par toutes les personnes qui utilisent la machine/ l'appareil frontal, qui s'occupent de la maintenance, de l'entretien et du contrôle. Il convient en particulier de porter une attention soutenue au chapitre »Conseils généraux« et au chapitre »sécurité« dans votre notice. Veuillez respecter les consignes de prévention des accidents en vigueur dans votre pays.

Avant le début du travail, s'assurer que tous les outils et équipements nécessaires sont disponibles. Comparer le type de machine/le type d'outil frontal avec la nomenclature du chapitre »Pièces fournies« et le kit de pièces fournies.

Pour la spécification des pièces, par ex. pour les vis, se reporter à la liste »Pièces fournies«. Dans cette liste, un numéro de position (n° pos.) est attribué à chaque composant. Y sont également indiqués le numéro de pièce de rechange, la désignation, les dimensions, la norme ISO/DIN et la quantité.

Pour une meilleure orientation, dans les instructions de montage, les pièces déjà existantes sont désignées avec des lettres et les pièces neuves avec des chiffres (numéros de position).

Les textes et les tableaux sont établis neutres autant que possible. Les différences entre les modèles sont mises en évidence par des renvois dans le texte.

Les caractéristiques techniques, dimensions et poids sont indiqués avec les tolérances usuelles.

UTILISATION CONFORME À L'USAGE PRÉVU L'utilisation de pièces de rechange, accessoires et équipements complémentaires qui n'auraient pas été fabriqués par CLAAS et n'auraient été ni contrôlés ni homologués par CLAAS peut éventuellement modifier de façon négative les caractéristiques de la machine/ de l'appareil frontal CLAAS déterminées lors de leur conception ou nuire à leur bon état de marche et de ce fait porter atteinte à la sécurité active et/ou passive autant lors des déplacements que du service de ces machines (prévention des accidents).

CLAAS décline toute responsabilité en cas de dommages pouvant résulter de l'utilisation de pièces de rechange, accessoires et équipements complémentaires autres que ceux d'origine CLAAS.

ETIQUETTE DE SÉCURITÉ AVEC PICTOGRAMME DE DANGER Les étiquettes d'avertissement et les consignes de sécurité fixées sur la machine/l'appareil frontal fournissent des informations importantes pour une utilisation sans risque. Elles servent à assurer votre sécurité!

Si des pictogrammes de danger sont endommagés lors d'une modification de la construction ou si des pièces sur lesquelles figurent des pictogrammes de sécurité sont remplacées, s'assurer que les pictogrames sont replacés après les travaux.

Les différentes étiquettes adhésives sont expliquées en détail dans la notice d'utilisation.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ GÉNÉRALES Veuillez également lire et respecter les consignes de sécurité du chapitre "Sécurité" de la machine/ l'appareil frontal.

Avant l'assembler les réservoirs d'énergie (ressorts, accumulateur hydraulique, etc), détendre ces derniers conformément aux prescriptions!

En cas de travaux sur la machine/l'appareil frontal en position relevée, toujours mettre en place des dispositifs de sécurité à l'aide d'élèments de support!

Utiliser l'outil et les gants appropriés pour monter et démonter les outils de travail!

Eliminer les huiles, le gras et le filtre conformément aux prescriptions!

Couper toujours le courant avant de procéder à des travaux sur l'installation électrique!

En cas de rectifications, porter les lunettes et le masque de protection. Respecter les consignes du fabricant relatives à l'utilisation des ponceuses et des meules de tronçonnage.

Avant de procéder au soudage, à la cuisson et au meulage, retirer la poussière et les matières inflammables se trouvant sur la machine/l'appareil frontal ainsi qu'à proximité de ces derniers et veiller à ce qu'il y ait une aération suffisante!

Avant de procéder au soudage électrique sur la machine/l'appareil frontal, couper le courant ou retirer le câble connecté au génerateur ainsi que la batterie d'accumulateurs!

Pour le soudage, porter les vêtements de protection prévus par les prescriptions comme les lunettes de protection sombres ou le masque de protection, les vêtements de protection, les gants de soudage et les chaussures de sécurité. Ne pas regarder l'arc électrique sans protection occulaire– Risque d'aveuglement!

Respecter impérativement les poids des composants lors du montage/démontage. N'utiliser que des dispositifs de blocage et des dipositifs de levée sûrs et satisfaisants.

Ne pas marcher sous la charge suspendue!

Porter les chaussures de sécurité!

Ne procéder au montage et au nettoyage que lorsque la commande est désactivée et que le moteur est arrêté ! – Retirer la clé de contact!

Seul le personnel ayant reçu une formation appropriée peut assembler la machine.

Seul le personnel expérimenté et ayant des connaissances spécifiques dans le domaine hydraulique peut installer la machine/l'appareil frontal!

Avant de procéder à des travaux sur le système hydraulique, rabattre ou vidanger la machine/l'appareil frontal ou les pièces d'assemblage actionnées par le système hydraulique!

– Retirer la clé de contact !

Attention !

Remiser la machine sur un sol dur et plat.

PRÉPARER LE MONTAGE Pour faciliter les travaux de montage, démonter les toiles de protection supérieures. Conserver les vis et les rondelles contact pour le montage ultérieur. (fig. 1)

A RESPECTER ET VÉRIFIER AVANT LA MISE EN SERVICE !

1. Avant de mettre la machine en service, effectuer les contrôles conformément à la notice d'utilisation.

2. Avant de mettre la machine en service bien la graisser.

3. Vérifier les niveaux de graisse et d'huile dans les boîtes de vitesses, boîtiers et engrenages.

4. Vérifier que les vis sont bien en place et serrées.

5. Vérifier le fonctionnement et le positionnement de tous les dispositifs de sécurité (p. ex. limiteurs de couple, protections des éléments d'entraînement, etc.).

6. Vérifier le bon fonctionnement de la machine.

7. Pour mettre en marche l'entraînement de l'arbre de prise de force, il faut que le régime soit au ralenti.

8. Ne jamais laisser tourner la machine sans surveillance.

9. Éloigner les personnes de la zone de danger, si des personnes s'approchent de la zone de danger, arrêter aussitôt la machine.

1 Introduzione INTRODUZIONE Queste istruzioni descrivono la procedura di lavoro sicura e veloce per eseguire il montaggio con il kit di modifica Ricambio-num 00 0480 665 0 (Fornitura arco di protezione a ribalmento idraulico).

Quindi leggere attentamente queste istruzioni prima di cominciare il lavoro! Prestare particolare attenzione al capitolo »Indicazioni generali«.

Si possono modificare le seguenti macchine/apparecchi: Falciatrici a dischi: DISCO 3100 F DISCO 3100 FC DISCO 3100 FRC Il complessivo di fornitura è riportato a pagina 4.2.

Prima di cominciare il lavoro, verificare che il kit di montaggio sia completo.

Prima di cominciare il lavoro, pulire la macchina. Durante i lavori di saldatura e di molatura sulla macchina esiste un maggiore pericolo d'incendio causato da steli, grasso e sporco.

Prima di cominciare il lavoro, controllare che tutti gli attrezzi e i materiali ausiliari siano disponibili. Eseguire un confronto tra il tipo di macchina/adattatore, la lista del capitolo »Complessivo di fornitura« e le parti fornite.

Ricavare la specifica per le parti, ad es. per le viti, dalla lista »Complessivo di fornitura«. In questa lista ciascuna parte da montare possiede un numero di posizione (pos. num.). Altri dati sulle parti sono il num. ricambio, la denominazione, le dimensioni, il ISO/DIN e il numero.

Nelle descrizioni del montaggio, per facilitare l'orientamento, le parti presenti sono contrassegnate da lettere e le parti nuove da numeri (numeri di posizione).

Prima di cominciare il lavoro, controllare che tutti gli attrezzi e materiali ausiliari siano disponibili. Eseguire un confronto tra il tipo di macchina/adattatore e le parti fornite.

NORME PER IL CORRETTO IMPIEGO L'impiego di ricambi, accessori o attrezzature non originali CLAAS o dalla stessa non autorizzati, possono influenzare negativamente le caratteristiche costruttive o il funzionamento delle macchine/adattatori CLAAS. Ciò potrebbe compromettere la sicurezza di guida e di lavoro (prevenzione infortuni).

CLAAS declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali inconvenienti derivanti dall'impiego di ricambi, accessori o attrezzature non originali o dalla stessa non autorizzati.

DECALCOMANIE CON SIMBOLI DI PERICOLO Le decalcomanie applicate alla macchina/adattatore riportano importanti avvisi per un utilizzo senza pericolo. La loro osservanza garantisce la Vostra sicurezza!

Se le decalcomanie con simboli di pericolo vengono danneggiate durante la modifica oppure parti con tali decalcomanie vengono sostituite, bisogna applicare di nuovo le corrispondenti decalcomanie.

Le singole decalcomanie sono descritte in dettaglio nel libretto d'uso.

INDICAZIONI GENERALI PER LA SICUREZZA Leggere ed osservare anche le indicazioni per la sicurezza del capitolo »Precauzioni di sicurezza« del libretto d'uso della macchina/adattatore.

In caso di lavori sulla macchina/adattatore sollevati, assicurarli sempre con supporti idonei!

Quando si smontano e montano attrezzi di lavoro, impiegare sempre attrezzi adatti e guanti di protezione!

Smaltire sempre oli, grassi e filtri secondo la normativa vigente!

Prima di eseguire lavori sull'impianto elettrico, staccare sempre l'alimentazione elettrica!

Durante i lavori di molatura, indossare occhiali e maschera di protezione. Osservare le indicazioni del produttore per l'uso di dischi di molatura/taglio.

Prima di eseguire lavori di saldatura, bruciatura e molatura, pulire la macchina/adattatore e l'ambiente circostante da polvere e materiali incendiabili e predisporre una ventilazione sufficiente - – pericolo di esplosione!

Prima di eseguire lavori di saldatura elettrica sulla macchina/adattatore montati, staccare l'alimentazione elettrica oppure il cavo sul generatore e sulla batteria!

Durante i lavori di saldatura, indossare gli indumenti protettivi prescritti, quali ad es. occhiali o maschera di protezione scuri, indumenti protettivi, guanti da saldatore e scarpe di sicurezza. Non guardare l'arco senza protezioni - – pericolo di accecamento!

Durante i lavori di montaggio/smontaggio, prestare sempre attenzione al peso delle parti installate.

Impiegare solo mezzi di battuta e dispositivi di sollevamento sicuri ed adeguatamente dimensionati.

Non passare sotto carichi sospesi!

Indossare scarpe di sicurezza!

Le operazioni di montaggio e di pulitura devono essere sempre eseguite con trasmissione disinnestata e motore fermo!Estrarre la chiave di accensione!

Le operazioni di montaggio devono essere eseguite da personale specializzato addestrato a tale scopo.

Soltanto personale con speciali conoscenze ed esperienza di 'impianti idraulici può lavorare sul sistema idraulico della macchina/adattatore!

Prima di eseguire lavori sull'impianto idraulico, abbassare o scaricare la macchina/adattatore oppure le parti montate ad azionamento idraulico e scaricare la pressione dall'impianto!

Prima di eseguire lavori di montaggio su accumulatori di energia precaricati (molle, accumulatori di pressione ecc.) questi devono essere correttamente scaricati!

DA CONTROLLARE ED OSSERVARE PRIMA DELLA MESSA IN CAMPO! 1. Prima di mettere in campo la macchina, eseguire tutti controlli previsti dal Libretto d'uso.

2. Prima della messa in campo, lubrificare a fondo la macchina.

3. Controllare il livello del grasso e dell'olio nelle trasmissioni.

4. Controllare il corretto assetto delle viti.

5. Controllare la funzionalità e il corretto posizionamento dei dispositivi di sicurezza (ad es. frizioni contro i sovraccarichi, copertura degli elementi di trasmissione, ...).

6. Eseguire un controllo del funzionamento della macchina.

7. Attivare l'azionamento della presa di forza solo con regime al minimo.

8. Non lasciare mai in funzione la macchina quando è incustodita.

9. Allontanare le persone dalla zona di pericolo; se qualcuno si avvicina alla zona di pericolo, spegnere immediatamente la macchina.

1 Introducción INTRODUCCIÓN Estas instrucciones describen el procedimiento más rápido y seguro para el montaje adicional del juego de acoplamiento Ref.Nº 00 0480 665 0 de pieza de repuesto (estribos de protección plegables hidráulicamente).

Lea atentamente estas instrucciones antes de iniciar los trabajos. Debe prestar especial atención al apartado »Indicaciones generales«.

Pueden modificarse las siguientes máquinas y los siguientes dispositivos: Segadora rotativa: DISCO 3100 F DISCO 3100 FC DISCO 3100 FRC El conjunto de suministro se especifica en la página 4.2. Antes de comenzar los trabajos, asegúrese de que el kit de montaje está completo.

3 Indicaciones generales A OBSERVAR EN ESPECIAL Es necesario leer y observar las indicaciones que aparecen en estas instrucciones para evitar poner en peligro a los operarios que utilizan, realizan el mantenimiento, reparan y controlan la máquina o el implemento frontal. Lea y observe en especial el apartado »Indicaciones generales« y el capítulo »Seguridad« del manual de instrucciones. Respete las prescripciones sobre prevención de accidentes vigentes en su país.

Compruebe si dispone de todas las herramientas y medios necesarios antes de realizar cualquier trabajo. Compare el modelo de máquina/ adaptador existente, la lista en la sección »Conjunto de suministro« y el conjunto de piezas suministrado.

Consulte la lista »Conjunto de suministro« para obtener información detallada de las piezas, p.ej. de los tornillos. En esta lista, a cada pieza de montaje le corresponde un número de posición (Nº. de pos.). Otros datos acerca de las piezas son los números de las piezas de repuesto, la cantidad, las dimensiones, indicaciones ISO/ DIN y su aplicación.

IDENTIFICACIÓN DE INDICACIONES DE ADVERTENCIA Y DE PELIGRO En las presentes instrucciones hemos indicados todos los puntos relacionados con su seguridad y la seguridad de la máquina o del implemento frontal con los siguientes símbolos. Entregue también todas estas indicaciones de seguridad a los demás usuarios de la máquina. ¡Peligro!

Identificación de las indicaciones cuya inobservancia implica peligro para la vida e integridad física del usuario o de sus compañeros.

Para poder orientarse más fácilmente en las descripciones de montaje, las piezas existentes se designan con letras y las piezas nuevas con números (número de posición).

Indicaciones generales

UTILIZACIÓN CONFORME A LAS NORMAS PREVISTAS La utilización de piezas de repuesto, accesorios y equipos adicionales que no sean originales de CLAAS y que no hayan sido inspeccionados y homologados por CLAAS pueden influir negativamente en las propiedades constructivas de la máquina/implemento frontal CLAAS así como también en la eficacia de su funcionamiento y por lo tanto, afectar a la seguridad de conducción activa y/o pasiva y a la seguridad en el trabajo (protección contra accidentes).

La empresa CLAAS rechaza cualquier responsabilidad por los daños originados en la utilización de piezas de recambio, accesorios y aparatos adicionales no originales de CLAAS.

Antes de realizar trabajos de montaje se deben destensar aquellas piezas con acumulación de energía pretensada (resortes, acumuladores de presión, etc.) según las prescripciones.

Cuando se realicen trabajos estando la máquina/ implemento frontal elevado asegurar siempre la maquinaria mediante elementos de apoyo apropiados.

Utilizar herramientas adecuadas y guantes cuando se estén desmontando y montando herramientas de trabajo.

Eliminar conforme a los prescrito aceites, grasas y filtros.

Antes de realizar trabajos en los sistemas eléctricos, desconectar siempre la entrada de corriente.

RÓTULO ADHESIVO DE SEGURIDAD CON SÍMBOLO DE ADVERTENCIA

Utilizar gafas y máscara protectora cuando se realicen trabajos de lijado. Observar las indicaciones del fabricante relativas a la utilización de discos de afilar/lijar.

Las placas de advertencia e indicación colocadas en la máquina/implemento frontal ofrecen indicaciones importantes para un funcionamiento que no entrañe peligros. Su seguridad depende de su observación

Limpiar de polvo y sustancias inflamables la máquina/implemento frontal y su entorno antes de realizar trabajos de soldado, abrasión y lijado, y procurar que haya una ventilación suficiente – ¡Peligro de explosión!

Si durante la modificación se dañan los símbolos de advertencia o se cambian piezas que los contengan, hay que asegurarse de que se vuelvan a poner los símbolos de advertencia correspondiente.

Cuando se lleven a cabo trabajos de soldado eléctrico en la máquina/implemento frontal montado, desconectar la entrada de corriente o el cable del generador y desembornar la batería.

En el calcomanía se describen detalladamente los distintos adhesivos.

Durante los trabajos de soldado es preciso llevar la vestimenta reglamentaria, la cual incluye por ej. gafas oscuras o escudo protectores, ropa protectora, guantes de soldar y zapatos de seguridad. No dirigir la mirada desprotegida hacia el arco de soldadura – ¡Peligro de deslumbramiento!

INDICACIONES GENERALES DE SEGURIDAD Lea y respete también las indicaciones de seguridad del capítulo »Seguridad« del manual de instrucciones de la máquina/implemento frontal.

Realizar los trabajos de montaje y limpieza siempre con los accionamientos desconectados y el motor parado. Retirar la llave de encendido Los trabajos de montaje sólo deben realizarse por personal especializado.

Los trabajos en los dispositivos hidráulicos de la máquina/implementos frontales sólo deben ser realizados por personal con experiencia y conocimientos específicos en sistemas hidráulicos.

Antes de realizar trabajos en los sistemas hidráulicos, es preciso descender y en caso necesario vaciar la máquina/implemento frontal o las piezas constructivas hidráulicas accionadas y despresurizar el sistema hidráulico.

¡COMPROBAR Y TENER EN CUENTA ANTES DE LA PUESTA EN MARCHA! 1. Antes de la puesta en marcha de la máquina, realizar las pruebas siguiendo las indicaciones del manual de instrucciones.

2. Antes de poner en marcha la máquina, lubricarla concienzudamente.

3. Comprobar los niveles de grasa y aceite en los engranajes.

4. Comprobar el firme asiento de los tornillos.

5. Comprobar el asiento correcto y el funcionamiento de los dispositivos de seguridad (p. ej. embragues contra sobrecarga, coberturas de piezas de accionamiento, ...).

6. Realizar la comprobación del funcionamiento de la máquina.

7. Conectar el accionamiento de la toma de fuerza sólo con número de revoluciones de marcha en vacío.

8. No dejar nunca la máquina en marcha sin vigilancia.

9. No permitir la estancia de personas en la zona de peligro, si se aproximan personas a la zona de peligro, desconectar inmediatamente la máquina.
