EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt einen sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zur Nachrüstung der 3-D-Reinigung.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt.

Die Hinweise »Zur Sicherheit« aus der aktuellen Betriebsanleitung müssen beachtet werden.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Zur Sicherheit« aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Vorn, hinten, rechts und links gilt immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Die Verwendung von Ersatzteilen, Zubehör und Zusatzgeräten, die nicht original von CLAAS stammen und nicht von CLAAS geprüft und freigegeben sind, kann konstruktiv vorgegebene Eigenschaften der CLAAS-Maschine oder seine Funktionstüchtigkeit negativ verändern und dadurch die aktive und/oder passive Fahrsicherheit sowie Arbeitssicherheit (Unfallschutz) beeinträchtigen.

Kennzeichnung von Hinweisen, bei deren Nichtbeachtung Gefahren für Leib und Leben des Bedieners oder seiner Mitmenschen besteht.

Für Schäden, die insoweit durch die Verwendung von Nicht-CLAAS-Original-Teilen, -Zubehör und -Zusatzgeräten entstehen, ist jedwede Haftung von CLAAS ausgeschlossen.

3-D-Reinigung einstellen Beachten!

Zur Einstellung der 3-D-Reinigung sind zwei Personen erforderlich.

1. Die Maschine waagerecht und den Siebkasten genau in Mittelstellung stellen.

2. Den Gesamthub des Hydraulikzylinders (Z) und den mittleren Hub (F) ermitteln: Hinweis!

Der mittlere Hub (F) entspricht dem halben Gesamthub.

Beispiel: Gesamthub mittlerer Hub (F) =

= 150 mm 75 mm

– Hydraulikzylinder (Z) am Anlenkpunkt (P) aushängen. Steuerstange (C) an der Schwenkgabel (S) aushängen.

Anbau – Motor starten und bei laufendem Motor das Pendelgehäuse (E) nach außen drücken, bis der Hydraulikkolben des Hydraulikzylinders (Z) ganz eingefahren ist.

Das Maß (X2) ermitteln.

– Bei laufendem Motor das Pendelgehäuse (E) nach innen drücken, bis der Hydraulikkolben des Hydraulikzylinder (Z) ganz ausgefahren ist.

Das Maß (X1) ermitteln.

Gesamthub = (X1) - (X2)

3. Hydraulikzylinder (Z) am Anlenkpunkt (P) einhängen und das Maß (Q) von Maschinenseitenwand bis Anlenkpunkt (P) ermitteln und notieren.

4. Hydraulikzylinder (Z) am Anlenkpunkt (P) aushängen und bei laufendem Motor das Pendelgehäuse (E) nach außen drücken, bis der Hydraulikkolben ganz eingefahren ist.

Das Pendelgehäuse (E) in dieser Position festhalten und Motor stillsetzen.

5. Das Pendelgehäuse (E) bei (P) wieder einhängen.

Das Maß (Q) muss sich um das Maß (F) verkürzt haben. Andernfalls muss das Maß (Q) bei gelöster Kontermutter (B) am Gabelkopf (G) entsprechend eingestellt werden.

Nach der Einstellung die Steuerstange (C) und den Hydraulikzylinder (Z) wieder einhängen.

Schwenkgabel einstellen – Motor kurz laufen lassen, damit das Pendelgehäuse (E) in Mittelstellung gestellt wird.

– Die Maschine waagerecht und den Siebkasten genau in Mittelstellung stellen.

– Jetzt muss der Punkt (W) an der Schwenkgabel (3) anliegen bzw. fluchten.

Andernfalls die Steuerstange (C) an der Schwenkgabel (3) aushängen.

– Die «3-D-Lehre» ET-Nr. 181 993.1 so anlegen, dass die Punkte (R und T) an der hinteren Anschraubplatte des Halters (1) und die Klötze (M und N) auf dem unteren Steg des Halters (1) anliegen. Dann die «3-D-Lehre» so weit parallel zur Maschinenseitenwand verschieben, bis der Punkt (O) an der Schwenkgabel (3) anliegt.

– Die Steuerstange (C) am Kugelkopf (K) bei gelöster Kontermutter (A) entsprechend einstellen und wieder anschrauben.

Beachten!

Schwenkgabel (3) muss während der Einstellung an der «3-D-Lehre» anliegen und das Pendelgehäuse (E) darf während der Einstellung nicht bewegt werden.

– Nach der Einstellung alle Schrauben festziehen.

Sechskantschraube am Anlenkpunkt (P) mit neuer Sicherungsmutter nur soweit festziehen, dass die Anlenkung noch beweglich ist.

Anbau Pendelsteuerung (30) entlüften Gefahr!

Gang herausnehmen und Maschine gegen Wegrollen sichern.

Motor in unterer Leerlaufdrehzahl laufen lassen.

Sechskantschraube (43) an der Pendelsteuerung (30) etwa 10 mm herausschrauben.

Pendelsteuerung (30) solange von Hand nacheinander nach innen und nach außen drücken, bis das Hydrauliköl blasenfrei austritt.

Sechskantschraube (43) wieder festschrauben.

Motor wieder stillsetzen.

Hydrauliköl nachfüllen.

INTRODUCTION These instructions describe the safe and timesaving work sequence for retrofitting the 3-D cleaning system for the sieve pan.

Retrofitting of the MEDION 340 and MEDION 330/310 combine harvesters, with the supplementary kit part no. 759 704.0, is possible from the following machine number ranges: 93400011 and 93200011.

The standard mounting time is approx. 3 man hour.

See page 4.1 for the shipping package.

Before commencing with the job, ensure that all the tools and service aids are available.

Compare existing machine type/front attachment type with the list in the chapter »Shipping Package« and the parts kit supplied.

The specification of the components, e.g. bolts, is shown on the shipping package. The shipping package shows the position number (pos. no.) of the components. Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have a position number but belong to the bolt listed above which does have a position number. Additional part specifications are the part no., description, measurements, DIN and the quantity.

In order to help with the assembly, existing components in the instructions are identified with letters, whereas new parts have been identified with a number (position number).

Texts and pictures apply, in general, to all machine types covered by this book and the information given applies equally, except where reference is made to a particular model in captions to the pictures or in the main text.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. CLAAS reserve the right to make changes subsequently as technical developments continue.

Setting the 3-D cleaning system Caution!

Two persons are required for setting the 3-D cleaning system.

1. Place the machine horizontally, with the sieve pan precisely in the centre position.

2. Determine the total stroke of the hydraulic cylinder (Z) and the mean stroke (F): Note: The mean stroke (F) corresponds to half the total stroke.

Example: Total stroke Mean stroke (F) =

= 150 mm 75 mm

– Hang out the hydraulic cylinder (Z) at the pivot point (P). Hang out the control lever (C) at the pivot arm (S).

Installation – Start the motor and push the pendulum housing (E) towards the outside with the motor running, until the hydraulic piston of the hydraulic cylinder (Z) is fully retracted.

Determine dimension (X2).

– Push the pendulum housing (E) towards the inside with the motor running, until the hydraulic piston of the hydraulic cylinder (Z) is fully extended.

Determine dimension (X1).

Total stroke = (X1) - (X2)

3. Hang the hydraulic cylinder (Z) at the pivot point (P), and determine and note dimension (Q) from the side wall of the machine to the pivot point (P).

4. Hang out the hydraulic cylinder (Z) at the pivot point (P) and push the pendulum housing (E) towards the outside with the motor running, until the hydraulic piston is fully retracted.

Hold the pendulum housing (E) in this position and switch off the motor.

5. Hang the pendulum housing (E) back at (P).

Dimension (Q) must have reduced by dimension (F). Otherwise dimension (Q) must be set accordingly with lock nut (B) released at the clevis (G).

Hang the control lever (C) and the hydraulic cylinder (Z) back, once the set-up is complete. (fig. 41)

Setting the pivot arm – Run the motor briefly to move the pendulum housing (E) to the centre position.

– Place the machine horizontally, with the sieve pan precisely in the centre position.

– Point (W) must now be in contact/aligned with the pivot arm (3). Otherwise hang out the control lever (C) at the pivot arm (3).

– Apply "3-D gauge" Parts no. 181 993.1 in such a way that the two points (R and T) are in contact with the rear mounting plate of the holder (1), and the blocks (M and N) are in contact with the lower crosspiece of the holder (1). Then move the "3-D gauge" parallel to the side wall of the machine until point (O) is in contact with the pivot arm (3).

– Adjust the control lever (C) as required at the ball head (K) with the lock nut (A) released and re-install.

Caution!

1

During the adjustment, the pivot arm (3) must be in contact with the "3-D gauge", and the pendulum housing (E) must not be moved during the process.

– Retighten all screws once the setting is complete.

Tighten the hexagon bolt at the pivot point (P) with a new self-locking nut such that the pivot point is still movable.

Shift the machine to neutral position and secure it against rolling away.

Let the engine run at slow idling speed.

Unscrew the hexagon head bolt (43) approximately 10 mm at the pendulum control (30).

Push the pendulum control (30) towards the inside and the outside by hand until the hydraulic oil runs without bubbles.

Re-tighten the hexagon head bolt (43).

Shut off the engine again.

Fill up hydraulic oil. (fig. 44)

Avant de commencer le travail vérifier d'abord que tous les outils et moyens nécessaires sont complets. Comparer le type de machine / le type d'outil frontal avec la nomenclature du paragraphe »Liste des pièces fournies» et le kit des pièces fournies.

La spécification des pièces, par ex. pour les vis est mentionnée dans la « Liste des pièces fournies ». Dans cette liste chaque composant est muni d'un numéro de position (no. de pos.).

Régler nettoyage 3-D Observer !

Deux personnes sont requises pour le réglage nettoyage 3-D. 1. Positionner la machine à l’horizontale et le caisson de nettoyage précisément en position médiane.

2. Déterminer la course totale du vérin hydraulique (Z) ainsi que la course médiane (F).

Important !

La course médiane (F) correspond à la moitié de la course totale.

Exemple: Course totale = 150 mm Course médiane (F)= 75 mm – Décrocher le vérin hydraulique (Z) au point d’articulation (P). Décrocher la manette (C) à la fourche orientable (S).

Montage – Démarrer le moteur, et pousser le logement du pendule (E) vers l’extérieur jusqu’à ce que le piston hydraulique du vérin hydraulique (Z) soit complètement rentré, tout en laissant tourner le moteur.

Déterminer la cote (X2).

– Pousser le logement du pendule (E) vers l’intérieur jusqu’à ce que le piston hydraulique du vérin hydraulique (Z) soit complètement sorti, tout en laissant tourner le moteur.

Déterminer la cote (X1).

Course totale = (X1) - (X2)

3. Accrocher le vérin hydraulique (Z) au point d’articulation (P), déterminer la cote (Q) depuis la paroi latérale de la machine jusqu’au point d’articulation (P), et noter cette cote.

4. Décrocher la vérin hydraulique (Z) au point d’articulation (P) et, tout en laissant tourner le moteur, pousser le logement du pendule (E) vers l’extérieur jusqu’à ce que le piston hydraulique soit complètement rentré.

Maintenir le logement du pendule (E) dans cette position et couper le moteur.

5. Raccrocher le logement du pendule (E) au point (P).

La cote (Q) doit être réduite de la cote (F). Si ce n’est pas le cas, la cote (Q) doit être réglée en conséquence, le contre-écrou (B) de la tête de fourche (G) étant desserré.

Après ce réglage, raccrocher la manette (C) et le vérin hydraulique (Z). (fig. 41)

Régler la fourche orientable – Laisser tourner le moteur un instant, de manière que le logement de pendule (E) soit en position médiane.

– Positionner la machine à l’horizontale et le caisson de nettoyage précisément en position médiane.

– Poser la « jauge de réglage 3-D », No. réf. 181 993.1, de telle manière que le points (R et T) reposent sur la plaque à visser située à l’arrière du support (1), et que les blocs (M et N) reposent sur le renfort inférieur du support (1). Faire ensuite glisser la « jauge de réglage 3-D » parallèlement à la paroi latérale de la machine, jusqu’à ce que le point (O) repose sur la fourche orientable (3).

– Le point (W) doit maintenant reposer et s’aligner sur la fourche orientable (3). Si tel n’est pas le cas, décrocher la manette (C) de la fourche orientable (3).

– Régler en conséquence la manette (C) au pivot à rotule (K), le contre-écrou (A) étant desserré, puis la revisser.

Observer !

Lors de ce réglage, la fourche orientable (3) doit reposer sur la « jauge de réglage 3-D » et le logement du pendule (E) ne peut en aucun cas être déplacé.

– Serrer toutes les vis après le réglage.

Serrer la vis à tête hexagonale du point d’articulation (P) à l’aide d’un nouvel écrou indesserrable, de manière que l’articulation puisse encore se déplacer librement.

Laisser tourner le moteur au régime minimum de ralenti.

Arrêter à nouveau le moteur.
