EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt einen sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zur Nachrüstung des Bordinformator.

Die Mähdrescher MEDION 340/330/310 können mit dem Nachrüstsatz ET-Nr. 011 214.0 ab den folgenden Maschinennummernbereichen nachgerüstet werden: 93400011 und 93200011.

Die Montagerichtzeit beträgt ca. 1,5 Mannstunden.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt.

Die Hinweise »Zur Sicherheit« aus der aktuellen Betriebsanleitung müssen beachtet werden.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Zur Sicherheit« aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Vorn, hinten, rechts und links gilt immer in Fahrtrichtung.

INTRODUCTION These instructions describe the safe and timesaving work sequence for retrofitting the fieldwork computer.

Retrofitting of the MEDION 340/330/310 combine harvesters, with the supplementary kit part no. 011 214.0 , is possible from the following machine number ranges: 93400011 and 93200011.

The standard mounting time is approx. 1.5 man hours.

See page 4.1 for the shipping package.

IMPORTANT The instructions contained in this manual should be carefully read and observed by all persons who are concerned with the operation, maintenance and inspection of this machine/ front attachment in order to prevent accidents.

Especially the »Safety Rules« in the operator's manual should be read with the utmost care and adhered to. In addition, please also observe the accident prevention regulations that apply for your own country.

Before commencing with the job, ensure that all the tools and service aids are available.

Compare existing machine type/front attachment type with the list in the chapter »Shipping Package« and the parts kit supplied.

The specification of the components, e.g. bolts, is shown on the shipping package. The shipping package shows the position number (pos. no.) of the components. Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have a position number but belong to the bolt listed above which does have a position number. Additional part specifications are the part no., description, measurements, DIN and the quantity.

In order to help with the assembly, existing components in the instructions are identified with letters, whereas new parts have been identified with a number (position number).

Texts and pictures apply, in general, to all machine types covered by this book and the information given applies equally, except where reference is made to a particular model in captions to the pictures or in the main text.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. CLAAS reserve the right to make changes subsequently as technical developments continue.

Installing the inductive sender (6) Attach the magnet (1) onto the pulley (C) with the countersunk head screw (2).

Note: In some machines, the magnet (1) is already pre-assembled.

Fasten the inductive sender (6) onto the angle plate (3) with two hexagonal nuts (7).

Screw two slotted set screws (8) into the holder (4).

Installation Push the pre-assembled holder (4) onto the bearing pin (D) and align it to the magnet (1).

Note: If necessary, remove the existing lock collar.

Lock the holder (4) onto the bearing pin (D) with two slotted set screws (8).

Connect the existing cable (F) to the inductive sender (6).

Fasten the cable (F) with the cable band (9) and the pipe clamp (10).

Adjust the distance between the inductive sender (6) and the magnet (1) so that Y = 6 ± 2 mm. (fig. 4, 5)

Attaching the flat switch (11) and two magnets (14) onto the intermediate drive shaft 14

Pre-assemble the flat switch (11) onto the angle plate (13) with two socket head screws (12).

Pre-assemble two magnets (14) onto the holder (16) with the countersunk head screw (15). (fig. 6)

Attach the pre-assembled holder (16) onto the intermediate drive shaft (G) with the hose clamp (17).

Screw the pre-assembled angle plate (13) loosely to an existing hexagon head bolt (H).

Align the flat switch (11) to the centre of the magnets (14) and screw it tight.

INTRODUCTION Cette notice décrit une procédure de travail sûre et économique, pour le montage ultérieur de l’ordinateur de bord.

Les moissonneuses-batteuses MEDION 340/330/310 peuvent être équipées ultérieurement avec le jeu d’équipement supplémentaire réf 011 214.0, à partir des numéros de machine suivants : 93400011 et 93200011.

Le temps de montage alloué s’élève à environ 1,5 homme-heures.

Les pièces contenues sont mentionnées à la page 4.1.

Il est impératif de respecter les « Consignes de sécurité » figurant dans la notice actuelle d'utilisation.

IMPORTANT Afin d'éviter les accidents, ce manuel et surtout les remarques, doivent être lus par toutes les personnes qui utilisent la machine, qui s'occupent de la maintenance, de l'entretien ou du contrôle. Il convient en particulier de porter une attention soutenue au chapitre »Conseils de sécurité« de votre notice d'utilisation et de respecter les consignes de prévention dans votre pays.

Avant de commencer le travail vérifier d'abord que tous les outils et moyens nécessaires sont complets. Comparer le type de machine / le type d'outil frontal avec la nomenclature du paragraphe »Liste des pièces fournies» et le kit des pièces fournies.

La spécification des pièces, par ex. pour les vis est mentionnée dans la « Liste des pièces fournies ». Dans cette liste chaque composant est muni d'un numéro de position (no. de pos.).

Les pièces telles que les écrous et les rondelles contact n'ont pas de numéro de position. Ces pièces font partie du numéro de position de la vis avec laquelle elles sont montées. En plus y sont indiqués le numéro de pièce détachée, la désignation, la dimension, DIN et le nombre.

Pour une meilleure orientation, dans les instructions de montage, les pièces déjà existantes sont munies des lettres et les pièces neuves sont munies des chiffres (numéro de position).

Les textes et les tableaux sont établis neutres, autant que possible. Les différences entre les modèles sont mises en évidence par des renvois dans le texte.

Les données techniques, poids et mesures sont sans engagement. Sous réserve d'erreur et de modifications techniques dans le cadre du développement technique.

Les termes avant, arrière, droite et gauche s'entendent toujours dans le sens d'avancement.

Raccorder le câble (F) présent au capteur (6).

Préassembler les deux aimants (14) sur le support (16) à l’aide de deux vis à tête fraisée (15).

Visser sans serrer la cornière (13) préassemblée à l’aide d’une vis à tête hexagonale (H) présente.

Centrer l’interrupteur plat (11) par rapport aux aimants (14) et le fixer.

Serrer la vis à tête hexagonale (H).
