EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt einen sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zum Nachrüsten der Windreduzierung bei den Mähdreschern MEDION und DOMINATOR. Maschinennummernbereiche: Ab 94500011, ab 93400011 und ab 09400011 für den Nachrüstsatz ET-Nr. 304 989.1.

Ab 93500011 (nicht MEGA 203) für den Nachrüstsatz ET-Nr. 304 988.1.

Ab 93500011 (nicht MEGA 204), ab 93200011 und ab 09200011 für den Nachrüstsatz ET-Nr. 058 062.0.

Montagerichtzeiten: Ca. 1,5 Mannstunden für ET-Nr. 304 989.1.

Ca. 1,3 Mannstunden für ET-Nr. 304 988.1.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Zur Sicherheit« aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Vorn, hinten, rechts und links gilt immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Anbau Tellerhälften (3) und (4) jeweils links und rechts gegen die Gebläsesaugöffnungen auf die Gebläsewelle setzen und mit Sechskantschrauben (5) zusammenschrauben.

Die beiden Schutzbleche (K) und (M) abbauen.

4 Zugstangen (6) und (7) einschieben. Dabei werden die linken Teller auf die Zugstange (6) mit der kurzen Kröpfung und die rechten Teller auf die Zugstange (7) mit der langen Kröpfung aufgeschoben.

Lagerwinkel (8) aufschieben und am Rahmen zunächst mit einer Sechskantschraube (9) lose anschrauben.

Auf die Zugstangen (6) und (7) jeweils einen Kugelkopf (10) aufschrauben und mit einer Sechskantmutter (11) kontern.

In die Lagerarme (L) der Tellerhälften (3) eine Sechskantschraube (12) lose einschrauben.

In beide Lager (G) des Lagerwinkels (8) eine Sechskantschraube (12) lose einschrauben.

Auf der rechten Seite die beiden Zugstangen (13) durch vorhandene Bohrungen im unteren Bereich des Gebläsegehäuses und gleichzeitig durch die Arme der Tellerhälften (3) schieben.

Am Ende der beiden Zugstangen (13) jeweils einen Stellring (14) aufschieben und mit einem Gewindestift sichern.

2. Zugstange (6) für linke Teller einschieben.

3. Zugstange (7) für rechte Teller herausziehen.

4. Jetzt durch Anziehen der Sechskantschrauben (12) in den Armen der Tellerhälften (3) auf den Zugstangen (6), (7) und (13) festsetzen. Alle Kontermuttern festziehen. Auf Leichtgängigkeit der Zugstangen (6), (7) und (13) achten.

Windreduzierung verstellen Je nach Fruchtart können die Gebläseansaugöffnungen an den Zugstangen (6), (7) mehr oder weniger geöffnet oder geschlossen werden, um die Windmenge zusätzlich zur Gebläsedrehzahl den Fruchtverhältnissen anzupassen.

Linke und rechte Seite immer gleichmäßig einstellen.

Nach jeder Verstellung die Zugstangen (6) und (7) in den beiden Lagern (G) mit den Sechskantschrauben (12) festschrauben.

Especially the »Safety Rules« in the operator's manual should be read with the utmost care and adhered to. In addition, please also observe the accident prevention regulations that apply to your own country.

Before commencing with the job, ensure that all the tools and service aids are available.

Compare existing machine type / front attachment type with the list in the chapter »Shipping Package« and the parts kit supplied.

The specification of the components, e.g. bolts, is shown on the ”Shipping Package”. The shipping package shows the position number (pos. no.) of the components. Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have a position number but belong to the bolt listed above which does have a position number. Additional part specifications are the part no., description, measurements, DIN and the quantity.

In order to help with the assembly, existing components in the instructions are identified with letters, whereas new parts have been identified with a number (position number).

Texts and pictures apply, in general, to all machine types covered by this book and the information given applies equally, except where reference is made to a particular model in captions to the pictures or in the main text.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. CLAAS reserve the right to make changes subsequently as technical developments continue. Responsibility for errors or omissions not accepted.

Installation Fit the shutter halves (3) and (4) on the fan shaft against the fan suction openings to left and right and screw them together with hexagon head bolts (5).

Dismount both safety covers (K) and (M).

4 Insert the connecting rods (6) and (7). In this way the left shutter half is fitted onto the connecting rod (6) with the short offset and the right shutter half on the connecting rod (7) with the long offset.

Slide on the bearing angle (8) and first loosely screw to the frame with a hexagon head bolt (9).

Screw the ball head (10) to each of the connecting rods (6) and (7) and lock with a hexagonal nut (11).

Loosely screw a hexagon head bolt (12) into the bearing arms (L) of the shutter halves (3).

Loosely screw a hexagon head bolt (12) into both bearings (G) of the bearing angle (8).

Slide both connecting rods (13) on the right side through the existing drilled holes in the lower region of the fan housing and simultaneously slide through the arms of the shutter halves (3).

Slide a shaft collar (14) onto the ends of both connecting rods (13) and secure with a slotted set screw.

Insert washers (15) at the bearing angle (8) bolting point if appropriate, so that the connecting rods (6) and (7) can be displaced without tension.

Installation Setting up blast reduction 1. Slide all shutter halves tightly onto the fan suction openings (closed position) by hand.

2. Insert the connecting rod (6) for the left shutter halves.

3. Pull out the connecting rod (7) for the right shutter halves.

4. Now tighten onto the connecting rods (6), (7) and (13) by tightening the hexagon head bolts (12) in the arms of the shutter halves (3).

Tighten all lock nuts. Take care regarding smooth operation of the connecting rods (6), (7) and (13).

Adjusting blast reduction Depending on the kind of crop, the fan suction openings on the connecting rods (6), (7) can be opened or closed to a greater or lesser extent, in order to adapt the air volume as well as the fan speed to the crop characteristics.

After each adjustment fasten the connecting rods (6) and (7) into both bearings (G) with the hexagon head bolts (12).

Avant de commencer le travail vérifier d'abord que tous les outils et moyens nécessaires sont disponibles. Effectuer une comparaison entre le type de machine / d’équipement, l’énumération indiquée dans le paragraphe « Volume de livraison » et le kit de pièces livré. Comparer le type de machine / le type d'appareil frontal avec la nomenclature du paragraphe « Pièces fournies » et le kit des pièces fournies.

La spécification des pièces, par ex. pour les vis est mentionnée dans la liste des « Pièces fournies ». Dans cette liste chaque composant est muni d'un numéro de position (no. de pos.).

Les pièces telles que les écrous et les rondelles de contact n'ont pas de numéro de position. Ces pièces font partie du numéro de position de la vis avec laquelle elles sont montées. En plus y sont indiqués le numéro de pièce de rechange, la désignation, la dimension, la référence de la norme DIN et la quantité.

Pour une meilleure orientation dans les instructions de montage, les pièces déjà existantes sont munies des lettres et les pièces neuves sont munies des chiffres (numéro de position).

Les textes et les tableaux sont établis neutres, autant que possible. Les différences entre les modèles sont mises en évidence par des renvois dans le texte.

Montage Positionner les moitiés de disque (3) et (4) respectivement à gauche et à droite sur l’arbre du ventilateur, contre les orifices d’aspiration du ventilateur, et les visser à l’aide des vis à tête hexagonale (5).

Démonter les deux garants (K) et (M).

4 Insérer les tirants (6) et (7). A cette occasion, les moitiés de disque de gauche sont enfilées sur le tirant (6) pourvu du coude court, et les moitiés de disque de droite sur le tirant (7) pourvu du coude long.

Enfiler l’équerre de roulement (8) et la visser sans la serrer sur le châssis à l’aide d’une vis à tête hexagonale (9).

Visser respectivement un pivot à rotule (10) sur les tirants (6) et (7), et le bloquer au moyen d’un écrou hexagonal (11).

Visser une vis à tête hexagonale (12) sans la serrer dans les bras de support de roulement (L) des moitiés de disque (3).

Visser une vis à tête hexagonale (12) sans la serrer dans les deux roulements (G) de l’équerre de roulement (8). (fig. 5)

Insérer sur le côté droit les deux tirants (13) à travers les alésages existants dans la zone inférieure du caisson du ventilateur et à travers les bras des moitiés de disque (3).

Enfiler respectivement une bague d’arrêt (14) à l’extrémité des deux tirants (13) et la bloquer au moyen d’une goupille filetée.

Caler le cas échéant des rondelles (15) au niveau du point de vissage de l’équerre de roulement (8), de telle sorte à ce que les tirants (6) et (7) puissent être déplacés sans contrainte.

7 Enfiler respectivement une bague d’arrêt (14) à l’extrémité des tirants (6), (7) et (13) sur le côté gauche, et la bloquer au moyen d’une goupille filetée.

Montage Réglage de la réduction de ventilation 1. Pousser avec la main tous les moitiés de disque directement contre les orifices d’aspiration du ventilateur (position fermée).

2. Introduire le tirant (6) pour les moitiés de disque de gauche.

3. Tirer le tirant (7) pour les moitiés de disque de droite.

4. Fixer à présent les tirants (6), (7) et (13) en serrant les vis à tête hexagonale (12) sur les bras des moitiés de disque (3). Serrer tous les contre-écrous. Veiller à la bonne mobilité des tirants (6), (7) et (13).

Réglage de la réduction de ventilation En fonction du genre de fruit, les orifices d’aspiration des ventilateurs peuvent être plus ou moins ouvertes au niveau des tirants (6) et (7), afin d’adapter la quantité d’air aux conditions des fruits, en plus du régime de ventilateur.

Régler toujours le côté gauche et le côté droit de façon identique.

Après chaque réglage, visser les tirants (6) et (7) dans les deux roulements (G) au moyen des vis à tête hexagonale (12). (fig. 14)
